@ShugendoRa Meditation moves you closer to being, less identification to the mind. More surrendering, especially to love. Meditation helps give up control. The control we think we have. -
@Leo Gura it’s been 4 days. This is the first post I’ve been able to write, and it’s from my phone. I always log on from my lap top. It’s some type of time out error. Hope you get it fixed soon!

@zambize Thanks man. @Rinne Has a mean Kriya Streak going. I have taken a ton of notes from the Kriya Book. The first 7 exercises or so. I can share if you're interested.

@zambize New Kriya techniques? I took day as a rest day, can't remember the last time i did this honestly. @outlandish reminded me to make sure i get enough rest, which i took into consideration today. Super glad i did! Lazy day for me today, in straight recovery mode right now. Got a cold n been blowing my nose for most of the day Live to fight another day...

@Jcent Using hyperlinks is a must

@Igor82 Yeah man, It's not easy to uproot the root of lust... But its rewards are unfathomable.
-
@bejapuskas Take some time to contemplate these quotes. Strength and due vigilance my friend!
-
@outlandish THANKS! Great point. The more i do this, the more i realize how rest is mandatory. Never an option.

This year, i am going to challenge my comfort zone when it comes to training (Running, biking, working out) I've decided to run more often in the rain, as well as run early in the morning. It feels amazing to wake up early and run first thing, especially if you have some friends to run with. This is really helping me develop mental toughness and I am able to dive into pain and explore it much more openly than in the past. I used to have a harsh inner voice when working out, but now, i am turning into an explorer, an explorer of physical pain I mean, how else will you get the results?

Here is a list of emotionally difficult tasks that could move you closer to a better life (Add to the list as you wish!) 1.) Having that difficult conversation with someone you care about. 2.) Verbalizing your love for someone. 3.) Saying what you authentically feel, without forcing it. 4.) Being present when there is chaos all around you. 5.) Waking up at dawn. 6.) Sticking to a routine. 7.) Standing up for yourself when you're feeling afraid. 8.) Looking at what you are afraid of (The root of it) 9.) Sitting in silence, without distractions. 10.) Being yourself when everyone else is conforming. 11.) Pushing past resistance, fear, boredom. 12.) Feeling like you're not good enough, and still pushing through the task.

@KeenokF Yes it helps in a lot of ways. I have had multiple accountability partners and it takes you to the next level!

@randomguy123 Yeah man check it out. I had a similar issue. A good tip when doing it, when you relax your body, try to make the ground or bed that you're laying on as heavy as possible. Visualize yourself weighing 1000 lbs and sinking into the ground. This helps me relax my whole body entirely.

@randomguy123 Have you tried shamanic breathing?

Hit the gym around 11pm, did legs and some elliptical work. Feeling real tired, perhaps i need to do some more research and be more cautious about my level of intensity in the gym. Especially considering i ran only a few hours prior.
