  2. What are your Defense Mechanisms and how are you working toward over coming them? Here are some that i have struggled with: 1.) Criticism and Judgement - 2.) Passive Aggression - 3.) Jealousy - 4.) Resentment - 5.) Low Self Esteem - 6.) Repression - Please feel free to add your own experiences with these (Or any you would like to add) along with how you over came these/reduced them
  3. @Igor82 Do you have a plan to integrate stage Orange?
  4. @Igor82 Can you see your dad's POV? Or is there an imaginary barrier there?
  5. @NoSelfSelf wishy washy answers will get wishy washy results. That is the trap i felt into the first time i took the LP course. Not trying to sound so stern with you, but you get what i mean.
  6. @Hellspeed When i get defensive, i wan't to protect my navel chakra. Why is this?
  7. @Ampresus I'm on day 70 something no P, no M, no O. Zero relapse. Here is some of the things that help: 1.) Start to spend more time in the gym or outside. 2.) If you're on your computer a lot, put site blockers. 3.) Raise your baseline awareness so that you have enough will power to over come the urges. 4.) Be mindful during upheavals. 5.) Notice your mind when it goes into fantasy and imagination. Realize this is an ego game that your mind is playing to pull a fast one on you. 6.) Breath deeply and let yourself fully feel any emotion, good or bad (all emotions will pass) 7.) Talk to someone about it irl and focus on the future and how you will feel when you are exploding with masculine energy and visualize what you will do with your extra energy 8.) Start waking up earlier than you would usually. You will have more strength in your subtle body (the part that resists moving, especially in the morning.)
  8. @BjarkeT "You.Have.To.Suffer" - Goggins
  9. @theking00 Journaling, meditating, eating clean food, cleaning up your room, getting restful sleep, reading books, spending time in nature, reading books, writing out your goals, figuring out your Life Purpose.
  10. @NoSelfSelf You need to write more and really squeeze out all of the juice. Your answer isn't precise enough IMO. 3.) I like your #3... what strengths do u have to make this real for you?
  11. @Seed A good technique is feeling the energy in your body and letting it guide you. If you're excited, USE that! If you're nervous, find some techniques on how to cope with that or minimize it. If you're shy, push through and you'll over come it
  12. @Emerald I had a slight feeling but then i was like, " NAAAAAH can't be" haha. Then i just saw the link in your signature and... It's true

  20. @VictorB02 I read until i get to a juicy part, take notes using OneNote, then find a way i can apply it, and i write that insight down in my one note as well.
  21. @Mezanti Are sure that it's what you authentically want? And not a trap?
  22. @Mezanti It's good to have these goals in different areas. You can add them to how you want your life to look, in a big picture perspective. Which one would you like to work on, starting ASAP?
