If you did not do shambhavi mahamudra then you missed his whole work. It's all about this one yoga exercise. Please check that out or you really missed sadghurus whole creation. It's like if someone judges your work but only saw your book list and one random video of how to be funny or something.

What, you didn't do the shambhavi mahamudra program after? You need IE as a prerequisite because if you do shambhavi mahamudra without some basic understanding and get into Kundalini awakening it can destroy your life. It is really that powerful. I talk here about first hand experiences but I know you won't believe me. You just did a precourse and want to judge about sadghuru programs? At least take shambhavi mahamudra course. Even if you have more peak spiritual experiences than anyone participating there the difference is, that Kundalini activations or even awakening is another beast. And shambhavi mahamudra and other courses of sadghuru focus on that.

@ryoko why do you think the initiation is so powerful?Probably because on the initiation you are more serious than at home alone. Yes most people don't get the effects after initiation ever again.

Exactly. You take inner course engineering to get access to the shambhavi mahamudra yoga teachings in person. You can also take both together called inner engineering total. I participated 2023 and for me it was life changing. Absolutely worth, I highly recommend sadghurus programs to everyone who is serious about getting spiritual gains.

Insane!! That's very unusual. Do you have something to look on during the trip, like a Buddha statue? Or are you staring into the room. You probably know that this is very unusual. Most people who take psychedelics seriously, will close their eyes after some times or they have the urge to lie down.

How do you do that during a 5 Meo session. I personally witnessed on many people that ALL people close their eyes automatically when effects really start. They lie down and close their eyes instinctively. Do you always sit and have eyes open even on a 5 Meo trip? If you lie down you would see just the ceiling.

@Hojo it seems you experienced some kind of "sleep paralysis". You just went deeper because during this state you lost time. During and shortly after a sleep paralysis you have the opportunity to get out of body experiences. Overall a very unusual experience you described.

@Hojo I mean the 3 month after this night where you felt death. I asked me how you were perceiving reality in this time and were you fully functioning?

Your body was doing its thing autonomous? What you describe sounds also like coma but you were at the same time somehow functional? Did you work?

@Hojo i had one experience while strong determination meditation combined with do nothing where I was looking with open eyes but after some time I was not there just existence. There were zero experience during that time. I had no perception of anyting. When I came back I saw single frames first and I was surprised that I am conscious and gone before. I lost time how long I was not there.positive Energy rushed through my body after I came back. Is that a cessation?

@Hojo what do you mean with you saw consciousness. And why has it probably nothing to do with shrooms? It's pretty commom to get insights about consciousness on shrooms that's why you take them mostly. Edit: ah thanks for the clarification.

I mean , what does such a trip look like to get free from depression afterwards. Is it just chilling and enjoy a bit energy? What happens normally on such a dose.

What dose and what setting? How deep do you need a shroom trip to be to cure your depression. For example Is an ego death needed etc. Yeah I researched shrooms are very good to relieve depression.
