I'm saying yes.. I've felt this way and it seems almost confining. I can not pinpoint the exact moment possible to release .. awake or awake or dream is being in it's same. yes. no reality or just to prove the mind or unconscious values .. ok confusing but if dream is reality or conscious sub conscious reality or 3 part of your day sleep. awake. work. such is ideal minds not just

Think of balance suggest of Leo latest video.. now to take sex out of nature maybe ..ti encounter your desire and let go on emotion even for 15 minutes.. what I'm saying is the balance not to take out one emotion or desire but to embrace each moment.

True. Leo. however I find meditation to be my beginning focus.. example I usually wake 1hr to 30 minutes before alarm goes off.. now this could be a dream state unless you wake up.. meditation seems easier this way for me to get 20 minutes or perhaps 45.. it's only advice on meditation time:)

My son said "look dad I'm under water" I question " are you swimming?". he responded " look dad I'm under the water". curious I asked "can you breathe under water?".. We are all one as in being. have you awakening to this perhaps it's only questionof your mind unless true or just being?. trust in Leo his teaching is and if we are all one being we are leo.. wait Leo did you say I cannot say we are all one being that's spirituality... lol
