@Yimpa Did you go to the shaman and took ketamin there? What does the shaman do different with ketamin than in clinical sessions?

I have some advanced questions about this: 1) is it worth going so deep at least one time? 2) is it ever possible to reaching this deep level on 30 mg snorted with many 20 mg trips plugged? 3) If you only want to plug, what plan can you recommend to reach this deep level like you did on 30 mg snorted? Do I need to plug 90 mg at the end or would it better to stay on lower levels but do a lot of 5 meo sessions every week? Please answer these questions for people, who are normal sensitive to psychedelics.

So I thought about this radical insght that you are 100% responsible for creating your emotions. I dont think this is true, because everything is connected and you are therefore not responsible at all. For example you order a meal in a Restaurant and it tastes Bad, is the chief responsible or you creating this Taste? No one is responsible, because everything is connected to infinity. You as a human have very few control over how you taste something

@iboughtleosbooklist they may be dream Charakters from your POV but they experience their own bubble like you If I play call of duty online, I also know that if I shoot a player it are just pixels on the screen blinking to another colour from my point of view. So you would say no one got killed. But my Play Station is connected to the internet and in another house there sits another human who played the Charakter. He sees on the Pixels he got killed. He will experience that he was killed by me.

@iboughtleosbooklist did you had an real experience on non duality/solipsism or are you just paraphrasing what other non dual teachers say? Good that it helps you short term but I see that this is a coping mechanism which could get you into trouble in the future

@Rasheed@Rasheed my advice is also for writing a book. if you are reading books without practical background you will not really understand whats important in this book and what not. Also you cannot Know if these books write bullshit or not. You will be lost in theory. You really need practical experience. Psychedelics are great for this Later on after some good practical experience you can read some books about it. You will understand much more

@Breakingthewall so this can also be applied to senses like taste: If I am really equal to life and death I could eat human excrements to breakfast and it would be equal to eating a brownie If you cannot really control these emotions /senses, you should be not responsible for them even if you are creating them. "other" beings can influence these emotions/senses so they also are responsible for how they arise. It's a co-creation

Throw all books and theory away and get some Life experience: Get a girlfriend with borderline issues and live with her in one small room Get in the street and talk with homeless people. Sleep with them on the street too Go experience mentally insanity through some twisted psychedelics. You can learn a lot through experience in real time how it is to be scizophrenic Get addicted and then try to get out of the addiction Without life experience you will be just an ordinary coach

@IDressMyDog technically it is a sense. But is there a difference creating emotions and creating senses? Furthermore Taste and emotions are deeply entangled

I have learned from Leo to take psychedelics and which of them are worth to explore and which not. In Addition all these spiritual stuff. Also his booklist were interesting back then Thats some incredible valuable

@Leo Gura hmm ok here in Germany there are veeery few religious people. No one takes it serious, even the priest dont take it serious (they are more like a scool teacher who need to teach about Religion) So I never met an fundamental Christian in my life

@billiesimon hmm the normal weed guy is always so chilled. I think weed only in combination with prior psychedelic experience get really potent

@ardacigin Yeah that are some good points. Depression is really complicated. A whole lifestyle and mindset and body change needs to be done for sure and even that is no guarantee at all my girlfriend still will give ketamine a chance. of course just for a short time periode because of addiction possibility and organ damage. i will report if it helped her depression
