60% orange / 40% green. They're focused on equality, inclusion, human rights on the green side. But they take a stage orange scientific approach and use the traditional understanding of chromosomes as the main indicator of gender and/or just conflate biological sex = gender. Their exclusion of trans people comes from a place of love for assigned-female-at-birth women and desire to protect them, moreso than hatred for the other. 0% blue. It's not about morality, it's about definitions. TERFs don't oppose trans people for the same reasons a Christian does.

It's possible to manifest stuff but the problem is that it takes MORE work than just doing it the old-fashioned way and putting in the work. And usually even to manifest something, you need to be putting yourself in a situation to make it happen. Eg. You can't win the lottery if you don't buy a ticket. For pretty much anything, whether it's making a million dollars or getting a hot gf, you're better off studying real subjects like business or pickup for 100 hours, rather than spending 100 hours trying to manifest. Once you do the real work, then manifesting / law of attraction / visualization / whatever is the cherry on top that takes it to the next level. -
As just a hobby, for self-defense, or for fitness it's fine. But since OP mentioned Zone of Genius it sounds like they want to make MMA their life purpose. In that case I'd think more critically about it. All sports are super-competitive and you usually need to start young to become world-class unless you're exceptionally gifted. With fighting specifically it's very win-lose. Someone always wins and someone always loses. And the way you lose is by getting significantly hurt or knocked unconscious. It's possible to make a high consciousness career or purpose centered around MMA, like coaching kids that are getting bullied or teaching self-defense to women. But if your goal is to fight for prize money, not so much.

Yeah this is a more long-term goal of mine once I accomplish my more short-term goals, to take on more of a mentor role, but not sure if I'm qualified or deserving of that yet. I've also noticed that you can only help people who want to help themselves, which is pretty depressing on its own. "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink" situation. For example I have a 25 year old cousin that just sits in his parents house all day smoking weed and playing video games, never had a job, doesn't even have the motivation to fill out paperwork to get disability/unemployment that he qualifies for, basically free money for almost no work. His parents are both in bad health and I'm almost certain he's going to become homeless in 10 or less years when they both die. I would love to help him get his s**t together before it's too late, but he has no interest in putting in any effort when he can just delay the consequences and coast for another 10 years. It's maddening to see preventable train wrecks all around you but being powerless to stop them. I guess there are plenty of people online I could help but 1. I worry coaching is a lazy life purpose that lots of people default to because they see Leo doing it. 2. I don't want to beg people to let me help them. I have a youtube channel where I've done 50+ videos about writing (my life purpose) with goals that eventually I'd build an audience and I could sell a course for people who wanted to make a full-time living being a writer, but none of the videos got more than 100 views despite my SEO knowledge, good thumbnails, etc. I guess I don't want to invest hundreds of hours trying to help people and have nobody show up who wants to be helped. I think you're definitely on to something here. I feel like I've had to strategically turn my empathy off or it would cripple my ability to do anything. I have to care for no one, or very few people. Otherwise it'd open the floodgates and I'd have to donate all the time and money I have to helping every starving kid in Africa, every kid and dog and cat that needs to be adopted. Do you have any recommendations on how to identify karma, baggage that I need to burn through? Yeah I'm a big proponent of the LP course and I actually go through the entire course again every December. It helped me to be sure that quitting my job to become a freelance writer was the right decision. For about 4 years my life purpose was "Summarizing information in an easy-to-digest format and empowering people to pursue their dreams." I paid the bills by writing blogs and articles for sites that I considered ethical, and usually topics I was interested anyway. Then I created a few of my own blogs on the side. This year I changed it slightly to "Explaining unique topics to people to create a sense of awe and wonder" because I wanted to include a podcast, I've recorded 44 episodes since February but getting a bit burned out on it now. My top 3 values are 1. health/vigor/energy, 2. contribution/impact 3. freedom/independence I might end up back on something like coaching with that eventually. If I could do something all day it'd be commenting on Forums/Reddit/etc and I seem to get good feedback for the comments and advice I leave. If I could create an advice column that might actually be my ideal purpose, but it seems like you'd need some kind of following or accomplishments before anyone would want your advice. Yeah this is good advice and something I should be doing more. I was up to running nearly 5 km 3x a week before covid, but then I just stopped and never picked it up again. On the days that I ran my partner did say she noticed an improvement in my mood.

Psychology is just the study of the human mind, it doesn't make any prescriptive statements about being social.

You're probably at about 15% body fat, you can lose 10 lbs no problem and only be on the edge of being underweight. My biggest concern would be what kind of water you have access to at the campsite. Municipal water, well water? If it's old it might have lead pipes. If it's accessible by car you might want to bring in 25+ liters of water with you, otherwise you should really bring some way to purify it. If you're drinking bad water, the effects will be amplified while fasting.

It probably sounds like something an angsty teenager would say, but I feel like my anxiety stems from just living in a fundamentally sick and corrupt society. Living in a city with hundreds of thousands of people, no real connections or sense of community, isolated and don't feel like anyone around me has the same interests/beliefs as me, no one is on my side or looking out for me. Alone and vulnerable in a sea of people. (At the same time I'm introverted and anxious so it'd be hard to make connections even if I wanted to.) At some level I think all of my anxieties are about people.... people being unpredictable, violent, increased crime, or just people being loud and obnoxious and inconsiderate. Worrying what people will think, say, or do. My current cope is that if I could just move away from the big city I live in, and be on a couple acres away from everybody where I don't even have neighbors to worry about, and only need to go into a small town once a week to get groceries or something, then it would be a much less anxiety-filled life. At some level I suspect this wouldn't work though. I have an extremely avoidant personality and go to pretty genius lengths to get myself out of situations that make me anxious. I made my own business to work from home so I wouldn't have to deal with the stress of taking a crowded bus to work every day, dealing with coworkers and work drama, having to talk on the phone, etc. But all that tends to happen when I remove my bigger sources of anxiety, is that my level of anxiety just stays the same and I find smaller and smaller problems to be equally anxious about. So instead of worrying about a meeting at work I'm just worrying about what my neighbor thinks of me or something instead. PLUS it wears away the desensitization to everyday stressors, so where it was easier to go out and do stuff before, now it's extra anxiety-provoking to go to a mall or if I had to go back to riding a crowded bus. If I moved to a place where I never saw people again, my anxiety would most likely shift onto something else like worrying about racoons or skunks on my property or something. In terms of sleep I have no problems. I've always been out within 10 minutes of hitting the pillow. I have a baby now so there's more interruptions in the night, but I don't think it has really had an impact on my anxiety. Although I have started drinking caffeine in the past couple of years as a result and it'd probably help if I cut that out. I will check out chamomile extract and ashwaganadha though, plus watch the IFS videos that Leo just posted on the blog. Thanks! I have what is probably the "normal" depression where I just feel less happy and motivated for months at a time, a slightly depressed state is pretty much my default state. Then rarely a few times a year, I'll get 1 - 2 weeks where I'm happier and have lots of energy and almost manic. Then maybe 4x a year I'll have a period of 1 - 3 days in a row where it's severe depression where it's extra hard to do things, crying for no reason, etc. (But still not to the point that I can't get out of bed or shower, like the most severe cases I've heard of.) What are the long-term health risks of taking anti-anxiety or anti-depression meds? I did a quick Google search and didn't see any studies on brain damage. I saw something about 14% increased risk of cardiovascular issues. Do you know how these meds negatively impact the body and cause brain damage? (especially SSRIs like sertraline, which is most likely what I would end up taking) Is the increased mortality statistic maybe just skewed because depressed people are more likely to commit suicide or something like that? Appreciate all your insight either way

I'm not a fan of Tate but since people are unanimously poo-pooing him here, I thought I'd take a contrarian perspective and try to find some possible positives that the course might offer you.... For $50 if he's really teaching you 18 money-making methods + access to a community of like-minded people then you'll probably get something of value in there. If one of the methods he gives you is affiliate marketing for his own course, then yeah, people are probably going to see that as the low-hanging fruit and focus on that and turn it into a pyramid scheme, ignoring better and more independent long-term methods he offers. I would set aside a few hours per day and try to get through all the material as fast as possible, and take notes so that you'll have access to the information forever. Then get as much out of it for $50 as you can in a month and then cancel. Don't just forget about it and let it keep dinging you for $50 every month for the next 2 years, that's how they get you It seems like it might be a good jumping-off point for beginners to learn a little bit about affiliate marketing, a little bit about copywriting and freelancing, a little bit about Amazon FBA, a little bit about stock trading. Then you can take that information and find a much better and reputable teacher that focuses on just one topic and helps you master it. Is it stuff you could figure out yourself online for free by doing your own research? Yeah. But there's a benefit to paying $50 to have it all packaged up and presented to you too.

As cheesy as it sounds, watch motivation / inspiration videos on Youtube for an hour a day. You can do it while you're driving or in the shower or whatever. The video doesn't really matter, just the audio. There are thousands of unique videos like this, you'll never run out: If you find one that really resonates with you, keep watching it over and over. I credit this video for the first time I ever earned $10k in a month: A big part of it is masculine energy as mentioned above. These videos are excellent at tapping into and amplifying the masculine energy inside of you. They also act like positive affirmations when you listen to them over and over, it starts to shape your mindset. If you don't feel inspired and amped up after watching a few of these videos then I don't know what to tell you. Maybe play them even louder . If you feel like a fucking Viking warrior afterward then you're doing it right. If you start watching these videos and feeling more driven, keep watching them. They're only a temporary stopgap measure and you need to start developing successful habits to cement it as something permanent, otherwise your motivation will fade just as quickly when you stop listening to them.

Seems like unnecessarily kicking the hornets nest. Not sure of the geopolitical implications to the US if Taiwan became part of China again, but it doesn't seem like it would affect the West much, if at all. Things are already bad enough with Russia, why antagonize China and risk sanctions from them too. Shooting down Pelosi's plane seems extreme and like an act of war. But if they want to intercept it with fighter jets and force them to turn away I'd understand. Imagine the fuss Israel would kick up if any Western leader went to visit Palestine.

What % of Boomers and Gen X does everybody estimate are at Stage Green? I find it hard to imagine them stuck there because I don't think many ever reached it to begin with. There were hippies in the 70s, most went back to being businessmen and housewives as they got older and reverted back to Stage Orange or lower. The Boomers I know are all stuck in Stage orange. Constantly talking about retirement and investments, their kids jobs and salaries, how much their house is worth. Love giving super outdated advice to young people about how to get a job. The ones not totally obsessed with money are a stage lower and obsessed with organized religion.

Hell no it gives me terrible depersonalization / derealization lol I wish I could use it to get some relief. But even if I could, it wouldn't be good to be stoned all day every day. At that point it'd be basically the same as becoming an alcoholic to cure my anxiety. It might work but the downsides would outweigh the benefit.

I never clean my mattress, never heard of anyone else who does. Just flip it every 6 months or so to avoid grooves forming from sleeping in the same spot every night. I do have a mattress protector which is like a fitted sheet underneath everything else to prevent spills, allergens, bacteria from getting to the actual mattress. I should probably wash that occasionally, has never occurred to me haha. I might do that next time I wash my sheets now. My guess is that some stuff is too small or lives too deep to even vacuum it out. Almost everyone has eyelash mites. Almost everyone is breathing in mold and fungus spores, dust, etc constantly. Doesn't matter if you vacuum your bed, shower daily, use an air purifier. Maintain basic hygiene but don't overthink it or go too extreme with it or you'll give yourself OCD.

Unless the US can become independent on rare earth metals and mine them itself, I'm not sure if it matters. Otherwise you're still held hostage buying the raw materials from China and they can just jack up the price of those to offset your subsidies, or cut you off entirely in wartime. It'd be like subsidizing coffee producers in Iceland when they don't have the climate to grow coffee plants in their own country. You need control over every part of the supply chain.

I feel like someone can misuse occams razor to justify any belief system. Whatever you believe will always seem like the simplest, most obvious and logical answer. -
Respectfully, how has the situation improved? I'm genuinely curious what European media is showing, because from here in Canada the Biden administration looks like a steadily worsening disaster. (Although admittedly I'm right-wing biased.) From my perspective the economy is way worse, Afghanistan withdrawal was screwed up by trying to extend it, adversarial countries like Russia no longer fear the US and act with impunity, Biden has gone back on his word on pretty much everything, including he's now adding to the border wall. Kamala is the "border czar" and has yet to actually visit the southern border since taking office. Biden's approval rating is lower than any modern president and keeps going lower. Everybody is now seeing that the Democrats do just as bad or worse than Trump and are getting completely disillusioned. If you're a minority or vulnerable group, maybe the Biden administration has helped you or at least temporarily prevented your rights from being eroded. But for majority of people have been hurt more than they've been helped on all the broad issues. I'd bet that the next president will be Republican and will win the popular vote by a significant amount. Too early to say if it'll be Trump or not. Have to wait and see if he announces he's running again, which if he's smart he'll wait until after the midterms to do.

People say that computers can only be pseudo-random and not truly random, I don't understand the complicated logic behind it though. It seems random enough to me... as it's likely any physical coin you use in a heads/tails trial will be slightly weighted 1 way or the other and not exactly 50/50 either, for example. Dean Radin is legit. I've participated in his studies with the Institute of Noetic Sciences & Boundary Institute going back to 2004. Based on my performance on their site (used to be gotpsi.org, now psiarcade.org) I've been invited to participate in "talent tests" where I had to do hundreds of formal trials with the ESP card test. They even gave me some Amazon gift cards for taking part . So if you think you might be psychic, you might as well do some trials and hope they reach out and maybe you'll get paid for it I'm best at the Location Test and Remote Viewing Test. Not sure if I'm truly psychic, moreso just consistently above-average luck and intuition which I attribute to my Chinese zodiac sign among other things. You might be interested in the Global Conciousness Project and their little egg thingies too: https://global-mind.org/realtime/ Apparently they went off the charts when planes hit the towers on 9/11 and a few other major global events.

Can you list exactly what you eat in a day? Even better keep a journal for a week of everything you eat, plus note when your gut health and bloating feels at its best or worst. Everything you put in your mouth, from salting your food or adding spices, to putting a little brown sugar on your oatmeal. Clean diet means different things to different people, so we need some baseline to make sure we're on the same page. I'd probably start with an elimination diet and cut different things out one by one, and see if it has any impact. My guess is that fasting will provide temporary relief, but only because you stop eating something that you're slightly allergic to for a couple days.

The best way to bury the real conspiracies is to hold the most ridiculous ones up as straw men to discredit anyone who questions any official narrative. Then all conspiracy theorists get painted with the same brush.... Oh you must believe in lizard people, flat earth, nanobots in vaccines, pizzagate, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the more outlandish conspiracy theories were specifically seeded by the CIA as a psyop just to create more confusion and infighting. Our government (and mainstream media that works hand-in-hand with the government) is changing the definition of recession to avoid admitting we officially entered a recession today. Who knows how they're manipulating the truth on stuff that actually matters? There are almost certainly still multiple world-changing secrets that are being kept from the public. Ie. I didn't list the fact that tons of rich and powerful people went to Epstein Island in my list above, because I can't confirm for sure what went on there, and the flight logs haven't been made public. Probably won't be made public for a couple generations, because if people knew some of the people involved it would likely shake people's faith in government officials to the point that it'd cause civil unrest. On some level it doesn't even matter the evil stuff the elites are doing, because people are so asleep. We know for a fact all the stuff Edward Snowden told us, how the government basically stores and has access to all of your emails, phone calls, discord servers, photos, etc. And not just the metadata, the entire thing. First they lied and said it was just non-US citizens abroad, then it was US citizens in conversation with people internationally, then it was just metadata, then it was all of it. They kept getting caught in one lie after another as Snowden kept leaking more to prove they were lying. That was a big deal for all of a couple weeks, now people have all but forgotten about it and continue using all their technology, and nothing was ever done to fix it. Maybe just because nobody feels like they can fix it. Not really THAT big of a leap from "The NSA actively listens in on me and my friend's voice chat while we play Minecraft and/or has voice recognition software actively combing through it for certain red flag words" to "aliens control the government" LOL. The former would've sounded equally tin-hat crazy a decade ago. Only in retrospect can we be like "well yeah, of course, the signs were there all along"

Live a hedonistic material life and appreciate what it has to offer, but also be constantly in the present moment and realize that everything around you is miraculous and magical. Every time you feel the breeze of the wind on your skin, every time you bite into a piece of food, every time you wake up for another day, it's magical. God made this playground for you, take full advantage of it. But also realize what a profound gift it is, and be so grateful for it that it brings you to tears. -
You shouldn't be eating more than a couple brazil nuts per day or you risk giving yourself selenium poisoning. Make sure you're buying nuts that are unsalted and dry roasted so they aren't covered in oil. Mixed nuts are especially low quality, cheaper brands are usually like 75% peanuts. If you're eating large enough amounts, it might be better to buy separate individual bags of each nut you like and then mix them together yourself.

Not a joke. My wife is like 8/10 for the criteria I've listed. Biggest thing I'd change is that she leans left politically. You guys are in a bubble of spiritual highly-actualized people here. One person insists there is no such thing as ugly and it's entirely subjective. HAHA. Everyday people out in society don't think that way. The majority of guys want many of the things I listed, except the average guy is probably even more misogynistic than me and strict with gender roles (ie they wouldn't want their gf earning more than them.) Welcome to stage orange, guys. What, you want me to build my ideal girlfriend around duplicating my strengths instead? Your partner should fill in the gaps for you, why would you want redundancy? I never said my ideal fantasy was healthy. If you ask me what I'd do with $500M my response would be pretty unhealthy as well

How long did you take it before you saw an effect? I've taken it for a few days in a row here and there and didn't notice a difference. I can't get over the smell and taste even when it's in a capsule.
