  1. @KenDo ok that sounds more like it's over.
  2. Why not go for exactly that which it can give you in a very effective and efficient way: good health (physical and mental)
  3. Glad I am not the only one here who sees Bryan as a con artist. He is secretly into lookmaxxing and naive people cannot see that. They think it's all about stopping his age and buy his bullshit blueprint. He has fake teeth, fake hair, wears makeup, takes steroids, Finasterid and does all the stuff lookmaxxing is about. Now he adds anti aging stuff and bullshit tools too and will convince you that this is the cause he looks so great. A typical YouTube con artist. It's like these bodybuilder on YouTube who sell their own super powder and they claim only that brings you muscles. It's a lie.
  4. @MarkKol there are many reasons why she left. You cannot say that so simple
  5. @Leo Gura It's for me really hard to see people struggling at the gym just for motivation of getting girls by that. It seems you are one of them. Don't go to the gym because of girls. Go to the gym to get all these positive health effects we are here talking about. It's amazing helpful for your health as long as you can execute the exercises properly.
  6. Excellent answer, thank you!
  7. No you can't say that so radically. Every relationship is unique.
  8. @Leo Gura I now understand what you mean. Ok first off bulking is extreme unhealthy. I did that in my 20 years training for half a year until I recognized how stupid and unhealthy it is. Yes if you mean that as a gym rat, forget it. My claim was about going to the gym, doing some weight lifting and eat at least a bit clean gives you tons of healthy benefits. You cannot deny that.If you get girls with that is a complete other topic because if you have shitty genetics, training will not do much. I go to the g not for girls but for getting these health benefits and because I enjoy it.
  9. I can tell you that as a gym rat you pretty sure get a lot of the same benefits a weightlifter would get. As I told you I am such a gym rat. I am 38 years old but people think I look in my 20s. My blood picture is perfect. I don't even need evidence from outside, I feel I am a lot more healthier than before I became a gym rat. Also I saw my friends slowly become a gym rat too and they tell the same. I don't know what your definition of a gym rat is, but for me a gym rat lifts at least some weights and eats a lot of protein and less sugar/carbs. This alone has so many positive effects compared to negative on your health you cannot deny that. You just choose an excuse to not go to the gym
  10. @Leo Gura for what is this subconscious programming needed mainly if not for healing?
  11. @thierryYes the best is he should go on. But if he really needs to do it I gave him a template. That's what he asked for. She will have another boyfriend immediately. That's also a very high chance. Yes that hurts but you will get over it
  12. I think it's a cultural thing. Here in Germany it's pretty normal to see that 70% comes from genetics (I think most germans here believe even 90%). We have no problem with that because in our school and university it's also teached that way. So kids with low IQ are not pressured to work harder than others to outcome their genetic faith but to just switch to another class for "special kids" or see where they are good at and concentrate on that.
  13. People on the gym nowadays are not really training, they are just hanging out with their bros. Doing here and there some soft exercises, they train like a pussy and are not serious. When I was younger I trainied so hard my nose was bleeding and I couldn't wear my tshirts off because of total muscle exhaustion. I have so much muscles doctors cannot believe I don't take steroids. I have an full symmetrical 8 pack. If I stand near a disco, girls come to me thinking I am a security guy. People were following me in the supermarket to see what I eat etc. There were tons of such events. I always eat clean and healthy and work hard in the gym. And that's enough combined with good genetics to have a lot of muscles in a healthy way. It's so simple!
  14. @Leo Gura again, gaining a lot of muscles help you exactly with that . You can gain a lot of muscles in a healthy way. I think most people are not knowing and thinking every muscular guy in the gym is eating like a bodybuilder on steroids. No, just some balanced food with a bit extra protein and lower carbs is enough.
  15. That's true in a narrow perspective. However gaining a lot of muscles helps you with staying healthy. Your bodyweight, blood circulation, immune system etc. For me that's not egoic. Staying basic fit should be everyones concern.
  16. Of course and it doesn't make his work any less valuable. It's just I want to know if there is something into this or not. So are here some Owen cook follower who can clarify
  17. He said it several times on different occasions so I thought maybe there could be at least a bit more to it. Also I have not a good estimation of his personality from just a few random videos. He is not a con artist at least like Andrew Tate
  18. She needs to feel that she lost you completely. So say goodbye. No contact from you. Make one Thing clear. No friendship possible. After some time she will miss you. You can miss only someone if he is really not there. She will check out if she can anytime come back to you. Talk to her like a normal person, be polite. Make a normal meetup and then start from there again. But here comes the thing. If you did not level up in this time, worked on your failures that lead to this breakup, it will not happen! You need to develop yourself (start with basics: good eating, sleeping, training habits) Also any neediness will destroy that.High chance your neediness will show to herself in any signal (tone of your voice, etc). To give you some serious hopes there are plenty of chances to get together again. The real question is do you really want it?
  19. Guys I just follow Owen cook randomly and sometimes feel he is exaggerating/ making big claims. He said he never got sick a single day in 10 years. What do you think about that? Is that true? Did he really find out something that makes him healthy and robust or is it just a dump lie. I tip he got sick several times but is still working his ass off on these days and therefore doesn't count that as s sick day because he worked...
  20. I am a hardcore gym rat. Ama
  21. @Leo Gura @Leo Gura All right, I know here in this forum is a "new wave" of 5 Meo malt users happening right now, since it's available again since in the middle of last year. Many people take it seriously. So expect in one year an even more advanced audition in terms of awakening and understanding consciousness. I think there will be more and more people ready for your alien mind access, I hope you consider that.
  22. @Leo Gura @Leo Gura Is it a video series like the LP? For the alien mind course I hope for a live retreat where we all blast to alien mind with you together and then share our experiences:) just kidding. I know this is way too advanced for most. But I would take this course just as a motivation to what you can expect if you take psychedelics seriously like you did. And also because I am very curious about this.
  23. @Leo Gura maybe he does that because of marketing strategy (his own brand). Looking like a bird gives more attention than looking like a typical dude.
  24. @Leo Gura I expected alien mind coming but this new course sounds valuable and practicable. I know this will go deep so I am looking forward to. But one question nags me: Will you not loose slowly your alien consciousness knowledge since you cannot take psychedelics anymore, which is the only way to access it?
  25. @shree I gave your question Chatgpt4o: "When considering 4-AcO-DMT (4-Acetoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine), it's important to understand that it is a synthetic prodrug to psilocin. Upon ingestion, 4-AcO-DMT is thought to be metabolized into psilocin, which then produces its psychoactive effects. Given that both psilocybin and 4-AcO-DMT ultimately convert to psilocin in the body, it is plausible that an acidic environment, like that provided by lemon juice, might also influence the metabolism of 4-AcO-DMT. However, the exact mechanism and efficacy of this process with 4-AcO-DMT compared to psilocybin are less well-documented. Key considerations include: 1. **Chemical Stability**: 4-AcO-DMT might have different chemical stability in acidic solutions compared to psilocybin. Research into the specific reactions of 4-AcO-DMT in acidic environments would be necessary. 2. **Metabolism Pathway**: The conversion pathway for 4-AcO-DMT to psilocin might be more straightforward or different compared to psilocybin. Understanding this pathway would help in predicting how acidification might affect it. 3. **Bioavailability**: The impact of acidity on the bioavailability of 4-AcO-DMT versus psilocybin could differ, potentially altering the expected effects. Without specific studies or data on this exact process for 4-AcO-DMT, any conclusions would be speculative. For those interested in experimenting with this method, it would be essential to proceed with caution, understanding that individual reactions can vary and that anecdotal evidence should not replace scientific research."
