  1. I can hear something and not learn it, I can learn something and not know it, I can know something and not realize it, I can realize something and not transcend it, I can even transcend something and not be aware of it. To me, aiding & solidifying this 'path' of transcending experiences and expanding the awareness is what psychedelics are for. The foundation and the trip are equal parts of the spiritual process if one is to be changed by it. Paradoxically, this leads to the transcendence of the very one having the experiences. And then, paradoxically, one is the One.
  2. im a fan of desire without suffering. takes a quited mind. i think you may have expanded your consciousness and are aware of more so to speak, and finding some peace in the beauty and perfection of things. Ime, wanting has a way of coming back. Enjoy both as experience.
  3. It's the same as a dream where you wake up and talk about what someone else was saying in your dream. It was really you,, but it sure seemed like someone in your dream held a perspective. But truly, there aren't any perspectives, just something to do other than be infinite and alone.
  4. @Voyager good luck with this. It's like a baby paradox or something, aiming to be seriously on top of our practices without being serious in demeanor. I write my plans on the walls (on paper) or chalkboard painted wall. Then I don't need to think about it. I just follow my directions.
  5. To help the reactionary thinking and get to non thinking, cutting bread, sugar, caffeine, etc, the usual suspects, can be extremely helpful. Exercise helps a lot. Daily meditations will help you be more aware of reaction vs accepting. They help you get to a place of realizing you can't give what you don't have.
  6. The experience of the practices themselves are enough, no? All the benefits?
  7. @Brimstone longer term meditation resolves this. A change in diet helps a lot. Loving and accepting them helps also. Loving unconditionally is an art.
  8. @KPAVLOV that is terrible but thanks just the same for sharing!
  9. @How to be wise probably impossible to say. Here's a list you might dig. http://www.poehm.com/en/list-of-enlightened-people/
  10. Do you guys think solipsism is the real truth, or is it just me?
  11. @Martin123 @ThirdEyeSees Yes, around 3 years ago. I agree, love is the answer. I suggested breathing because then the clearity comes. Then the trigger is clearer, the judgement or anger is clearer, and then can be let go of. I'm not saying it will stop the pain. I'm saying in terms of letting go of the self judgement attached that is blocking the energy, which may be causing the pain. Good luck, i hope the pain subsides soon.
  12. @The Monk Good luck with cleansing!
  13. @Bas So awesome. Thanks for sharing! It is all so impossibly possible and unbelievably believable! A perpetual miracle! ❤️❣️
  14. I stopped fluoride, aluminum, meat, etc a while back and highly recommend it. You can eat raw and still get plenty of protein. I've tried a lot of products, here's some I recommend flavor and health wise. Try em! There're all on amazon. Hope it's helpful.
  15. I can relate. Not sure if relating to your experience of that makes me feel more or less crazy. Both I think.
  16. @Emerald just a thought that might help communicate this thing that is hard to communicate, but, this is what's happening with Esther, abraham and the hot seat audience member. this is why she says to each person, you are the one. she is not channeling some group of spiritual entities, she is the one, holds that perspective unfiltered, recognizes the audience member is the one, and wooshes "into them". so it comes off as if she is wise, but is simply being the one that is both people.
  17. @Rookie every experience is spiritual attainment. You're doing great. Isolating thoughts and letting them go is spiritual attainment
  18. @Martin123 I have experienced differently. I find the breath always begins the change and then the shift
  19. @Rookie fears in general? Are you afraid of dying? Or maybe there is a suppressed past event your brain leads you to think you'll have to deal with in this more advanced place of practices? Is there some unsettling uncertainty about something in your future? Like where your job or relationship is headed?
  20. @ThirdEyeSees I would spend some time understanding how I was being triggered by my husband, until I saw that it was actually all me. I think if you see enough of the relativity going on, or enough of the 'domino's' that are leading him to have that experience and you to have that experience, then you'll let go of some filter or self imposed blockage of your own love. Being 'triggered' by someone is actually your flow of love being interrupted and reduced by judging. If there was no judgement happening within you, that same trigger would intensify your love. Takes a while, but eventually, when he conducts the same "triggers", it will trigger love & joy & laughter in you. Then you have to practice not laughing outwardly all the time, or people will think you're a little crazy on the love. But then you will be filled with love and all is well, so, crazy becomes a pretty acceptable paradigm.
  21. @Rookie what thoughts were arising and what is your diet & exercise like?
  22. Everyone's consciousness is the same love. Then there's our little thought filters on our self love which 'separates' us with a personal idea of 'self'. No self and love of self & love of everyone are almost the same, in the sense of accessing this 'not only my' consciousness. It might be that a very large slice of relativity must be seen to be accepting enough of our self and others, to ironically see that there is no self or other. Just a shit ton of love doing stuff.
