  1. @MM1988 You could create a detailed mind-map that goes over the core concepts and why they are important/ how they interconnect. Sounds like a lot of work, but would serve a lot of people!
  2. @c_wave_arts we all back slide in the beginning, so don't beat yourself up too much. What does your life look like outside of work? How about we start there. Perhaps you could write a list of the things at home that are causing you to backslide (Ex: chips laying out on the counter - eating them unconsciously) Another perspective: What are the non essentials you could eliminate or dramatically reduce when you get home from work? Try writing a list of the most important things you want to be doing (Meditating, contemplating about life, etc) and start to watch yourself like a hawk when you are not following the path that leads you to there. Hope this helps.
  3. @Hello from Russia Depends on what benefit you are looking for.
  4. Ryan Kurczak's Two-Year Kriya Yoga Apprenticeship is going to start later on this year. If you are interested in applying for the program, I recommend you check out his YouTube Channel (Ryan Kurczak) and apply ASAP since the spots are limited to only about 25.
  5. @BarkingTurtle And this is in your direct experience?
  6. @kieranperez The genie has fulfilled your request
  7. @Amanda R Batista You can't hate your ego. That is only gonna make things harder and more complicated. Counter intuitively, you want to love your ego to death.
  8. @BarkingTurtle What samskaras keep arising in your consciousness?
  9. @Fuku No no it's fine. I appreciate your willingness to share don't get me wrong. Just remember that reading the books and applying them is better than what we are doing here (talking about what's the "best" way to go about it.)
  10. @Fuku What is there to debate? Knowledge comes in different forms.
  11. @Leo Gura I mean Leo, he's got a point. U see all them books back there?
  12. @Juan Cruz Giusto Great post. When contemplating, the "IS" plays a huge role in discovering the essence of a particular topic. What IS Language?!?! I received an answer a few days ago to this inquiry and my jaw dropped.
  13. @Recursoinominado Good point. How about suffering as a way to open up the heart? A lot of times we get so fed up with what we are doing that we reach a tipping point where we say, "I'm done putting up with this and i will do whatever it takes from this point on to change/Open my heart." Whatever that means to you and your context. Maybe it means being radically honest, maybe it means giving up your attachments?
  14. @Athemnajar Find a mentor who is working on their craft like a mad scientist. They can offer you great insight. Thing is, you have to train your eye to find them. They're so busy on what they're doing, they won't pay attention to you unless you spark genuine interest or can provide massive value to them.
  15. @Pernani Yeah man, DM me!
  16. Palo is a type of yoga that stretches your muscles based on positioning your joints, allowing the muscles to be squeezed like a wet sponge rag. This is a game changer for those who are interested releasing deep body/mind tension.
  17. @How to be wise Loving kindness is what she teaches right?
  18. @TripleNipple Good work! Watch this video if you haven't already, and take some time to reflect on its profundity.
