What do you think about the pressure on the third eye is it just a distraction or is it a sign of awarness? I already had it like 5 years ago when i first started meditating after 1 week of some meditation i felt it for the first time already which actually was the proof for me that meditation actually does something. I did not really touch meditation after that because i was too lazy and also depressed back than, than 3 years later i started meditating almost every day i had a few phases where i would not meditate for a few days or weeks or where i would do just like 10-15 minutes and there i usually lost the pressure on the third eye when i meditated again. It always comes back when i meditate for like about 20-40 minutes a day for a few days. Well sometimes it randomly appears when i listen really carefully to someone or when i read a really interesting text, listening to bineural beats also makes it appear almost instantly and in meditation it feels like the deeper i go the stronger the pressure gets sometimes it even spreads out pleasantly deeper into different areas of the brain so it is really a hell of a distraction if it really is a distraction after all?

This is way more helpful, thank you. The thing is i never really intended to take any of those drugs i want to climb my spiritual path without them i just recently told a friend who lets say is very much into weed about 5-meo-dmt and he was probably inspired by it to actually ask around for dmt. Now i told him to get it and we would smoke it together with another friend im just curious and it is supposed to be a kind of once in a lifetime thing honestly. I do not want to get into all of those drugs and the scene behind it at all. Im in way too shaky of a time in my life at the moment i can not really risk taking drugs often, it is just a small window right now where i have lots of free time for the next month. with all that said i guess i will talk with that friend about this and kind of warn him aswell as i think he deserves to know what you all say too. -

I have been trough real depression already does not scare me at all. Also DMT is said to have a really positive effect especially when i read comparisons with 5-meo-dmt. DMT is supposed to be like being feed with a spoon of wisdom by the universe and 5-meo is like being shit wisdom into your mouth. Also can anyone tell me what you all mean by "you dont know what you are getting yourself into" I already realized a long time ago that there are other dimensional realities and every single one of those holds existential paradoxes in relation to others, i do not think anything can really shake me up as bad that it would not be worth trying it. Edit: Even if it would bring up a lot of stuff from the past i would really welcome it because that would be a chance to integrate those things with the help of teal swans completion process which already turned the ocean of pain i often felt troughout my life untill 1,5 years ago into a small pond in just about 30 minutes. And another thing to you people who think everything has to last for years and years untill you "achieve" it. not at all time does not exist everything is instant and in this moment. Even enlightenment needs just one step! You limit yourself with those beliefs. -

Why do people automatically assume all sorts of stuff on this board? No i did not have to ask i just asked because i wanted to have a few different opinions on this topic also how would you know if i did not already do a research on this? You people here are quick to judge i have to say. All of you automatically asume i am some kind of newbie to everything, why?? Reality can not be expressed with some fancy words so how would you know how far my consciousness actually is? Anyway to get back to the topic im actually considering to try some mushrooms once beforehand or maybe not even doing this at all because in all seriousness the hysteria you seem to have about this stuff makes me think that it is not actually worth it out of my current life situation atleast. -

I never said i needed a breaktrough. I just want to experience the ego death. I dont say i am enlightened or anything obviously i just have a very happy and conscious life and even if i am feeling some form of pain i actually do not have a problem to surrender to it. -
LaucherJunge replied to LaucherJunge's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well i would not say i did not have some kind of awakening i pretty much solved all the emotional crap in my life and am not attached to my thought at all i do not have a problem with just surrendering even to death because i had a very happy life the past 1.5 years and i have been meditating for just 2 years now im already in meditation almost all of my daily life not just when i sit down to meditate. -
LaucherJunge replied to LaucherJunge's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The thing is that in my case i do not actually want to use any kind of drugs regularly I just want to experience ego death once. It is also not possible at the moment financially or at least rather hard. -
LaucherJunge replied to LaucherJunge's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
So what would be the break through dose? I would have just started at like 15-20 mg which is low i guess? -

I had a lot experience with pot if that counts. But what is the worst thing that could happen, the ego death is very welcome. -

I personally do not use them because i think it is a distraction from the real deal but yes im pretty sure they do work from of my experience. I feel the pressure on the third eye space usually already after seconds of hearing it without even trying to feel it. If i actually try to get to this in meditation it can sometimes take like 5-15 minutes but if feeling this pressure is of any use for the real deal i do not think so actually. This one is pretty strong. -
Then you did not seriously look into everything because it is pretty convincing evidence even if you play it down completely if you look at really all of it, it would still be a neccessary to start a serious investigation, im not telling anyone to go from 0% to 100%. As i said i do not want to start discussing this do the research on your own im not going to reply here anymore.

I am pretty disappointed by you Leo, there are not many people who i would expect less to buy the narrative of the media. Sure i would not expect you to openly speak about this subject of Pizzagate because it surely is dangerous to do so as a public figure but atleast you should not call it fake. Did you actually see any of the evidence provided by Wikileaks+FBI files and people who are investigating it? Anyway the purpose of this post is not to create a discussion.

I have been on this journey for some time now and i finally realized it for myself how self-destructive it is to set enlightenment as your goal. I leave my happiness behind just for the sake of the pursuit which maybe will never end for me same as the persuit others have for money or other things. It is not worth throwing away the great opportunity granted by the universe and wasting all of your time researching, writing, talking and meditating on enlightenment. From now on my only pursuit in life is to focus on the positive in order to attract more positive which i can then again focus on if it leads to enlightenment someday great if not i do not really care because i just want to live out the opportunity granted to me, live out the great lifelike illusion created by the mightiest of all forces. If i focus on self-improvement i just focus on the negative things which i try to improve but this is wrong the law of attraction will punish this. Positive focus is the answer to everything as simple as that. If you ask me what is the purpose of life i will tell you everyone chooses his purpose by himself. If you choose to be in misery until the great day of enlightenment comes, enjoy nobody will stop you. But i end this here and now. The skills i gained trough all this meditation make it so easy to focus on the positive for me because i am conscious all the time, why would i be doing anything else in life?

It is not about suffering to be honest. It is just about being happy and feeling positive emotions more often and eventually all the time sure there are downs to life and i embrace those as well as long as i know that i am still being positive and it will be good again. I was multiple times at a point where i was very positive on everything and it were the best phases of my life. But this pursuit makes me go down a spiral where it is difficult to get out of again after such a phase. Thats why i want this concept of enlightenment out of my head all at once. -

The mind is not a disease. It is a Symbiosis of mind and consciousness there is a reason the ego exists we dont have to know it as we are in this state but it is probably simply for the purpose of expansion. Enlightenment will grant you an overview of this Symbiosis. -

He refutes himself with his first argument. It is only surpressing masculine in his mind because his idea of masculinity is same as for most others influenced by society and parents and this idea of masculinity is in no way superior to any other. Judging or saying something is evil will just make you resist it. What you resist persist not only that but it will lower your frequency you will feel bad if your start focusing on those things and make a witch hunt out of it and it surely will not solve those problems as long as our society is not making the neccessary shift it is in your best interest to just accept everything as it is this being said there is no evil if people are truly happy and to sum it up if you focus on the negative it will just spread even further if you focus on the positive the negative will dissolve. solipsism seems to make perfect sense to me, obviously everything you percieve with your senses is filtered thats why we can not be sure. Just because multiple human individuals percieve the same thing as being true does not mean that it actually is objectively that way because every single one of those filtered it trough his very own human perception saying it is objective would be equal to saying humans are the god race who knows the truth while ETs for example are just decieved by their inferior perception because they filter it in their way not to mention that we just percieve our realm of dimensions, take dmt and you will see what other dimensions look like for us.. how can there be objective truth in our perception when there are other dimensions where everything is completely different and we can even percieve it in altered states of mind thats proof for no objective truth in of itself. There is knowledge even in solipsism its just that it is subjective knowledge. Im gonna stop here this guy can not be taken seriously at all, waste of time writing this. -

I luckily did not have much trouble with stuff coming up because I had The Completion Process, it literally solved all of my suffering that was coming up during meditation for a year in just 3 sittings for 20 minutes since then i did not have any kind of suffering which i could not resolve by just being with it for a few minutes and accepting it as it is. The best thing about knowing this process actually is that you know there is no way you will have serious suffering again because you can always use it so automatically you dont have fear of suffering which leads to not resisting it even if something strong came up again its easy to deal with. -

I had the same problem about 1 year ago and i also dont understand why i was choosing the suffering over a nice calm meditation. At some point is just shifted for me and i started to enjoy meditation a lot! What can help is trying to just meditate multiple times for very short periods of times. Or as the dreamer said conscious breathing is a great idea. Just bringing your meditation into your normal state always when you become conscious even if its just for a moment so in other words becoming meditative in every activity. -
LaucherJunge replied to jennywise's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
But dont you think that if someone experiences enlightenment he basically taps into another dimension? In our 3d physical world this nothingness that everything is can not exist because physicality has boundries. That is the reason why in our physical world we can not even explain what it actually is it is only explainable in the same dimensional "area" which would only be possible to experience by people who can adapt their consciousness to that dimension and making it impossible to hand towards others in 3D. It makes us actually exist in 3D reality but not in this higher dimension. I hope what im trying to say is possible to grasp out of anothers perspective. -
LaucherJunge replied to jennywise's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The negative always comes from the ego in my opinion. -
LaucherJunge replied to jennywise's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You guys are really being too negative on this. My opinion on this is that there are as many paradoxons as there are dimensions which means yes ultimately in the highest dimension we do not exist there is no we. But in the physical 3D world we actually do exist! Sure if you get enlightened you are able to grasp this higher dimension perspective but the truth is life still happens to you in this world. So basically what i am saying is wo do exist and we do not exist at the same time. Living your dream or living your illusion what difference does it make? -
LaucherJunge replied to bflare's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Its not all black and white you know. Yes it is true that you can not be truly happy the way you can with spirituality. But you can be happy to a limited degree for a short period of time after a new success which is enough for many people. Also there are many different spiritual paths you do not neccesairly have to seek enlightenment. If you get in touch with your higher self on your spiritual journey and discover what your true desires are i think you still can be happy to a certain degree by materialistic means if you always follow your true desires but many people dont think for themselves and made the desires others have for them to their own which makes them unhappy. It might be a very turbulent life path nontheless, at one point you will desire to be successful in a job and a few years later a new desire might come up which makes you quit that job. You can also choose the way of positive focus/raising your frequency or vibration however you want to call it which also can make you happy to a certain degree and you will still have those drops of frequency from time to time. What people who seek enlightenment are talking about is a happiness thats is beyond measure its bliss if you reach this state you will see how every other kind of happiness is just an illusion but still i would not say that this is the one true way. In fact i try to kind of go on a mixture of all of those paths. I try positive focus and seek out for my desires to a high degree and do stupidly long amounts of meditation sometimes to eventually become enlightened. If you discover the first time that the world you live in is an illusion it sure will make you confused. Keep up your passions if they really are passions which you do for yourself and not for others. -
LaucherJunge replied to bflare's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If you go for material things you will notice that you will be looking for success for all your life and once you get to that point you will realize that it did not make you happy because you want more. Animals have their limits if they have a full stomach they are truly happy. Humans on the other hands have no limitations at all if you have an empty stomach you have 1 problem if you finally fill it you suddenly have 100 problems. If you become the king of earth you will look for the stars and if you have our galaxy under control you will look for the entire universe.. Our physical reality has its boundries that is why it is not possible to truly satisfy the limitless human nature. You have to seek for the unlimited source of bliss that is inside of you if you really want to be happy.
