  1. What advice you can give to someone who goes psychodynamic therapy? What does make therapy efficient? Any principles and insights you can share according your experience about going therapy?
  2. Hi! I highly appreciate you making this kind of thread, How enlightenment work has helped you at working your psychology and vice versa? How you see these things linked each other? Do you see clearly that every emotion is you "doing it"? Is there any unconsciousness left in your psyche what you feel you need to work on? Is there any existential things where you want to delve deeper yet or is any seeking and will to personal development gone?
  3. You seem to have interesting output, keep it going! Maybe you could be more specific and use more layman terms, would be helpful for the "dormant minds".
  4. Would be great if somebody experienced yoga practitioner could clarify these things, anyway thanks for helping me, I'll keep practicing.
  5. Thanks for clarifying, I think I know what you mean with hand example. Yeah, developing sensitivity to "feel" prana moving takes time for sure. I've been just little confused with this prana thing because everybody talks about it but I hadn't no idea what is it, how you detect it, should you feel it, Is it just something you should believe, etc. If I understood you correctly, you can sense something in your spine which you can identify as prana and move it in your practice.
  6. What you mean that you cant bring energy from root to anja? I mean subjectively, do you feel energy/prana as tingling sensation or something? I'm still doing preliminary practices and cant feel anything in my spine really. Or is this prana/energy what you should move around something you cant sense at all?
  7. Thanks for sharing, can you put link into his blog also plz.
  8. There's also new book from him: Consciousness Dialogues. You might want to check that out as well.
  9. Thanks for the update! Btw, new book coming from Ralston as well. Too many new books to read.
  10. What kind of dynamic meditation you did? Didnt know Ralston does that kind of practice.
  11. Do you think such techniques does exist? I mean that some special secret technique in itself can have so huge value? It seems now that your recipe to enlightenment work includes real yoga besides contemplation/self-Inquiry/meditation.
  12. I'm really interested what are these dangers related with yoga? You go crazy or fuck up your energy so bad that there's no coming back? There's no where manual which tells dynamics about these energies. I've become a little paranoid with practising yoga.
  13. If you would find yourself deeply clinically depressed and you'd have that same knowledge that you currently have. What would be your strategy out from it?
