And even then there is more to that (infinity of gods etc).Your intellect is too active. So whatever you do, best would be not to harm yourself and try to get an awakening experience if you really want to know.

That's a bit tricky question because I'm my opinion you can only reach 5 Meo states through meditation if you had your prior 5 Meo breakthroughs before. Otherwise it's very hard to reach or even impossible for you.

I am with you. I snapped also out of it after discovering how Luis Elizondo is a grifter who abuses his former position to make money out of this scene.
