I would love to have a good guided self love meditation. Have anyone got a link of something that helped you in this area. I would also like to get some tips on how you practise self love.

So what i have learned. I have been meditating for over 3yrs now and at from start itself i could easily meditate 20 min without any probs. Then i increased it and found out i could meditate 1hr with leg numb and pain. But problem i faced is if i meditate for 1hr then next day my meditation would suck and will go to 5-15 min. Then i will be back to 20 min. So why is that? Why was i not able to meditate 1hr regularly. Because my mind didnt want to and basically i had low self image. Then as a part of building my self image and bringing in a attitude of I can i switched to 1hr meditation daily no matter what and i am sucessfull at it. Now i am meditating for 1hr. See another thing i note is eventhough i meditate for 1hr my concentration level is same as my old 40 min meditation. After 40 mind gets bored, but no matter what i keep on going. And saying i meditate 1hr straight is more cool than 10 min ? -

Let me explain a bit i have seen many people in this forum and outside like in Yt saying After they had awakening in 20's or etc. What do this people mean by that are they Enlightened or is it something else. I havent seen any serious Indian spiritual seekers saying this or even Leo.

Isnt sound heard a thought. I always believed its happening outside and am percieving it. when i read this today and contemplated about thoughts, it felt like sounds coming from outside for example a motorcycle sound is a thought happening inside me. And a thought saying that is a bus sound, bird sound etc is a thought differentiating another thought. Oh its like layers upon layers. -
@kieranperez i have this book with me, but havent read because i thought i should read it after Book of not knowing (which i dont have money now to buy). So is it better read it after book of not knowing or will it be ok to read it before.

Anyone here read Al-Ghazali -The Incoherence of the Philosophers. Al-Ghazali wrote that when fire and cotton are placed in contact, the cotton is burned directly by God rather than by the fire, a claim which he defended using logic in Islamic philosophy. He explained that because God is usually seen as rational, rather than arbitrary, his behavior in normally causing events in the same sequence (i.e., what appears to us to be efficient causation) can be understood as a natural outworking of that principle of reason, which we then describe as the laws of nature. Properly speaking, however, these are not laws of nature but laws by which God chooses to govern his own behaviour (his autonomy, in the strict sense) – in other words, his rational will. (Wikipedia) Was this guy Non dual or is there any non dual islamic philosophers.

Ok, how can i choose my sex partner carefully? is it why Astrology is used? and is it that why indians are crazy about astrology? -

In begining it worked for me like it was my stepping stone to spirituality, then i realized i am more of a skeptical guy and zen type of meditation and self reflection/self enquiry would be better for me then i turned to that. I recomended that thinking if not zen type of thing then it might be tantra, as people here(my place) choose either of this two. . My cousin who is into this stuff practising tantra for close to 10 years is a extrovert. Wheras me being an introvert (mm now thats intresting) i have never thought like that before any way thank you for bringing this up. B/w as far as i know bakthi yoga and tantra are different, tantra has several fire and other rituals, sri chakra and things like that. -

Yeah in one of the sadguru videos i saw he said about an old temple and lingam in Turkey. And with his rudraksha beads he demonstrated the different power centers in lingam. (Beads moved somewhat at different points) -

This temples situated in different states are in straight line in around 79°E 41'54" longtitude. All this temples are like 1000 of years old.
