Hey, I'm a 16 year old. I am trying to form a band with people. I've gotten a couple of people together but they don't seem to really want to play music with me. I've been trying trying trying, but they either don't respond or make an excuse as to why they can't come over. I'm always the one doing the seeking, and it's getting old fast. How do I find people to play with who are PASSIONATE. Finding musicians isn't enough, they have to genuinely want to play. If any of you were once in my shoes with a similar situation (even outside of music) I would love some help! Thank you!
