@DocHoliday Nice! I wasn’t referring to physics, I was referring to what you are. This might be experiential in the absolute as self, versus in concept. That everyone is one isn’t a conceptual matter.

Not as objective definitions for what is experiential, but in terms of specific experiences that are worthwhile, imo... -People don’t have ‘selves’ / the illusion is all the same “substance”/ Everything is you -The experience of absolute / reversal of what’s “real” & what’s “mystical”. I think it’s one or both of these experiences, being so life changing, so ‘reality’ changing, that gets enlightenment referred to as binary.

I meant your picture is about as innocent at faces get. There’s no ‘down to earthness’. There’s creating your reality, for some, that’s “correcting” everyone on what reality is. No approach is any more valid than any other. It all serves to jar your mind loose. To realize brains don’t exist. To liberate the creator in you. The “bigger picture”, channeling, aliens, the one love, freakin ghosts, etc, etc, etc - The bigger picture is infinite. There’s always a bigger picture. It’s the mind that “limits”.

@Charlotte My son had severe panic attacks for a bit. We learned about it together. We found, he was over thinking about something (girlfriend situation) and got lost in thinking about an unwanted potential outcome. He resolved the attacks by ‘sitting through it’ - by focusing on where he is right now. Looking around, listening. Out of the mind and into his present. He saw that he was, in all actuality, perfectly fine. Hope this helps at all. Those are the worst. ❤️

@Shroomdoctor nah fuck that. Stay only with what you understand and you’re not expanding. You’ll understand more the more you throw yourself into life, and this forum is an enormous resource that you’re not tapping into yet. I don’t think you understand yet, cause you’re young...the bullies in school didn’t get to start with parents who contributed to their child’s sense of safety as much as others, so the bullies lash out until they find their own connection. The nah sayers of the world, those who only discredit, neutralize, aim to burst everyone’s bubbles - they’re miserable! They’ve simply learned to be intellectual as a means of hiding the pain and never working through it. Those who experience the dark side of the ‘new age’ “bs”, demons, etc, they had some fucked up shit happen when they grew up. It’s terrible. Unfair. But, you have to see that they are projecting this, vs doing the work through that fear to discover what they are. Is it real to them? Yep. Real af. What’s that tell you about reality?

@Moritz It’s unconditional, so you can not grind your way to it, it is what does that grinding. Relax, allow. It’s not that you are nothing, it’s that you are the whole thing. Even just holding one thought, this whole, deeper you remains hidden, as it is what’s behind the one thought. Of course, I understand someone starting self inquiry is in the position to believe or not believe this statement, but, it should be fun. Finding your true self, should be fun. It should be enjoyable. In this lifetime, you only get to do it once. It should feel like letting go of all your concerns, and turning the world off for a bit. Just Being. The fact that you have to see past those who tell you ultimately you’re a meaningless void of nothing, or that there are ‘demons’ along the path, or that you’re just an evolutionary biological thing - that’s just part of the game. I would contemplate - where the fuck’s all this love coming from, really? You’re the maker of the game, and the seeker. Keep on your practices, nothing is more worthwhile. ❤️
