Yeah before sadghurus shambhavi mahamudra I took these Yoga exercises not very serious. After that I was blown away. How can yoga be that powerful! I have now much more respect of sadghuru. I practiced Kundalini yoga, wim Hof before and took over 200 trips on psychedelics so far plus tons of other tools. So I know a bit what powerful means. I had not such experiences like 5 Meo but if I really try hard I think I could get there.

It's very narrow to judge a device only on how much it will awaken society. Awakening is not everything. We need to live on this planet.survival still counts. And putting so much fear on abusing this device for driving a car is overreacting. Yes some idiots will do this at the beginning but these are also these kind of people who would smoke weed while driving a car, but it would be even more riskier because the police will immediately see their illegal behavior right in their face. Therefore there will be consequently very few who would do that. That's what I meant by irrational fear.

I am not talking about some little power changes. I am talking about mind blowing long lasting transformations with sadghurus yoga exercises.

Sadghuru answered very well and wise. He made some good points. I still stick to psychedelics because you need to do hardcore yoga or be genetically gifted to get there naturally. Also i think psychedelics help very well to understand these yoga exercises from sadghuru even better. If psychedelics or sadghurus yoga exercises are more powerful I would say after some personal experience that they can be both equally powerful. And yes sadghurus shambhavi mahamudra can be sometimes even more powerful than a 5 Meo breakthrough experience. I witnessed that.
