  1. @General 2 Make a plan to move out, and take into consideration all the small details that go into play to make it a reality. Once you have a few concrete options, let's review the pros and cons.
  2. @Chopin What do you want from people?
  3. @pluto8 You're going to try and cut out happiness? Let us know how that works out for you.
  4. @Girzo Check this out starting at 28:25 @Equanimitize
  5. @Benoit Jazy Have you seen this video?
  6. @Lynnel Great report. How long did the whole process last? From start to end?
  7. This journal is meant to serve as an insight log when it comes to fitness/improving your health. I am by no means an expert in this topic, but i do a lot of exercise, so i thought i would share my day to day workouts and what i've been learning. If you follow these tips or would like to contribute, please do so Alright @zambize , here is what i did today: 1.) Woke up at 6:40 AM 2.) Ran 4 miles with a few runners (I am a coach and they are training with me for the off season before track starts in February.) 3.) Did 10 minutes worth of core work (Obliques, leg lifts, mountain climbers, and then the AB roller.) 4.) Took a shower, made breakfast and tea, took some L-Theanine 5.) Kicked my feet up and opened up One Note to take notes on Leo's new cult videos - accumulated some good insights while talking to @kieranperez about it. 6.) At 12pm, i went to the gym, did 15 minutes of elliptical to start, then hit shoulders, chest, some hamstrings, followed by another set of core work (10 more minutes.) 7.) About to do 1.5 hours of reading/taking notes on Tribes by Seth Godin and Loving What Is by Byron Katie ( @How to be wise , happy? ) Tomorrow: 45 minutes of easy jogging in the rain + 25 minutes in the sauna
  8. @Shroomdoctor 1:11 was me HAHAHAHA... #StillGOING
  9. @Shroomdoctor No P, No M, No O... 90 dayZzzZ Ego wants to backlash rn. On the fence rn tbh.... please help
  10. @Bluebird Yes i agree with you. Although in practice, this seems so much more counter intuitive. I'm going to rewatch the video i sent you haha.
  11. @Bluebird This video may resonate with you. There are some very counter intuitive points on here, especially when it comes to the relationship of Love and Control. I hope you can find juicy bits of wisdom here:
  12. @Vladimir I've actually had TMJ for a while on the left side of my jaw. Used to be much worse, but it's a lot better now. That's where i hold a lot of unconscious tension, for sure. I never thought about sending "loving energy" to those areas, interesting way to think about it. Some constructive criticism: Keep posting! I wanna see what else you know I liked your choice of words in this video. Introduce yourself! Haha.
  13. @Vladimir Great video I am watching it right now, will definitely try this out.
  14. @Tony 845 Look up Manoj the Yogi on YT as well as buy the books from Leo's Book List. Also check out Ryan Kurczak on YT for Kriya.
  15. This one really hit me hard today:
  16. @Consept See, sounds like the mind isn't done yet with it's games, yet you're already to move 1 or 2 steps ahead of it. Watch some Mooji and follow along
  17. @Consept Haha no i mean looking at an object and labeling it as "see". Feeling an object and labeling it as "feel". Notice the gaps of silence between them. Hopefully there is non-identification located there.
  18. @Consept self inquiry, prayer, spend time in nature, mindfulness with labeling, especially thoughts and feelings about "I" and lots of do nothing technique.
  19. @Consept Perhaps it's time to radically toward being. Letting go of the mind, and of control. The falling away of the false self... ?
  20. @Consept Here is a list of techniques i would reccomend you do: Meditate, journal using One Note, spend time in nature, exercise/go to the gym, work on cleaning up your diet, start a concentration practice, and clean up/build your infrastructure as much as possible. These techniques all have reward systems built into them, that will reward you and put you into a positive feedback loop if you do them. Also, momentum will be on your side once you get on a streak with them. Focus on what you could get/what life would feel like if you really nailed these down. You got this. Stay strong.
  21. @ShugendoRa I'm currently part of a 2 Year Kriya Yoga Program that just started by Ryan Kurczak. Meditating everyday once minimum, with some days 2x.
