    Hi All, I came across a new word today which I thought I would share with you all. That word is "Involution" the evolution of our inner selves. A fascinating idea / concept that is a branch of "Soul Work". Both involution and soul work appear to be along similar lines to the content on Actualized.org but a search for involution provided me with nothing...   4. Hi All, I have just finished reading a book called Happy: Why More or Less Everything is Absolutely Fine by Derren Brown (9/10). I found it an engaging read, offering idea's regarding Happiness in keeping with Actualized.org and practical advice on how to go about finding and developing happiness.
