  9. But i am not talking about how to make faster progress but how much time it usually take for other people to make the progress they wanted to make because i think it could maybe give a better idea of how long i should expect it would take when i would make my own progress i know it's probably different deepening on your effort and what you are working on but it still nice to know what to expect
  10. i agree it can really help to give you a more clear view or a better Understanding about yourself and about the situation you may find yourself in kind regards

  20. Hey have anyone tryed to go out of ones comefort zone maybe not to the edge but just a little outside of it and as a habbit?(doing it everyday) (a little similar like explained in this video) i am considering to do this my self and i have tryed it the last few days and i feel like i have made a few improvements. i think the advantages of making this as a habbit just do one thing that is outside of your comfort zone everyday over a long period of time(maybe like a year for example) could maybe get you very far(one example you could be doing is for example one of the things leo recommends in hes video like taking 100% responsibility or being radical honest) have anyone else done something similar before? If you did do you think it made a huge contribution to exspand ones comfortzone? kind regards
  21. I don't know much about money but think a good think you can do might be to try to become extremely good at something it might take a while to get there but once you are you will have some advantage that you wouldn't get otherwise for example some who have researched on how people become really good at something says that better opportunities will come the better you are and also the better you are at something the better you will fell about it (if you are interested in this I recommend reading so good they can't ignore you and deep work by cal newport to know the why you should become good and how to get there) hope you can use it kind regards ?
  22. If you want better concentration I highly recommend deep work by cal newport one of the things he recommends is: 1: focus as intensely as possible (the higher the concentration the more you can do in less time) 2: be bored so it becomes easier for the brain to fire the relevant neurons (even to the point where it becomes bored to concentrate on what you do) 3: avoid attention residue. Its something thats happens when you switch from task to task quickly and it makes your concentration weaker (this can happen a lot if you are on the internet) 4: be aware of tools that can give you attention residue even when you aren't concentrating as it can make your concentration weaker when you go back to concentration hope you can use it kind regards
  23. Well that what the book(deep work by cal newport) is suggesting
