  1. @Angelo John Gage another way to epically fail at trying to communicate the truth, is you are the One (zero), step 1 from there, no matter what it is, Creates duality. You’re venturing into it deep and I love it. True / false alive/dead exist / don’t exist me / not me are good dualities to be realizing are dualities - you’re own creation. Literally. Yours and yours alone. ❤️??
  2. @How to be wise worth noting, he exists, to you, only as illusion. That’s you telling you.
  3. @h inandout what is consciousness?
  4. @Angelo John Gage love your questions and your attitude about this stuff. Refreshing man. You did create the whole thing. Even whatever you might or might not call truth, you’re behind it. All of it. It’s like a toaster making toast in an effort to understand electricity. The most logical reasonable rational truthful authentic genuine piece of toast, is just toast. Thinking is thinking. You can’t think what you are, what you are is behind the thinking itself. Electricity is electric. And everything you’ve ever seen or heard, is not toast, or a toaster, it’s your own “electricity”.
  5. @Dsteller just a suggestion on a practice. It’ll sound abrasive, but it can be powerful. Our thinking itself is the root of our suffering, but it’s elusive because we think about our thinking in an attempt to rectify it. So, try reading your first post, and restating it with only one sentence. You might get some clarity on how it’s all thinking, and made emotionally over complicated by all the thinking. It sure seems like it’s life, or the girl, or the job, or the parents, etc...but it’s not. It’s the thinking.
  6. @Jayden Birch @Joseph Maynor I was wondering about the same thing. What meaning / definition are you currently working with on, “sage”? and of course, overall, do both.
  7. @Angelo John Gage the issue is that we can’t say or hear the truth. What a mindfuck, huh?
  8. @Lynnel meditation (simple breathe focus), exercise, aligned eating, wanted thinking.
  9. @egoless it’s not necccessary to do anything to become enlightened.
  10. @Joseph Maynor nice! It’s really mind blower isn’t? It’s right there in us the whole time. ?
  11. @Work in progress for starters, realizing you’re not alive is very liberating.
  12. @Adam M what a great video man. It seemed like a summary of meditation as well.
  13. @Joseph Maynor maybe there’s a wide open market of help with addiction accords the board - as in, not specifically drug addiction?
  14. @blazed thanks!!!❤️
  15. I have a lot of passions, a lot of plates in the air- family, businesses, hobbies, writing, etc. I wouldn’t if I was still the fat lazy ass I once was. Fit = energy & also I find it makes it incredibly easier to have little or no mental resistance.
  16. @Marios Tsagoulis i am blissfully, alone.
  17. @Monkey-man it might have something to do with the verbiage suggesting enlightenment is a joke. I have come across this lately on the forum and online in general.
  18. A Zen student asked his master, "Is it OK to use email?" "Yes," came the reply, "But no attachments."
  19. @Stevo I think it’s an awesome read & you’re obviously serious about your trips. Me too. I don’t think your viewpoint is common at all. I wish it was, a lot of people would be freed from a lot of bs. I just had to pause on the meaninglessness. When I see that, I feel like someone is close to the cosmic joke view, or One, or godhead seeing - not sure which term is most helpful, if at all. If you know what I’m trying to say, I am really interested in your thoughts on the godhead view and infinity. Thanks!
  20. @SBB4746 what do you mean, ‘realistic’? ?
  21. @spicy_pickles here’s just a way to think about it...why don’t you have everything you want already? There are teenage millionaires, people your age who do have an ideal partner, etc. why don’t you? in loa terms, it’s due to resistant thinking. you are capable of doing anything, that much you know.
