  1. Many people need to be told what to do and follow orders, military is the epitome of that.
  2. I'm sorry you're feeling like that man, but don't take seriously these morons in internet forums. They're just spoiled western kids and stupid.
  3. Sweden consistently ranks as one of the countries with the best quality of life according to the OECD, so your father prediction that it was heading for disaster couldn’t be further from the truth.
  4. I stopped two years ago and I'm still processing the what I learned. I've also stopped for a while partly because I feel some respect or caution towards using it, but I intend to take small doses of LSD again soon.
  5. @Leo Gura Aren't very similar stage yelow and higher perspective?
  6. I'm getting a history college degree, once I finish in 8-10 years I would like to write a book.
  7. Leo's How to Get Laid tutorial actually teaches the opposite of what you are pretending to show it is Leo's opinion. Basically he forces you to massive exposure and socialization. It made me realize that being a weird, lone wolf was seriously hurting me. If it wasn't for him, I’d probably be a blackpilled angry man.
  8. Damn, I really relate to what you said! I lean more to the left, but I get exhausted arguing with left-wingers. Nothing the right ever does is good enough for them. Even if there's a moderate, morally decent right-wing politician, they treat him the same as an extremist or a MAGA guy. I believe most leftists, the only acceptable outcome for a right-winger is for them to become left-wing. They really struggle to compromise or accept that conservatives exist, and always will.
  9. I've become more left-wing in the past few years. But I believe there are good values on the right that the left should adopt to broaden its voter base.
  10. massive taxation and welfare checks is the solution.
  11. I have a better idea. Invest in index funds. It might be boring, but in the long run, you’ve got way better chances of making a profit. Use the extra time for your hobbies or learn a skill that’ll actually bring you money and/or satisfaction.
  12. I work in international trade in an EU country. I'm just an average worker, but I cann tell you by my experience managing exports, I'm happy when there are projects in the Netherlands, France, or Italy. Sending stuff to the UK is a pain in the ass because of all the bureaucratic paperwork and customs clearence. Exporting outside the EU is even more of a hassle. Those right-wingers who complain about bureaucracy in brussels are myopic.
  13. You could argue that Hamas would have more justification for using nuclear weapons (if they had them) since the original problem was caused by Israel kicking Palestinians out of their homes. Israel has to tread carefully because they know they were the ones who started this conflict. Even if they don’t admit it, it’s something they know in the back of their mind.
  14. I think the middle and working class struggle, due to high cost of living, wages not increasing proportionally, and how hard it is to get a house, it's taking a serious toll on a lot of people's mental health. But hey, let's just ignore all this collateral damage and pretend the market will magically fix everything.
  15. First of all, congratulations man! You're leaving Stage Orange at a very young age. The second thing I’d tell you is to fully embrace Stage Green, don’t deceive yourself into thinking it’s the weak or sissy stage trying to jump straight to Yellow. There’s a lot of great stuff in Green. As for your career decision, I wouldn’t tell you much what to do, you seem to have things figured out. Keep exploring your interest, especially those you do when no one is watching.
  16. The United States will pay in the long run for all this foolishness.
  17. In the long run humanity will reach paradise on Earth, it's good to remember this so we don't lose hope, and I would even say sanity. But for now, we have to grit our teeth and fight evil in this republic of mud and dirt.
  18. Do they never get bored of doing the same crap all the time?
  19. You sound like an annoying high school teenager. There are genuine right-wing and conservative intellectuals out there.
  20. Well spoken Sir, It’d be awesome if globalism became the next trend instead of all this MAGA backwards nonsense and stage green snowflakes. We need a global power that keeps all the potential tyrannies in check, so they stop fighting their neighbors. Otherwise, we will just keep looking at our neighbors with distrust and spending more budget on military. We need to to convince people that the outdated 20th-century belief that more competition leads to greater efficiency is false. Huge goals will be achieved if we join forces.
  21. I believe that if we reduce government structures to 5 or 6, along with all the military spending that comes with it, and combine that with advances in AI and automation, we could free the majority of the population from working. Only a small, ultra-ambitious group of people, like technicians, programmers, engineers, and those in industries and services that can’t be automated, would continue working. We could have a healthier and more intelligent society, with time to eat well, rest, pursue their passions, read, and enrich culturally. It would something similar to ancient Greece, but without the slavery factor. Our attachment to national identities is an obstacle to progress. It is true that there would be a risk of many cultures dissolving, and this should be avoided, it’s important to preserve the world’s cultural wealth. But in tangible aspects (economy, defense, administration, justice, etc.), we should be unified. It’s in our hands to create a better world. Let me know what you think.
  22. Europe, Africa, America and Asia. That's my list.
  23. Caesar by Adrian Goldsworthy isn’t exactly a politics book, but it dives into a crucial time in history and shows how power worked back then, surprisingly, not much has changed.
  24. I was going to answer with a firm NO, it's unethical. However, you've made me think of something. Would you torture a terrorist for a month straight if, in exchange, you could obtain information that would dismantle a terrorist cell that could potentially kill 50 civilians? Torturing for revenge or pleasure not only seems unethical to me, but I also see it as counterproductive. What you're going to achieve is giving ammunition to your opponents by lowering yourself to their level and providing them with more reasons to fight against you.
