  1. @JustinS Exactly! ❤️ Have a great day man! The love is everywhere.
  2. @Jamie Universe ?????☺️?? https://m.wikihow.com/Cry-and-Let-It-All-Out
  3. @Jamie Universe First, that’s awesome and I am very happy for you. Sounds like a huge wieght is off. It’s gonna take time to process menatally and thourgh the body, all that relief. Cryin’s very useful. Try and trigger it when you not in class, etc. You’re a beautiful, one of a kind, just like the rest of us. Like the rest of us, you’ve got to get on top of the thinking game. Try terms of two categories; Is a thought ‘aligning and feels good about yourself”, or is it “doubt based, and does not feel good”. Have the faith and sensibility to trust that picking thoughts that feel good are actually the right way to go. Meditation, not believing thoughts, would be most helpful. Hang in there! It only gets better from here.

  5. @JustinS I feel for you dude. The ups and down are rough. This.... Nihilism is going around like a winter virus. “Giving up the pretense of becoming anything”? What you “become” is beyond anything you could ever imagine becoming! You can’t become more than you are, you’re already the whole! Enlightenment is not conceptual, it is not “a concept that the ego attaches to”. I feel like you picked up that misunderstanding from the forum and projected it on your experience. I don’t think it’s who you are. I don’t think that you were thinking that way 2 months ago. Huge chance I might be wrong, forgive me if so. My intention is helping if I can. Enlightenement is just a word! You, continuing to look into what you are, that’s what’s happening. Who cares about any words. I think you went to that beautiful ‘deep in the now’ place, where there is no thought of past or future, no attachment to any thought, just unconditional love, lots of fun and laughter, and it’s an enlightening place. Now your ‘back’, and ‘living’ and future arises again, and attachment to thoughts of doubt about future arise, and then FUCK! Back. But you did the ‘work’, and now you’re more aware, so of course it feels rough. Give it a little time though, meditate daily etc, be patient and hey btw, it’s ok to love yourself. Let the integration and purification do the work. Have faith in the practices. You have so many more awesome experiences ahead of you, and the deepest joy is found in the ordinary. Don’t miss the now because your’re rushing everything. It’s perfect where you are, you can enjoy it.
  6. ??? Lately, the forum reminds me of the Peter Griffin vs the chicken fight that takes place on the street, then into the grocery store, through a wall into the party store, back onto the street...... the way this same thing comes up in half the posts. Hilarious! It’s called self inquiry!!! ?
  7. The mind deceives into believing it’s idea of nothingness is the same as experiencing nothingness. Usually from a great meditation practice, a really convincing friend, one’s upbringing, or what someone said in a book. The difference is, the experience is, of God. Afterwards, when you see the word nothing, it’s the same as seeing the word God. The idea, is just an idea, protected by an ego that is so clever, it’s invisible.
  8. @Monkey-man It’s supposed to be fun. Don’t beat up on yourself for ANYTHING. It’s counter productive. You’re doing practices and take days off sometimes. Big f’n Deal. Keep kickin ass!
  9. Focus on the sensations; air flowing through your nose, through your throat, against your diaphragm, feel your stomach expand, etc.
  10. @LaucherJunge No, reality. Who knows what he really said or not, but you can google it and look into if you’re interested. Reality, time, spacetime, sort of the same thing relatively. ?
  11. @cetus56 For sure. Einstein took the time to look into time quite amply imo, and he found that “reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one”. If seeing through the illusion and experiencing source is the desire, time has to go. If of course, one has the time.
  12. @Moritz What great post man. I really enjoyed reading it. Beautiful.
  13. @el_duderino Master yourself to master love.
  14. @Leo-Tzu What a great read! Congrats!!❤️
  15. Ime there’s mindfulness & unconditional love. Happy is a byproduct.

  20. Consider homeostasis 1 The tendency of a system, especially the physiological system of higher animals, to maintain internal stability, owing to the coordinated response of its parts to any situation or stimulus that would tend to disturb its normal condition or function. 2. Psychology. a state of psychological equilibrium obtained when tension or a drive has been reduced or eliminated. Is there something you’re adding, which is preventing a more even ride - preventing your natural homeostasis. Have you ruled out the common ‘additives’ of life that keep us off kilter, like diet, sugar withdrawal cycle, artificial sweeteners, alchohol, eating too late, social media, gaming add, etc? Doing daily meditation? Getting some exercise? Getting some nature when you can? You’re not bipolar, this is part of awakening. You’re more aware and hittin the bliss notes, and you’re more aware of the things you want to stop doing, more aware of negative thoughts, not to mention the pressure you put on yourself. 20-24 is the roughest age imo. What you’re describing is not so uncommon. You’ve got to chill though, so you have clarity to investigate. Build the habit of stomach breathing, when intense highs or lows come around, it sends all kinds of signals to your body and brain that everything’s cool (like when the Wolf in Pump Fiction shows up). You’ll be way past this and remembering and appreciating it one day I promise. It’s making you who you are; the first part is rough, but the second part is great and lasts forever. “Believe it and you’ll see it” is important. You have to find your way, one little bit better thought at a time, to feeling that you can do it - and you’ve gotta be brave about it. Courage leaves us feeling good about ourselves. Get back to feelin good about yourself! Ease up about your life and your potential. It will all be fine. It’s one moment at a time. You can handle this moment. That’s the largest amount of time you’ll ever experience. Literallly, this moment. The rest is thoughts in the head, and meditation will free you of those in time.
  21. @Jamie Universe You notice what the difference is. That’s all that matters. What I think / my meaning really doesn’t matter and would just muddy it.
