With psychedelics: I remember how I see the world as I was a child. Playing games were more fun back then, watching movies more intense. But with psychedelics i can get almost back to this State of consciousness. I wish I knew as a beginner that feeling uncomfortable and stressfull is just a wave, after some minutes you will be ok again. But if you literally run away this fear will stay for very long time, maybe even after the trip is over.

I can say from experience that +-3 mg on 5 meo dmt low dose doesn't matter. I always use microscoops (3 mg cups, which are 1,5 mg 5 meo)

@LSD-Rumi are you serious 1 ml? Thats way too much man and you even speak about using 2 ml. you make things complicated again. Just some drops of water are enough mostly to dissolve the substance. 0,2 ml should be enough for high doses. Thats 10 times less water and of course the absorption happens in seconds not minutes

@integral did you read the article? there is a zone in your rectum, about 2 cm long for maximal absorption. I tested it out many times, there clearly is a sweet spot for maximal absorption. So just sticking in your ass like you feel is not a good way to go

just try it out. I know someone with fibromyalgie, ADHD; heavy depression, suicide thoughts, diagnosed psychosis, daily panic attacks, weekly migraine attack and social anxiety (not leaving home for month) who tried psychedelics many times during this dark phase, even high doses.
