  1. @Fuse You're defining what you are and you're unbelievably catastrophically undeniably shockingly radically inherently WRONG! You are God - just like the rest of us. Stop bullshiting and denying it. Your very existence is the act of the expanding universe. YOU ARE THE UNIVERSE. Stop saying what you are when it's followed by shit. Fucking garbage man. Start saying what you are when it's followed by what echoes inside of you with love and acceptance. So what you like porn?! Nobody cares!!!!!! Get busy listening to some positive affirming shit man!!!! You got this!!!!!
  2. @momo what is within your awareness is all that is. And it is, because it is within your awareness. I'm deducing you have absolutely no idea how powerful you are, and I'm jelly as hell with respect to the revelations you get to experience! All else, is simply a thought of yours. I am at a loss of words to express just how dramatically this can change your life. Begin seeing this way. Know it. In a short time, you will readily see how people, by and large, do not make this distinction, and therefore worry themselves into a hurried grave.
  3. @momo Be aware of the difference between your direct awareness, and your awareness of a thought. IT"S CRITICAL. Because, you, as in your body and mind, are not seperate from your awareness. Everything outside of you awareness- Saturn, Jupiter, other countries, etc, etc, etc - it's not existing if it's not in your awareness. So, that just brought the scale of what your dealing with way way way down right? Now realize you are the awareness of all that you are aware of. (Not your body and brain). That's a good start, imo. Now, question your own integirty. IT"S CRITICAL. Your inner voice of integrity, self honesty, that's literally what you're experiencing from the "outside world". For example, if you beat your wife, the world to you is full of wife beaters. All things get far more relative to that inner voice. If you have fear, you'll centralize fear in your perspective and dramatically limit your own creativity. Make any sense? Helpful?
  4. @MiracleMan Everything that helps, helps. It all adds up. Are you eating sugar, fat, meat? That COULD be 99% of the issue. Food is drugs, we have a roller coaster of addiction - the sugar / fat / meat high, then the withdrawal later or the next day, or even the next two days. Not to mention how unhealthy food blows our confidence, body mind connection, self image, etc, etc, etc. Not trying to food preach but when someone is saying they are angry and distraught and not sure why, in my experience, it's food, drugs or both. Behind either is typically a misunderstanding of a past event. A gift perceived as trauma. Excercising? That helps a ton. Listening to positive speakers? That helps. Going for a walk? Meditating? It all adds up to be none of what you're experiencing now. It's simple. The hardest part is having enough of what makes us feel like shit. Had enough yet?
  5. @TJ Reeves Great read! I love your writing. I am a writer also, if you are interested in any creation / collaboration in the future, let me know. Great stuff TJ!
  6. @John Iverson There is no time travel, of course.
  7. @The Universe the most impotant thing is our personal definition of integrity. to steel, even the tiniest thing, and yet worse, to repackage it and claim as one's own, will simply fuck one's self right of miraculous alignment, the very alignements that all Is. So, create with others. Create new dreams together. Never steel. Never fall for the trap of competitiveness, and "mine". You fool noone, you only cost yourself.
  8. @MiracleMan that's beautiful! You are wise to surrender! They were never your thoughts in the first place. The higher self, the one, has been waiting while you've been thinking, using, etc. your awareness is expanding, that can be rough to go through. The rainbow comes after the rain. Hang in there. You're going to shit your fucking pants at how beautiful it is. and you'll laugh your head off, because they're not even your pants!
  9. @WaterfallMachine My six year daughter is my master. She gets angry! She has no need to let the anger go. She has no veil. She is. She laughs again. She runs! She paints! She contemplates her chioice in headbands!! Pony tail or pig tails? She gets angry!! She doesn't need to meditate. She doesn't need to think to "let go". She is. She is being. There is no veil. She is my master. I am very lucky. She's a gift for me.
  10. @Ilya Sit and focus on your breathing. Eventually, with practice of returning your focus to your breathing, your brain will stop. Yet, there you will be. Then you'll be, not your brain. Until you expand to that state, you are your brain.
  11. @Sheeba If there were any inherent meaning, you would not be creating it. You are creating it, the whole thing, everything. That is the nature of "there is no inherent meaning". You are the giver of meaning. Look around you right now. Can you accept that you are seeing what you are seeing, because your choices led you to be where you currently are? Do you see? You have not been placed here. You have not experienced being born. You have not experienced death. What you've experienced are thoughts about those things. All is Well, you are free and One. You have no experience being two. You are, The One. It has never been any other way, nor could it ever be. You are The One Sheeba. So realize the power of your choices. It's now. You're starting now. Let your meanings go. Start now. You are an empty canvas. You are making choices now. Every choice you make, starting now, will lead to what you are seeing and experiencing in front of you. There is no assertion, no one can make choices for you, no one can assign meaning for you. Only you get to do those things. Only you can dream your dream. Only you can create your reality. Remember to breath, cause it's about to get pretty fucking awesome Sheeba. I know what you are. You're a creator. It is Now. You are The One.
  12. you're using the term life purpose, so, ya. do that for that.
  13. @egoless make a reservation, for a Zion party for one, and believe it or not, once you're there, everybody else was already there. Don't ask me how that works. IME, it just does.
  14. @MiracleMan I used to have back pain until I learned that sugar enflames back muscles. Sugar also leads to depression, dissatisfaction, weight gain - thus causing confidence issues - all culminating in a general negative outlook of one's future, and thus fear arises from an illusion of uncertainty / illusion that something other than the sugar is behind it. That was just my experience. I went sugar free years ago, and I don't miss it one bit. Now, instead, I'm addicted to being and dreaming and sort of just fucking kicking ass and being awesome to people in general.
  15. @Max_V If you are experiencing anxiety, you are not the one observing it, you are the one creating it.
