@Kingston @Kingston make 2 to 3 rounds if you Experiment the first times. After 1 to two hours you can raise the dose Start with 3 mg. Then 4,5 mg then 6 mg and see how you react. Remember when your heart beat raises fast and loud this is total normal ego defense and in 20 minutes it is over. No panic Ah one extra tip, Do breathing exercises like pranayama before 5 meo for 10 minutes or so to calm you down if you feel too nervous

@The Mystical Man psychedelics can change your brain chemistry slightly, they change your energy system. I can understand your perspective, because you never got anyhing from psychedelic use. But read other peoples experiences on this forum, you will see that psychedelics helped them a lot on whatever they pursued. Its a great tool, if you know how to take usage out of them. You never took a value out of psychedelics, but others here are doing, me too. Each psychedelic have their own characteristic and power. Try at least 5 meo dmt 5 meo mipt Ketamin I think you just have a handful experience, you lack of significant psychedelic experience. Otherwise you would not write such things. YOu should have at least 100 experiences to build an opinion on these tools

@itsadistraction your girlfriend will be the last one you want to have as a 5 meo Trip sitter. If things get serious, she will be too weak to help you really and she will be afraid of you and will calling the ambulance. And with ambulance comes police. Remember on normal dose you could scream so loud like you would kill someone. And you can fall on the ground because you cannot see anymore. Your girlfriend will probably not be there to stop you falling to the ground. Go step by step alone or with a trip sitter with experience and see how you react Also I recommend not snorting it but plugging it. With plugging your doses deliver more predictable outcomes and it doesnt hit you like a train
