With a vape pen you can have different ratio. 1:4 at least should it be. 1/12 is way too low, you need to vape a lot to have any effects and it's not healthy to you lung to vape so much. Vape pen is way more precise than taking it rectally. You can also easy redose without any preparation. Just grap it and vape. Als it lasts shorter. @Jannes rectal or just build your own vape pen. There was a thread here where the instructions were discussed. You mix 5 Meo with e-liquid fill it in a cartridge and vape it in a vape pen. Very comfortable. But you can get headaches because of e liquid.
