  2. @oysterman to me it sounds like you are getting enlightened
  3. My humble opinion: You never go to hell or heaven. Cause you never die. You are everything you experience right now and there's no else here but you. So, why would you punish yourself. You love yourself dont you? Of course you dont remember who you are. Here is an example. While you are watching a movie you forget who you are and you identify with the protagonist, you suffer if something bad happens to the hero of the movie and you are afraid of a bad ending, but as soon as the movie ends and the lights goes on you remember who you really are and you are relieved. I understand how your beliefs or others opinion makes this all so confusing, I come from a catholic environment. Ultimately you are gonna need to discover the truth for yourself . It's Not that hard, you just need thirtst for truth.
  4. James Swartz Rupert Spira I like how direct to the point they are.
  5. Hi, I've been a video game player all my life and a game developer for a living. Since I started the pursuit for enlightment I stopped playing games and started meditation and self inquiry. However I wonder if is possible to play some games and sort of meditate and get relaxed as this article mentions: https://qz.com/841877/learn-how-to-meditate-through-video-games-and-apps-such-as-flow-and-no-mans-sky/ For example I found that there are games like Minecraft and No Man's Sky can get you relaxed while playing them. Not saying that you should play games instead of meditation but would be interesting to know if there are actual games that can get you in a relaxed state near to a meditative state. What are your thoughts
  6. Just wondering. Is there a way to enhance meditation sessions from time to time? For example taking some kind of Herb, psicodelic, music etc. I was thinking of having Salvia or Peyote or Ayahuasca on some of my meditation sessions but wouldn't want to lost track. If so How how often is the recommended ratio to use enhancement on meditating.
  7. @Dodoster Thanks for the tipI will take a look at HoloSync Tonight.
  8. Ego death sounds like this. I believe it says this: My words are joined To the great mountains, To the great rocks, To the great trees, Attached to my body And to my heart. You all help me With supernatural force, and your day, And you, night! You all see me United to this world!
  9. I've been meditating for over a year now and I've seen a lot of progress. Anxiety due to my work. Now it has dissapeared completely. Meditation really improves over time. I started meditation when I found the "Headspace app", then I found by "accident" Leo channel, and watched 2 of his videos each day, they helped me a lot. Then when I watched his videos about enlightment they made click on my mind, I always had a agnostic approach to God and now my life changed. I even took 5-meo-dmt to see by myself and my meditation boosted like for 100x I could get completely relaxed in 10 seconds when meditating, unfortunately this boost has been fading. However I now that I'm in the right track. I stopped wasting my time playing video games and watching entertaining you tube videos and started to do self-inquiry and meditation everyday, its super interesting, peaceful, joyful and rewarding. Everyone should follow this life style. Thanks Leo for sharing all your knowledge and putting accessible to everyone.
