  1. When in doubt, take a psychedelic . Mostly it's unconscious "constructions", rather than conscious ones.
  2. @RyanK The implications of infinity is pretty mind boggling. Some things I'm pondering that maybe can help trigger some things when you trip: infinite universes, infinite instances of your avatar (and "others"), how they're generated. Consciousness zooming and branching infinitely up and down and containing itself forever. Infinite potential of "forms" being generated through thought. Etc. And the question of, if you can think it it probably exists.
  3. No, I am pointing to a legit issue from the perspective of "God", when you realize God (at various levels), you are then faced with the question of how and what to share. The ego/avatar is going to come up with different answers to that question depending on its situation and agenda. And the sharing is also a game you're playing with yourself to various degrees to keep yourself entertained. All I'm saying is you can ponder what it might be like to be in that position.
  4. God probably has a hard time making up its mind what it's about .
  5. I've experienced that just without the label you have there, and went from that state to: What was funnier is that the annihilstic state was actually also born out of infinite love and the desire to manifest more love.
  6. @axiom That's how it happened in my case... The initial awakening literally felt like "I have escaped the matrix" that felt like inescapable suffering.
  7. Idk about your country's situation so I'm not suggesting this equivalency.. mentally I was willing to go homeless to not live with my family, wherever that takes me, but I didn't end up homeless coz I always ended up finding some work.
  8. You can get out of the family. If you're thinking of suicide you might as well put all your effort in getting out and see what happens.
  9. I can come up with a few: - Healing - Knowing for the sake of knowing - Return to your true nature/God consciousness/Love - Re-dream the dream
  10. ? Yes, it's like cloning "yourself", in an unattached manner.
  11. That's pretty sweet you had a spontaneous awakening! Well maybe a bit spooky if you didn't expect it . Yes.. I know that feeling. Or you can merge with it ?.
  12. @Bufo Alvarius It seems closed-minded to me that he seems really convinced about how psychedelics can work mainly based on his own experience and that it would apply the same for everyone. Maybe he simply hasn't met someone who has both gotten awakenings on it and doing the work to raise their baseline, and that the awakenings on psychedelics played a crucial role to increase consciousness sober. But then if he's already closed off to this, even if someone did show up infront of him, they might get completely dismissed. A good lesson from this is that if you're in the "teacher role" for too long without every once in awhile rinsing yourself off to look at things afresh, it can lead to some traps.
  13. Realize God's love for "you" which is totally unconditional.. the struggle for love is inching you towards God... A blessing in disguise.
  14. @Nilsi From what I am gathering, there are awakenings you can get where you're still basically "localized in your current body"; and then there are the awakenings where you're totally "out of your body" and able to perceive all the infinite dreams that have been created or zoom in on any one dream if you wanted. The ladder seems very few people (only two that I know of) have experience with.
  15. Good way to study the ego and how it defends itself... so you can let it go if you wanted or use it more intelligently... (you don't really need a degree though per se).
  16. Well God is able to hold infinite paradoxical and opposing ideas, thoughts, and infinite identities, it's a tall order so I wouldn't be too hard on yourself if that's a struggle. Strangely it can also be very easy if you dropped "yourself" in the picture, but soon as you put your finite self in the picture (that wants a stake in it) it can feel like an uphill battle. Which "identity" to take on/see things through is entirely up to you and you have that freedom to do so.
  17. The point is, whatever arises, aim to accept/love that, to see the beauty/divinity in every manifestation of consciousness, and to aim for the forgiveness of what is deemed to cause harm (including at times your own "unconsciousness" and inability to forgive). Including your "teachers" and "students" and where they're at. Then you have no problems and that is the embodiment of "God consciousness".
  18. The challenge might be, you're still in this finite form and often have to face "others", and 99.99% of the people you interact with will project the seperation on you, and you're forced to act the same. In most situations it's probably not opportune to talk about ego-death and God with someone but sometimes you can't help but bring it up too and that's all okay and up to you how much to share. I guess my take on that is to set yourself up in a situation where you have more "alone time" for tripping and contemplating. And when you say threshold, it's just a matter of how much you spend time contemplating about nature of reality/tripping vs doing survival stuff. I pretty much do it whenever I'm not doing survival stuff. And it's not like you totally forget when engaged with survival stuff, but it is a temporary distraction. It's by design, to embrace both the finite and infinite ;).
