  1. If laughter is the best medicine, why aren't you laughing right now ?
  2. @AlexB you're welcome and take care
  3. I've always likened the soul to computer analogy. Our spirit uses this body to interact with the physical world. The spirit is like you sitting in front of your computer. What you think of as you is just an avatar. Something the spirit has chosen to attach itself to. What we are just ads to the spirit. The spirit the soul is eternal. We just exist in this world, so we might as well enjoy it.
  4. Try to work out your relationship woes. Frequent breaking up is not a good sign. There are deeper problems plaguing the relationship. Not resolving them adds to the frustration. Such relationships can manifest into vicious cycles of codependency and love-hate battles. You're thinking in your mind it's love, its not love but only drama and frustration. Real love or even normal love is healthy. This type of relationship only leads to madness and misery. Either resolve it or break it. Try Couple therapy Retreat Vacations Counselling Face to face conversation and resolutions If nothing then break
  5. Have you tried adding a good dose of humor to your life.... They say laughter is the best medicine Why aren't you laughing right now ?? Sounds silly right Try it...try laughing at anything and everything... Maybe it could work, who knows. And if it doesn't work, no worries... Keep trying other things, one day you'll stumble upon something really magical that will turn your mornings shining bright like a golden toast.
  6. @jse Another option missing from poll Liberation and enlightenment
  7. Wow that was a great suggestion. It just didn't occur to me that I can actually choose how I feel and what I think. Thinking and feeling becomes so synonymous with breathing that it doesn't even occur that those can be separated and chosen. Thank you
  8. Any suggestions, books, practical techniques and methods you have tried would be a great help
  9. @TJM1959 thank you for those kind words.
  10. @Shin I feel this way a little too often... is it a sign of deeper loneliness issues ?
  11. I feel one with my ...........my .....my....hmm...my ......my ..my ..my ....gottit....my shadow
  12. No. Just wanted people to share their experiences with plants. I have a few potted plants and sometimes I feel they can detect and feel our emotions but they have no way of showing it.
  13. @username hmmm. In that case I'd go for the first. I can't resist the joy of romance.
  14. Ohhhh gawd, how and why are the two mutually exclusive ? Last time I knew, Leo never said to choose between the two. He got both and he is doing pretty good in both. Are you trying to choose between salt and sugar. We need to have both. If you're really wanting to know which is more important, then it's like asking which is more important Joy or knowledge
  15. Hahaha we are creating the shadow first and then do shadow work to resolve it and embrace it. Merry go round, round and round.
  16. I'm such an introvert.
  17. However if you like all close up. But if try hard, the mustard breaks open.
  18. @Robert66 Who said you wanted a cure ? Nobody.
  19. Imo, enlightenment has nothing to do with real love. Some people are just capable of unconditional love others are not. Unconditional love is rare. Most probably you'll never find it. But you could try loving someone unconditionally, but it's not going to be easy because it's tough to give up expectations. But you know what I got unconditional love here. When I am good, they love me, when I am naughty, they love me, when I get angry they love me, when I act crazy, they like that too, ahh the perks of unconditional love. Now this is reaaal unconditional love ....no matter what you do, right or wrong, someone still loves you, oooooh this feels like ...whiskey and wine, heaven is mine. Heart emoji
  20. In giving we receive. How much of this is true.
  21. Why do you guys break up so often
