@ItsMeIA You state you have been conditioned as if you know that, but clearly you don't know, because your words came from your conditioning. To repair, write out a few pages about what you see in her. Then throw that in the garbage and start over. Do that numerous times until you have to pause to wipe your own tears away because you realize the beauty of the entire universe is within her, is her. It is in everything and it is right there in front of your face always, and you're missing it.

@Dodo Telling someone they are nothing is not a metaphor. It's a communication from total misunderstanding of reality and the self. Nothing can't be happy, can't accomplish, can't pursue, can't love, can't develop, can't create. Lots of people refer to things all the time. Things leaders say. Things that are popular. Things of repetition. That has nothing to do with truth or benefit for me. It's often the obstacle.

I started learning guitar and singing around age 13. After singing at a few bars, weddings, etc...public speaking is easy. After keeping a band motivated and together and on point with unified focus, running my business is easy. After spending countless hours learning classical guitar, focus, connection, no monkey mind, inner peace, calmness...are all easy.

@Telepresent My apologies. I left blanks to be filled in with reference to age. Really, my bad. I apologize if I am offending any dj's. I am speaking from experience, having dj'd and performed vocally with guitar and piano for crowds for about 25 years. I am not trying to rain on any dj's parade. I'm saying from my experience, dj'ing is pushing buttons because what is required to push a crowd through the roof, literally, is just pushing the right buttons. A dj is literally playing music that other people poured their life into, not the dj. But to win a crowd vocally and with an instrument is a personal journey within, that is later the experience of sharing one's very self with a crowd. Mastering an instrument requires years if not decades and one must continuously give up one's self. If one persists with an instrument for their entire life, the undertaking becomes nothing about music and crowds, and only about the vastness within. It becomes resolve and conviction. Imagine for a moment that you sit next to Stevie Wonder as he performs Overjoyed. Then immediately after, you sit next to someone who plays the recording of it. The difference should become apparent.

When a wave knows it is the ocean, it can truly be a wave.

@Shin Something does not arise from nothing. Consider your own definition of nothing for a minute. Something only arises from the observance of everything. The ego self even, can not be nothing, because by our definition it would not be at all, yet it is, because we are referring to it right now. It is from the everything. To tell anyone they are nothing, is the same as telling them they are not of the everything. It is already in itself an act of separation and violence by the sayer.

In infinite eternalness, there is no wrong. Wrong is a thought, a product of the brain, which itself is a product of the everything and is the everything.

You're attempting to take the one thing in the universe that embodies the superposition and thus makes choices, and reduce it with categorization back into the fold of probability. This reveals a lot more about how you perceive your self than anything about Leo. As to how Leo perceives himself in this regard, I don't know.

@Telepresent You can certainly compare someone pushing the play button on someone else's music to someone actually spending years of their life to learn to play, sing, and write the music....I just don't see them as similar. I am somewhat older, and it seems to me that hype & acting captures attention these days. It used to take talent and inventiveness.

@alyra treadmill or elliptical, medium to high pace, listening to motivational speeches. At around 30 minutes, YouTube some tear jerking, heart warming moments (soldiers coming home to their kids, etc) It's ridiculous but it works well.

@MiracleMan Being understanding on behalf of our self even if when we don't understand, is letting go. You can break the chain by understanding he did what he did because of his past. He has his emotions to contend with. You have yours, so do your best. When you know you're doing your best, you feel pretty damn good. Be that bigger you. You can see the bigger picture now, and feel the love that comes with it, or, you can hold that anger until he dies. Death is notorious for an instant understanding of a bigger picture.

What physical activities are you doing? Long time / distance cardio? Body building? How often, to what degree and are you increasing the amounts of weight if you are using weights? Also, is the tiredness hitting you mid day?

@Revolutionary Think Be the change. That is enough. Teach your kids what you wish the teachers in their school would teach them. Otherwise, get a degree and a job within the school system.

@Johnnydeep the only input that matters on this is yours. What I suggest would behoove you is to employ all senses for this goal. What is it? Why do you desire it? How does it benefit you and everyone? Have you drawn it on paper? Have you written a few pages about it? How will you feel when you arrive at the goal? Can you feel that way now? The gap between those feelings right now is all that prevents it from being.

@Dharam Fear is literally just your thinking. Anything but changing your thinking is procrastination to changing your thinking. If you want help accomplishing this, utilize the internet (videos). Just get listening to things, you thoughts will follow. And of course, meditate on letting the old thought patterns go. JUst let them go.

@arjuna I mean we are everything. When the ego is employed, we think and act in a seperate "me" way. For me, happiness is forever building momentum in being everything and seeing the everything in everything. Seeing God in everyone and everything.
