@Jed Vassallo It’s unbelievable, unthinkable, and unfathomable. If you haven’t realized it, it’s unrecognizable to you - you wouldn’t know if you’ve encountered enlightened beings. It’s hilarious, in the sense you are it, questioning it. The truth is impossible to grasp, yet when realized, it’s literally impossible to escape. It’s nowhere until it’s everywhere, and when it’s everywhere it’s nowhere, and it’s impossible to suffer. The path is alone. Lot’s of things can point, but you must go alone. Anything anyone says, by default, is not the truth. That’s how radical and unthinkable it is. One single word is already misdirection - but we point because it is the most worthwhile adventure possible. If you can look around you right now, look at your body, look at yourself in the mirror, watch your fingers move, look at other people - and you don’t NEED to know exactly what the fuck is going on there, then don’t bother, you’re not a seeker and you’ll never realize. Just live the best life you can and leave the truth for ‘others’.

Sounds like it’s not so much “All my dear friends have left me”, but more a conscious choice you’re making. Just a thought in hopes it helps. Also, keep seeking and eventually every soul will disappear. Pick your friend of course, but at the same time, I’d be careful mixing your personal path with any notion it needs to jive in a social way. Things tend to go full circle on the path, but love & compassion are unchanging. Consider the chance that every person you’ve even met is playing their part perfectly.

@BobbyLowell That’s good. Keep letting go. There’s some ‘crush’ stuff going on here blurring things. Nobody’s reading your mind, and even if they did, who cares. That’s their problem. Who cares what people think anyways.

@BobbyLowell Nobody can tell what you’re thinking. This issue might be caused by you thinking you know what other people are thinking. Let that go. Meditate every morning? One’s own thinking is plenty, don’t add thinking about what others are thinking about your thinking. It’s all falsity. Be present instead. Be aware and mindful of what is around you instead.

@Charlotte Still go, it’ll lead to the next piece, and if you don’t like it, stick with it and you’ll know a lot more about what you want to do. Then start doing it while going to school. You really can’t get it wrong.

@egoless Write steps down, and keep breaking those steps down. Get the steps as small as you can. Down to a little part or step for each day. If you think about filming and publicity , your monkey mind is getting the best of you (potential future suffering - just thoughts), If you stay present in now, and just do what’s in front of you, know that is all you ever need to do, and appreciate the opportunity for the experience - then when you get to filming, publicity, etc - you’ll be ready and have a ‘ready’ perspective. Life is such a tiny step at a time that if you focus on it for a minute, it’s hilarious. All you’re supposed to do is be present now. You don’t need to work against the grain. Trust the universe and trust in yourself.
