  1. @thisintegrated Thanks for taking the time to point out my potential blind spots. I do believe that my 'center of gravity' is definitely solid Yellow... with peaks of Turquoise. My myers-briggs is ENTP. I have a very dominant Ti. My 3rd function would be Fe so perhaps that's why you're getting the ENFJ vibes. I would like to say that I am VERY careful about discerning between Green and Turquoise... I've noticed that Green often likes to fancy itself Turquoise. I get how my original post would just appear to be Green thinking that it's Turquoise... but what's interesting is that I'm usually a very active "model-builder" and have already spent over 5 years just endlessly contemplating many of these interesting personal development models. I would say that when I originally wrote this post... I was definitely peaking into Turquoise... although I still feel rather solid Yellow. Although I've already done lots of work integrating Orange and Green... it's definitely something that seems to be an on-going process... Eventually, I can imagine that all of these "stages" become balanced in a very effortless and harmonious way... as one masters them.
  2. Also, take an ice cold shower and sprint up the road.
  3. It's not impossible, it's just challenging. Which is okay. It's okay to be sad... but it's a bit extreme to think about ending your life. Maybe instead of thinking about all the terrible parts of your life... trying focusing your attention on all the blessings. I've also gone into debt from marketing courses that turned out to be shit... I have eczema which is a really obnoxious chronic skin rash with pretty much no cure... I constantly get into fights with my girlfriend... I'm also getting older... But I've never had a suicidal thought before... Because whenever my life seems hopeless... I just re-focus my attention on WHAT IS GOING WELL as opposed to what isn't. Idk what to say... but thinking about killing yourself is NOT a normal coping mechanism. Don't normalize it. Life is fucking beautiful. Your "survival loop" is nothing more than a state of consciousness. You thinking that your "survival loop" is dependent on external circumstances is the main blunder here. Don't see survival as a burden... see it as an opportunity to grow! You can appreciate the abundance and beauty of life even when you have less than 0 dollars in your bank account. Just the fact that you exist at all is a miracle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Suicidal thoughts are coming from the sense of "craving for emptiness." Since it's still a craving thought... acting upon it won't liberate you. The only way to be free from suffering is to be free in suffering. Read that again. Send me a direct message if you ever need somebody to talk to! You're not alone! <3 Reconnect to your Source. Just sit and stare at the wall for a bit... let your mind torment you. It isn't yours.
  4. No pros. Only cons. Stop being stupid.
  5. Hey Leo! I've been following closely since 2016 and Actualized.org has changed my life!!! Here's my tips for improving Actualized.org: Website: website should function more like a "railroad" as opposed to a "buffet" Make the START HERE tab much bigger and more prominent... The email capture beside the home video looks cheesy (due to low-res) and is crowding the home page. Update the image resolution and place it somewhere else. The "What is Actualized.org video" needs to have some kind of caption that more clearly explains exactly what's in it for the visitor. Nobody cares what Actualized.org is... it would be better if it was like "How Actualized.org can help you." Maybe some testimonials on the home screen as well for social proof. There's too many tabs. The "Best videos & all videos tabs should be merged, the contact & about tabs should be merged, the store & LP & book list tabs should all be merged" You want to reduce the amount of choices that the person needs to make when finding your site. Videos: You're god. I meant to type "you're good" but it kept coming out as "you're god." after 3 attempts of backspacing and re-typing. Total accident. (but obviously not). For real though your videos are awesome! Well-structured from beginning to end. Leo's Arrogance/Snarkiness/Rudeness: You're NOT too arrogant or too rude... in most cases I can tell that you're just expressing authentically (especially if it's about some philosophical point) a little bit of "rudeness" is actually just the flare of passion. I have NEVER gotten the feeling of "oh maybe I'll stop watching because he's being rude" because I think your temperament is similar to mine. I like a little bit of flare when delivering ideas... it spices things up. But not everyone likes spice. I get the feeling that a lot of people on here are very Stage Green (not saying this in a derogatory way, just in an observational way) where even a whiff of arrogance can be triggering. I know this because I went through that myself. SMILE WHEN YOU SAY THAT MISTER! But triggering others isn't always a bad thing... as long as you're not going overboard. (but you already know this) Forum: Unfortunately, I don't find myself wanting to use this forum very much because of the overwhelming amount of low-quality posts and threads. Even when I do want to post high-consciousness stuff... I feel "what's the point" as it might just end up getting drowned out in the sea of stupidity. I'm no expert at moderating forums (although I've just recently started my own and I'm learning the ropes) Here's my 2 cents. Much heavier moderation: I personally don't worry about getting moderated or banned at all because I'm not posting garbage. Don't want to get banned? Follow the fucking guidelines and don't post garbage. If you don't even put in the effort to write in complete sentences... or if you're spreading low-consciousness ideologies... or if you're talking about chimp nonsense... then you've no right to complain about getting moderated or banned. Keep it related to PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, SPIRITUALITY, and SELF-ACTUALIZATION... That's what this forum is about. It's a community and resource center for Self-Actualizers... It's not an Instagram group chat with your high-school friends. There's got to be some kind of incentive for posting high-quality things and some kind of deterrent for posting nonsense. That's all for now. I hope that this is helpful - Adam P.S. This is unrelated... But every year I bring up the topic of Astrology and every year I get your response "get that nonsense outta here." Astrology isn't nonsense... it might not be your cup of tea but it's actually a deep and beautiful language of symbology and archetypes. I've found using birth charts to be an extremely useful tool for discovering Life Purpose and understanding collective dynamics. (and also it's a really fun flirting game oh wow you're such a Leo)
  6. Not all men think negatively of women. Sure there's plenty of jerks out there... but there's also a lot of amazing guys out there in the world that will love you, hold you, kiss you, protect you, joke with you, spend time with you, listen to you, learn with you, explore with you, watch movies with you, go for walks with you, and appreciate and see you. I understand that if you've been hurt deeply... your first instinct is to protect your heart. It's a beautiful and sensitive flower that can be trampled on easily. I've definitely been a jerk in the past... especially towards my girlfriend... but her and I have also grown a lot together. She taught me how to be even more loving and sensitive and I taught her how to trust and surrender... even when it might hurt. I really don't care if you read this or not and I'm not going to tell you how to think or what to do. But I just wanted to say... that even though I don't know you... I love you. For no reason other than you are a human being with deep intelligence and sensitivity. I love you not because I want something from you... but just because You are a beautiful expression of Creation. And for that, I am grateful. Thank you for being you. And for being a Beautiful person inside and out. I really do hope that you will summon the courage to open up your heart to life again... I really do hope that even through all of the pain, fear, suffering, and trauma... you can still live with a radically open heart... welcoming and accepting all of life with softness and care. I really do hope that you can accept this love from a total stranger. Because this stranger is an expression of the Universe itself... and if you continue closing yourself off to the Universe's love... not allowing yourself to feel all the pain... you'll slowly become hard and numb... resenting life as you resent men. Your relationship to men shows your relationship to Life and to God. Heal it and be free. Bless your soul! - Adam @Tyler Robinson
  7. https://www.loom.com/share/e3431d0cc9ed4e9bb5a3ef605025100f ^^ I stumbled upon this yesterday... it's genius! A great model for any of you that are looking to grow your influence as a leader... something that I'm doing myself.
  8. Yeah I've noticed this too. As stage green becomes more and more prevalent... we will see more mis-use of psychological terms like gaslighting, projection, narcissist... Narcissist is a funny one because many people think that others who are self-absorbed are narcissists.... but LOL isn't every single ego a narcissist? Even calling another person a narcissist is already implying that you aren't selfless enough to step into their shoes and understand their behavior. Projection is a funny one too... often I'll make a comment about my opinion of someone or something and I'll be told: "that's your projection." No shit... all of existence is my projection. The existence of "other people" is my projection. The existence of the world itself is my projection. Everything is a fabricated story that is projected by God's mind onto Nothingness. What concept, thought, word, or story isn't a projection?
  9. When I did 5g of mushrooms in silent darkness I remember chanting to myself "BEING IS VIBRAAAAAATION" Vibration... if all of reality is One substance... this one substance can vibrate at different frequencies (in the same way that sound is just vibration through the medium of air) Even light is just waves of vibration. I had a super deep insight into what vibration is while on a Vipassana retreat. While meditating I was focusing on this cricket chirp... and I was focusing really sharply so I could break down the chirp into about 8 or 9 individual "clicks" or vibrations in consciousness. A cricket chirp (when slowed down) is just the sound of friction. I realized that vibration is kind of like the manifestation of duality. One substance... yet it vibrates "up" and "down." The wave rises and falls. This distinction between rising and falling is what duality is. In Vipassana... I was watching the rising and falling of the belly... noting its movements with concentration... Then I realized that all of existence is vibration... "rising and falling" of One substance.
  10. No you actually become more funny. Tier 2 has the ability to 'Zoom out' of situations. What is humor? Humor is the ability to laugh at things that the survival-mind takes seriously. Have you ever noticed that some of the funniest things involve laughing at the troubles, boundaries, and inconveniences of the ego-mind. Humor is a form of transcendence. That's why tier 2 would actually have more access to humor as it also has more access to transcendence. In my experience, (as someone who's top strength is humor), you actually get funnier the more awake and developed you become.
  11. Leo please talk however the fuck you want.
  12. I'd like to share a concept that I think should be included in Pure Philosophy (and I'll make a case for why). Here is what I'm referring to when I say "Pure Philosophy" https://www.actualized.org/insights/introducing-pure-philosophy In the same way that Ego Development is a fundamental inclusion in any Pure Philosophy (because at this point the evidence is undeniable). I also think that Levels of Energy. Should be included as a core fundamental tenet for understanding the structure of reality. What are "Levels of Energy?" Levels of energy is essentially the understanding that reality is an Infinite Oneness... it is made of One Substance (the Infinite Mind) ... and this One Substance manifests itself on different levels of vibration/energy. Here is an excerpt from Frederick Dodson's book Levels of Energy which does a much better job of explaining it than I could: As everything is Infinity everything is also Energy. The physical universe with its space and time, its objects, its nature, its people, its planets, its universes is energy. The non-physical universe of thought, emotion, spirit and various planes is energy. That one energy manifests spectrally [on a spectrum] in many different forms, shapes, qualities, radiations, densities. An analogy : Steam, Water and Ice are one thing manifesting in different qualities. The premise of this book is that there are clearly definable, perceivable and achievable qualities or "levels" of energy and that each level corresponds with... The: • specific states of mind and emotion • specific words, behaviors and actions • specific surroundings, environments, objects and places • specific qualities, moods and intentions • specific methods of "moving upward" • and specific modes of perception and truth (Source: Levels of Energy by Frederick Dodson) See the attached documents for the 1-1000 scale of the levels of energy (*the numbers are arbitrary, it could be 1-10 or 1-1,000,000... the point is that we are rating the levels of consciousness in relation to each other) Levels of Energy is a global idea that is present in pretty much every spiritual tradition and school all around the world. "Levels of heaven and hell" is a surprisingly popular concept that can be found all over the world. (specific examples can be found in Fred Dodson's book Journeys Through Spectral Consciousness which is linked below) just a few examples off the top of my head are: - the 6 realms of Buddhism - heaven and hell in Christianity - tama, raja, sattva levels in Hinduism - the 6 realms in Norse mythology - Jainism - The Four/Five worlds of Kabalah - Theosophy - Freemasonry - Shamanism and those are all the ones off the top of my head as of right now... more examples in the 2nd book that is linked below. Main insights: Higher levels are not necessarily better than lower levels. Some levels are more appropriate than others in different circumstances. For example, people in Africa who are being oppressed by a tyrant (160) due to their chronic fear (100) and apathy (50) would be benefitted greatly by the liberating force of anger (160) that pushes them to revolt and stand up for themselves. Therefore, the level of energy that you need to be effective in your life is relative to your situation. Higher levels have more agency and control over their bodies and minds. Very awake beings like that guy Om Swami (probably around 680) could stop his heart at will. Whereas psychiatric patients bordering on psychosis (15) can't even control their own bodies. Angels and demons actually exist. Demonic beings resonate extremely low (into the negatives) and can possess and influence humans that habitually vibrate extremely low (30 and under). In this "negative energy realm" respect and status is given to those who behave as devilishly as possible... harming others is seen as a good thing! On the other hand, angelic beings (800s) have the power to create miracles (like in the story of "Our Lady of Guadalupe") and positively impact the trajectory global consciousness for many years (as long as it is for the Highest Good). Higher energy places, things, people, and emotions are higher energy because they are more in alignment with the Highest Good. Lower energy places, things, people, and emotions are lower energy because they are less in alignment with the Highest Good. Low Energy is powerless... so don't be scared of demons possessing you. People, places, and things that resonate very low on the scale have pretty much no power over higher energy levels (which is why they must use force). Raising your energy is the main goal of personal development work. The higher your baseline energy state... the more powerful, awake, and compassionate you become. Releasing pockets of low energy from your psyche (Shame 30, Guilt 40, Apathy 50, Despair 80, Fear 100) can help you to raise your base vibration as you can imagine a human being as consisting of many sub-parts and personalities. Holding on to low energy parts dampens our overall energy level... so releasing them helps us ascend. Levels of Energy are measured mostly through familiarity with the scale and one's own intuition and feeling. One can say to oneself "this car is at 100" and feel if that resonates... "this car is at 200" and feel if that resonates. The point about measurement is that it's not important that you get an EXACT measurement. It's still very helpful to understand the general gist of a person, place, or thing's energy level. (For example, a university library would probably resonate somewhere in the 400s... I don't know the exact number and I don't really need to know because I generally understand that it would be higher than a shopping mall parking lot (190 - 200). Frederick Dodson doesn't believe in the universality of muscle testing like David Hawkins does and I definitely agree with him there. Muscle testing is too volatile... the results can be biased so easily. Yes, I understand that I'm saying to just "use your intuition" and that's volatile too... but even muscle testers rely heavily on their intuition to make their calibrations. Thinking that the calibrations is coming only from kinesiology is too limiting... your own emotions can tell you what something resonates at just by feeling into it. So, the question "how do we measure levels of energy" is a tricky one... for people who are already relatively conscious (500+) shouldn't have too much of an issue with just using their own intuitions along with familiarity with the scale.,. people who resonate lower will have a more difficult time calibrating energy (especially if they aren't familiar with the scale) and people below 200 are unlikely to get any accurate calibrations. As a life coach, I can testify that being familiar with the levels of energy scale is about as valuable as being familiar with the stages of ego-development... it helps me coach clients because I know where they are energetically and how to move them upwards. It helps me understand human behavior a lot more... as I "know what to expect" from people based on what energy they habitually resonate on. Levels of Energy is just a model and the map is not the territory... it's just a language that helps to explain subtle and nuanced aspects of reality In conclusion Because of it's practical uses in self-actualization (giving one a map to orient themselves in the process of ascending their consciousness)... Because of it's explanatory power of sometimes-confusing metaphysical topics (such as the existence of hell realms and heaven realms... astral entities... ego and enlightenment etc.) And because of it's repeated appearance in pretty much every ancient mythology/metaphysics. I think that any Pure Philosophy would be incomplete without at least some recognition of the "Levels of Energy." Want to learn more? I highly recommend Frederick Dodson's book (and audiobook) Levels of Energy where he does a fantastic job explaining this topic in simple language. He also explains each stage in depth and gives questions and exercises to help you release stuck energy so that you can ascend higher. He also gives plenty of real world examples of each level so that you can get a tangible sense of each level. I also recommend his book (and audiobook) Journey's Through Spectral Consciousness where he describes over 12 "levels of energy systems" from the world's ancient cultures and religions. Checkout the audiobooks here (I really enjoyed them!) https://www.audible.ca/series/Levels-of-Energy-Audiobooks/B071VR66CT?ref=a_pd_Levels_c2_series_1&pf_rd_p=cb924f71-c921-4595-aa78-22de125f6e26&pf_rd_r=M9MAT2K0VM0A29F4G7YB I'm also going to make a video series where I explain each stage in depth to make this info more available. I think that it is as powerful as Spiral Dynamics and Ego Development. It will be on my YouTube channel within the month.
  13. Eh... once or twice a week is fine... not a big deal
  14. Hey! I wanted to make a nice website for my business like @Leo Gura... I basically have all the time in the world and am open to learning to skills... I want this to be the long-term platform for my life's work. I want to have a blog, courses, and eventually even a forum. I've thought of a couple options... Right now I'm using Kajabi to host my website, course, and email marketing... I can create a blog and stuff on there but it's pricey ($200/month). The other option is that I make my own website... So my question is... What's the best way for me to go about doing that? I have an entry-level amount of website building experience... I just know the basics of how to get hosting and a little bit of word-press. How do I start? What do you reccomend?
  15. @thenondualtankie the torturous deaths are usually the ones that leave residue or karma that cathy on to future lifetimes. The peaceful deaths wouldn't be picked up.
  16. So recently I went to go see a shaman who is a professional energy clearer and past-life reader. (an older man... late 50s) The reason why I went to go see him is because he was reccomended to a friend of mine by my some of my favorite buddhist meditation teachers who I've done many retreats with (not blue Buddhists... turquoise Buddhists).... for clearing her chronic migranes. This guy can pick up on a person's past lives that are relevant to know in one's current life. (turned out, that girl had a past life where she was killed by having her head put in a head crusher)... that explains the migranes. [Things like having a strong fear of falling (in my case) might probably be the result of past lives resulting in death by falling. (which he actually picked up 3 past lives where I died from falling)]. I also noticed that people tend to re-incarnate in cultures or ethnicities that they have already lived as... my heritage is Italian and I've had multiple past lives in Italy and Europe... whereas an African may have many African past lives or a Chinese many Chinese past lives. When I went to go see him with my girlfriend. He asked question about any emotional or physical traumas that we experienced in our lives... and did a great job of reading the energy. It felt like he would know things about my past injuries that he would have no business knowing. Then he had me lie down and basically just touched my body in certain ways that felt like energy was being cleared or released. After about 10 minutes... I stood up and felt a bit dizzy... but overall slightly shifted energy... feeling like a lot of physical and emotional trauma had been cleared. Like for example...I mentioned to him that I've had problems with eczema (skin rash) for my entire life... and he immediately picked up that it was from a past life where I lived in a leper colony. I would also have nightmares of my teeth being yanked out or them growing in my mouth in hideous ways... He picked up that was because I had a life where I was tortured (by having my teeth yanked out) and killed. I trust this guy because his energy was very grounded and genuine. I could really tell that he was a professional. So he later that night he tapped into my energy after meeting me in person and channeled some oddly detailed and insightful information about my past lives (that are relevant in my current life). Here is the list: *attached* (you'll notice that the dates and locations are historically accurate... ex. "Died in gladiator uprising in southern Italy" was the exact date of the 2nd gladiator war that happened in Sicily in the year 100 B.C. Interesting stuff! Apparently I died from mustard gas in WW1 ?. Would explain my chronic sinus problems that I struggled with my whole life The verdict: obviously this stuff (like all ideas) should be held loosely... but I think that you would have to be pretty dense to not at least be open to the idea of past lives. I paid this guy $100USD for this session and I'd say that it was overall a pretty worthwhile experience. My girlfriend had a crazy past life (that was not conventional... similar to Dolores canon's "the three waves of volunteers" where she uncovered alien past lives from earthly people who had inhabited different densities and dimensions in their past lives) but I don't want to share the details as it's not my place to share it.
  17. You can thank me later. Pure Turquoise and Beyond.
  18. I believe in his journals published in the book "One Taste" he describes oscillating through periods of "research" and periods of "writing." During his research days... he would usually read 2-5 books per day. If he found a book that was particularly important he might spend the whole day on it... or even multiple days... re-rereading it and highlighting.
  19. /imagine prompt: mystical nature fantasy, twinkling lights, alien jungle
