I was reading the must read book from book list and a quote came "The deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery, but a process of creation. You are not discovering yourself, but creating yourself anew. Seek, therefore, not to find out Who You Are, seek to determine Who You Want to Be." So isnt this exact opposite of self enquiry when asking question who am i? And what does seek to determine Who You Want to Be. Mean ?

Yeah as i said India is different, and foreigners cant know what is it like here. Politics here is very different. Different state have different demography there are states with Muslim, christian majority. Minority rights here are very good. I think you judged India and me same with american view on islam. Muslims here are not outsiders or refuges like in western countries. Muslims here are our part. My problem with left parties here is that they are making muslims to act like victims, they are installing fear in minds of muslims, which i think is very bad as a country i dont want them to be isolated. They already live in groups and sects and installing fear in there mind is making them further alienated.

Yes. Sadhguru shows a little favour to right wing politics here. Indian politics is absolute opposite of American or anywhere. Right wing here have more democratic process of selecting candidate, it has a cadre back up, cadre being another organisation that doesnt involve in governance but is in for Hindu Country. On the other hand left wing is following tribal mentality like a family holds the power of a party. Left wing when in power tried to appease minority, and that backfired and made the right wing more powerful with majority. Left wing is using appeasment politics and victim mentality. One month back major election was there and left parties tried to consolidate Minority like muslims by instilling fear in the mind and giving them a victim outlook. When people here in forum says goods of being a left wing or liberal an indian like me who was raised in a political family, who practised journalism gets really confused. ?

So i was reading a book and a thought came of my ex getting married and it had a feeling of little anxiety and it went.(single thought) should i go back on reading like thoughts are just nothing or should i go and find the thought and embrace the emotion fully and let go?

I have similar experience with porn. When a thought seeing porn comes and i say oh its just a thought and give no important to it, it tend to go quick. I dont think about porn for next couple of days. Meditation has helped me to have less thoughts this days, and lately my thought about a thing are single thought, it just come and goes no more stories or expanding. But i still have sudden emotion like in the above case a anxiety.

Yes, good advice. But i have a question I have seen a lot of this kind of explanation here like experiment. But dont u think people asking question regarding this are confused and have self doubt and is expecting a yes, a certainity from you people who have experience with this.

Iam new to this conciousness work and had this questions in my mind lately. If enlightened master is God and he creates his reality seeing other people suffering why cant he make others also enlightened in fraction of a second instead of giving techniques that will take a lot of time? If enlightened master is God and have seen nature of reality and knows it is only thing existing and there are no people outside then why is he giving a technique to people that dosent exist in actuality? Is there really other people, people without self, just like me or is it a projection of my mind and when the illusion of i die then they all die? I hope my questions are framed correctly and i dont know if i have grasped leo's teaching on conciousness work correctly.

@Inliytened1 if Master is God in finite form or perspective dosent his perspective (point of view) about others suffering is also limited. I would like a little more explanation on 3rd answer. Let me reframe that question a bit. If Harikrishnan aka I (accepting its illusion) is friend with marie aka she (also an illusion) living with her parents in India. and harikrishnan dies(I illusion dies) will there be Marie aka she (illusion) still living with parents in India.

Yes There is Intelligent Blue, living in a blue spiritual country i know this. People here fool westerners with there spirituality. There are Blue who can interpret and speak Scriptures in tuqouise manner, they will say all sort of things Life is meaningless, everybody is God etc but dosent embody it, just to win arguments and debate they use it. Mohhamed Hijab is a Intelligent Blue. There is a video of him talking about hitting a wife in quran, he really sugarcoat the quran verse so people wont look it bad. Why if he is a yellow do that? There is another video of his with a Atheist where Atheist tells him mohhamed hijab is my friend and for that he mockingly replies he is definetely not. That dosent look any yello to me. He is blue and red mix. He is good for dumb muslims so as to increase there muslim ego. isnt this your second post regarding him?
