What really? During the 3 preparatory asanas; Patangasna (butterfly pose), Shishupalasna (rock the baby pose) and NadiVibajan (cat stretch) ? I thought when you are doing the bhandas at the end there is where the magic happens. Cannot believe, how on the asana cat stretch or other you go god mode..absolute incredible

@Clarence Thanks again for your trip report, always good to read! I know these situations where you need to force yourself to do 5 meo, even when you are not in the mood at all for a trip (even if the trips before were all positive, you still get stressed). @Jannes yes women have their own delusions and men and women Balance each other. But I think men are overall more delusional on the the delusional spectrum. I think I will buy it. It does not make sense not to buy it. If I switch every 4 year to a new one and live 40 more years I will buy 10 more Smartphones in my life. Thats affortable.
