But the effects are still there I think if a robot attacks you mentally, throws shit at you you would be also pissed off and feel negative even though it's just a robot. on the other hand we have improved search engines and AI which help to find the right book out of millions out there. Also we have people like you who do the front work of looking for best books out there and share their knowledge. That was all not possible years ago. It's not something like a fraud company even if many things were promised too much. Tesla really can make the impossible come real through fake it till you make it. I buy the hype. @LostSoul there is risk in everything. But you have to calculate the reward for yourself. Also you can minimize the risks by doing the following: Do 5 Meo regularly, at least every week, you can do it even multiple days in a row at the beginning. Start small and then slowly raise the dose every session, don't step back. Get comfortable in the 5 meo space . See where it leaves you. Do you come to a limit? If not maybe you will have one session another breakthrough and this can then rebuild your ego better than before. If you do it that slow way it can be very smooth. But don't expect every session that it will be smooth because if it's not smooth you should not be surprised by it.
