@Serge I am so hearing what you are saying man. It’s paradoxical maybe- when you do the music only for you, for your liberation - that is communicated and felt by the listener, and it strikes a chord and they begin to see a path to their liberation. It’s so beautiful Serge. SO BEAUTIFUL. ❤️ Please, if you’re willing, share with me everything you write. I’m all ears.

Anyone else sense the tension of someone’s major breakthrough coming from this thread? Like a spider web that miraculously produces a marble. I feel like all they need is the confidence to be wrong. -

Legally, responsibly, and educated. Google is powerful. -
@Elisabeth Thinking is going for a walk in the woods. Eventually, it does get dark, and we can miss that it is we who walked into the woods. We can walk out of the woods. The most powerful humans in history inspired all of us, with absolute silence. It is far easier to add action to action. The rarest occurrence in the universe is one who stops and does not accept action added to the current momentum of action. One who says nothing is crushing to one who is selfish. You are that one Elisabeth. I can feel it, and I can feel that you can feel it. I’m not embarrassed or ashamed to say this to you. You are that One. What you wonder about that place so deep in your genes, your dna, your mind,- that, yes, that...you will. You already are.

@Chrissy j Make 2 cycles one. The foundational or primary cycle is the exposure to the illusion, and the comforting return to meditation, or the void of love. Repeat daily. The secondary cycle is only firmly achieved if it is secondary to the primary cycle. The secondary cycle is similar in nature to the first but on a deeper scale. Experiential; psychedelics, and not psychedelics. The culmination of these combined cycles is, within the illusion there is the desire for growth and expansion, and without the illusion the knowing that the IS is all there is and All Is Well. All is divine. All is you. Polarity, all be it an elusive illusion, allows for experience, but is enjoyed when on the foundation of nonpolarity.

@HII The set up is at some points a damn near impossible to swallow miracle. The punchline is you are all that is. Imagine being eternal all there is, there is no other, forever. Then you create a different yet same you, a human you, with a veil to your true nature. SO, you are lost af, and yet could never be lost. Then, out of that, another human merely utters a single sound to you, and you perceive it came from a second entity. It might take you a minute to adjust.

@Paan I did morning and afternoon meditation daily. So, yes it was hard the first couple years, but I knew what to do to return to inner peace.

@Rujan Mehar Bajracha Very interesting. Great post sir. -
There are no selves. There will certainly be combinations of hardware and software that are superior in intelligence to humans, but that does not create a self.

@Hemi there was not a who to begin with.

@Wes Thoughts I’m feeling the love Wes! Thanks ❤️ -
@Hardkill you talk about reality as if it were objective.

You’re aware of that though. ?? We’re all in our processes. I was realizing my hypocrisys around ten years or so older than you. You’re doing great. When I am not feeling the get up and go, I counterintuitively stop, sit, and do literally nothing. No phone, no convo’s, literally nothing. After some time the inspiration and motivation come right back, and the troubles actually do seem to ‘melt like lemon drops’.

Nahm replied to MiracleMan's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@MiracleMan Huge point - I have not experienced what you are experiencing so I don’t know anything at all about it. But you posted and I like offering love, so....maybe sit and contemplate; all is me, so what is the higher me showing me? What is the growth in this? What is it I can let go of? What happened in my past that led me to this pain? When I picture myself thriving and feeling amazing, in hindseight, what is it that I would have let go of? Who would I have forgiven? Maybe it’s me? Do I need to forgive myself for something I did to someone? Is that my blockage to loving myself? To loving my body? Again, total crap shoot at my end. I hope maybe one of these contemplative questions helps. And am I actually sitting and spending time loving myself? Is that the practice I need right now at this place in my life? -

@Ilya Abe has this analogy that comes to mind, where she’s driving from Uma (?) to Phoenix. We type the Pheonix address in our gps and get on the road. What we we don’t do, in the physical world, is get half way there and say “Phoenix is an impossible dream”, and turn around and go back to Uma. That would be ridiculous. So, do that in the nonphysical, inner you, world. Set your destination of inner peace. Meditate daily. Don’t stop half way there and ask if it’s possible. It is. IT IS. You are doing the world a service by being. It takes a few days of consistent meditation. If you get impatient, sit, relax your body. Then relax it a little deeper. Breath from your diaphragm, and relax yet a little deeper. All those tiny little muscles right upside your entire vertebrae, relax those. KNOW you are on your way to Phoenix, and your dream is not impossible. I know you’re busy serving your country, so here’s something you can be doing 24/7... Why is it important to engage the diaphragm for breathing? Five advantages of using the diaphragm are: 1) Efficient gas exchange –the bottom third of the lungs is where about two thirds of the gas exchange takes place, so oxygenation is more efficient when you use the diaphragm 2) Less tension and tightness in the neck and shoulders as the muscles here can relax 3) Diaphragmatic breathing rebalances the autonomic nervous system, reducing heart rate and breathing rate and changing from sympathetic fight or flight to parasympathetic calm and relax 4) Diaphragmatic breathing gently “massages” or moves the abdominal organs, aiding digestion and helping lymphatic drainage; much of the lymphatic system is located just below the diaphragm 5) The diaphragm contributes to good posture and core muscle strength, so needs to work properly. In fact overdeveloped abs and sucking the stomach in can hinder proper movement of the diaphragm, and promote upper chest breathing http://www.breathingremedies.co.uk/2014/07/23/five-health-benefits-of-breathing-with-your-diaphragm/
