@MiracleMan Can you get away, attend a retreat? Step away, empty yourself into the clarity. Then when you return, that clarity can be applied. The foot that kicks you in the face helps you see that you are the foot, like the life you are living helps you realize the life you dream. It’s already working out perfectly. What don’t you want, what do you want? Where do you keep the paper you manifested this on? Hanging on the wall in front of a treadmill of sorts, I trust? Let the pain convince you to believe in yourself. You can do anything.

@Rich1 You have never experienced what another person thinks. How are you creating your doubt & fear? FYI, you’ll die eventually. Not now though. Now, you live. I am.

@Gligorije You shouldn’t be “really fucking happy”, you should be nothing! Yet, here you are. Not. Fucking. Possible. That’s what you should be. Not possible. But you are. You are! -

@billiesimon That (op) brought me to tears man, thank you. Not the Teal stuff but the you stuff there. So beautiful. What else could the lion tamer seek, but the untamed lions, of course! Where could water and love flow, but to where it is not! What else could the lotus of death do but bloom! What could be more perfect than imperfection! ❤️ -
Nahm replied to Finland3286's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Finland3286 There are many paradigms and paradoxes between where you are and where you’re headed, and a lot to let go of. Quantum mechanics, just via Youtube, is a great medium to see how rationality / science is an outcome of deeper levels - mystical and unexplainable. Like how you can effortlessly move your finger, but you can’t explain how. There is no supplement for going through the paradigms and paradoxes. You’ve been seeing this one side of every coin. You’ll see the other side. Your mind will try to resolve these sides. Eventually it will surrender / collapse, and resolve, outside / or transcendent to & of rationality. Be careful pedastooling anyone. The gurus and sages are within you, not separate. It takes you farther from the truth, not closer. I know that is not easy. Leo is so intelligent, you can only think you’ve grasped how intelligent he is. Makes me wanna barf right now just considering it. @Leo Gura ??❤️❤️❤️ ? -
Nahm replied to kev014's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Hello from Russia ?? @kev014 “Pretending you were born” is a heavy mental weight added in thought/belief/falsity, so after some inquiry & clarity, there is relief, release, lightness and inherent peace and ‘connection’ by default, as if intuition remembered who it is, very different from cognitive/brain memory, which is an adding and carrying of things, vs, a dropping or letting go of things. Another great model, biggest picture, is ‘getting down to nothing’, always ‘shedding yourself’, always letting go. Fear just shows we are still afraid of the unknown, which is completely understandable, I mean, you’ve spent your entire life with a completely opposite understanding of reality and self, almost all of us have. Awareness alone is curative, because you can become aware, through inquiry, that you indeed are not only behind adding self doubt (fear), but you are entirely creating your reality. Stay focused on “I am letting all this bullshit go, I’ve carried it long enough and I am putting it down now”, vs “trying to solve some big mindfuck riddle / enigma”. “Solving” things is for relativity, life stuff. Letting everything go is for enlightenment, and this paradox is as natural as sleeping at night, and doing stuff through out the daytime. So kick ass all day, and sleep well all night. Advance your life, and retreat in meditation. The more you zoom into life, the more you can zoom out, the more you can zoom out, the more you can zoom in. It only makes sense to love yourself unconditionally. If you feel “normal” or not, if you did good or fucked up - love yourself, regardless. That unifies you. Let love be the unifier of all that you are, and all that you experience, a lowest common denominator, plain, simple, connecting of all things. The presence of the Being that you are arises in love, and is hidden in frustration, hurry, impatience, etc. It’s the same as the adding thoughts/beliefs/concepts (weight & tension) vs letting everything go (freedom & love / Being fills in / is presence). (“Does it effect your ability to function normally for a few weeks?”) After the ‘watershed’ moment / ‘hereo’s dose breakthrough’, (shroom tea) ime, my “problem” was with having the capacity to experience so much joy, love, and synchronicity (not laughing and crying all day in bliss and elation). I honestly can’t relate to “being stuck here indefinitely”. The relativity of life is a big component of course. I meditated for about 20 years, go very fit and ate very clean for around 5 years - before the oneness occurred, and then started looking into psychedelics / enlightenment, which led to direct experience of Self, then no self, then awareness of the mental processes in which doubt returns. If there were a “normal”, then I did a lot of shit backwards. But, alas, there is no normal. Nobody is functioning ‘normally’, that reinforces projection of one’s own definition of ‘normal’, as a ‘thing to be’. You are already perfect, and everything is happening as it should be. Nobody is escaping that they are infinite love, no matter how shitty their ‘movie’ appears at times, All. Is. Well. All is God. All is You. This is true wether you know it yet or have realized it yet. The value of that, is if you have tension, you have added it, and you should be highly confident that inquiry and practices will reveal to you just how you are doing that. I’ve done from .5g to 8g shroom tea, and 5ug & 20ug 5meo. Everything I wrote (above) is as much of a part of enlightenment as the psychadelics / trips - or more simply, the 5meo was like really good nitrous, because the realization was already had through the practices, inquiry, and shroom tea. I saw that I already saw, if that makes sense. *one disclaimer...I’d like to try 30ug meo...and I don’t really know anything. Rambled a little. Hope some of this is useful. Follow those “intuitive hunches” and “flashes of inspiration”. IMO, those are insights, glimpses, into life without doubt, without fear. -

@kev014 Great map / model. You might also like The Book of One, and Abraham Hicks. I’ve found loa to be highly effective, but after a deep understanding, through experience and many distinctions. Miraculous ideas, to some, appear impossible, then when made possible, hindsight explanations “demystify” the miracle with the fragmentation into “ordinary” materialism. It is far easier to manifest, to create a dream life, once we stop pretending we were born. As far as success stories, you can do anything. Awareness of resistant thoughts, and awareness anything only transpires now, are key additions to loa, imo. Whatever you put in front of you, whatever you pay attention to, you’re doing. Loa is great for those subtle powerful opportunities. -

@RolandM Welcome to the forum. Great Self Inquiry work. Top notch. That is one heck of a purification to have went through to say the least. There’s no proper interpretation of anything, so it doesn’t matter if you’re labeling yourself crazy or sane, or what anyone else thinks you are - it’s the attempt to re-label the thoughts & sensations to ‘a self’ that stands to be rooted out. Rather than create doubt and reject it, see how you’re creating it. Is it like you’re in a pinch, not about to settle for feeling less than great, now that you know - but the old patterns are a’creepin? If so, gotta be friends with it. Can’t defect or reject it. Crown chakras open now, it’ll stabilize more over time, but use that awareness to have a look at the doubt as it arises, be confident, and be patient, and don’t turn away from anything. ‘Slow & steady wins the race’ might serve you well for a while. The doubt sneaks back in through the recreation (a thought) of an a priori I, (the assumed, overlooked, made up “ I “, another thought ) by using past or future (another thought), to regret or second guess (more thinking), and there for feel limited (a thought) by, the past (more thinking) - and projecting that doubted false I (it was a thought to begin with) onto a thought about the future I (another thought) , causing worry. All this transpires, while you’re sitting there, perfectly fine, in the now - just over thinking. (Don’t take that personally, just trying to convey the relationship between now (joy) and over thinking (covered up joy). Opening the rest of your chakras, kundalini, creativity, focus, strategic thinking, etc - whatever experience - will be in this exact same now. The scenery will change, your feelings will change, but the now will never change. There will always be the option to be present, now. Get comfy in it. Own it. It’s you. Feel the peace in Being. Challenges come & go. Being is eternal. Recall “what is aware of these thoughts?”, and have a laugh because it’s you, and be honest about what you know and don’t know of you. Let the honesty be enough. Plenty of time ahead of you to do practices, read up, create the life you want, etc, if you like. (It will be awesome.) Breathe from your stomach. There’s a big difference between breath, and air. http://www.inpursuitofyoga.com/blog/2015/3/11/chest-breath-vs-belly-breath Journaling Is a great way to be in the now. Check out this long list of different meditations. Some might be very helpful. (Sorry if I missed where you’re at with meditation in general, if at all.) Hope some of this was helpful. ?? https://sites.google.com/site/psychospiritualtools/Home/meditation-practices -

@Wisebaxter Awesome. I tried quite a few, oddly, before seeing the list. Similar experiences with yoga. It is nice to have so many in one place. Google...? Go figure right? -
@B_Naz Happy for ya man. Be free. A funny thought too, if there was something you’re supposed to be or do, that would imply there is someone or something with authority, which has imposed upon you, what you are supposed to be / do. That would mean you were captive to that ‘supposed to do’, which makes it a supposition.lol But, look around. Smack your face. Eat a grape. Mop the floor. You can do whatever the hell you want, and no one has the authority to tell you that you’re wrong. It’s what you want, and yes, it will change as you experience more and more.

@Wisebaxter Congrats! Great practicing. Consider attention on the other side of that coin. The particular thinking which resumes, “taking you out of” that bliss. See how it is that it is slipping through the cracks and resuming. Bliss is available anywhere, while doing anything. Focused stomach breathing, all day ? helps a lot. Try some other meditations if interested. https://sites.google.com/site/psychospiritualtools/Home/meditation-practices -
@B_Naz You already are what you’re ‘supposed’ to be. You can ‘path’, discover self, AND you can do what you want, discovering more of what you want. There is no “ I “ which could manipulate a “self”. That’s fragmentation. Thinking through perspective you’re two things. Only sounds semantical. Whatever references you make, whatever terms you use, whatever you do or don’t do - you are what’s aware of it. Life Purpose course?
-
@Misagh We are in tune already on that one. The first paragraph is perfectly straight forward, and won’t be believed. ??????
-
@B_Naz Are you aware of things you want in your life? Things you want to experience? Places you want to see? Talents you’d like to develop? Even things you want to buy?
-
@RichardY ?? I hear you on that. Thank you! ❤️
-
??❤️❤️❤️ @RichardY Can you elaborate? Thanks! Sounds like a bathroom event so far. ?

@Joseph Maynor Thanks. How would someone have convinced you, a year or more ago, of that?

@Misagh Thank you for contributing, means a lot to me. Any suggestions on content, delivery, message, etc? ??
