  1. @Sev Summoning Hellspeed is going to cause massive confusion
  2. @Cortex Mula Bandha FTW
  3. @phllip103 Sounds like something wants out Have you looked into Bio Energetics? Its a good priming tool before meditation that gets your nerves out.
  4. @cetus56 Also, this "I" is never stable. It is heavily biased based on the emotion it is identified with. It could be identified as such one moment, and then a completely different "I" a moment later!
  5. @F A B He's wearing glasses and that makes him more curious to me than if he didn't have glasses on.
  6. @Ampresus You're at a crucial stage. Try to experiment with taking a few weeks off of theory and see how that goes. It'll really expose you to the work, because you will have nothing else to do. Man, theory is so juicy though...
  7. @SQAAD It's up to you to try it and let us know But i think it will give you good results until you encounter massive emotional resistance (If you have any)
  8. @Igor82 It's been four days since you updated this journal

  10. @brugluiz Go deeper and contemplate the significance of it. You're onto something!
  11. @Tony 845 No Prob. I'm about to dive into some Kriya myself. Have a good one.
  12. @Tony 845 There is really good Kriya Books on Leo's book list. A lot of the users here have that book and they talk about specific techniques in the "Kriya Yoga Mega Thread"
  13. You claim that you're becoming more authentic, yet you have 4 "High quality girls" in rotation? And you're dating women that have boyfriends?
  14. @SageModeAustin Nice work! Trust the process. It'll open you up to new experiences within a few weeks, for sure.
  15. @LoveandPurpose Could you be more specific?
  16. There is wisdom in listening without offering advice.
  17. @SageModeAustin Journaling would be a huge step forward in your growth. Why? Because it would give you distance from your thoughts and would allow you to view them objectively. I recommend "Stream of Consciousness" writing, where you sit for 10 or 15 minutes and write down: 1.) How you feel 2.) What's on your mind 3.) What went right/wrong 4.) What to work on/improve 5.) What do i want?
  18. @Pilgrim @SageModeAustin I agree. Why would you eliminate such a beautiful and intimate feeling? Is it causing you suffering? What's the core issue here?
