@Cameron Be careful you’re not fooling yourself. Tense your entire body, then let go, relax it all, to see if there is a difference. Otherwise, from cycling a hundred miles a day for days, and running five to ten miles every morning, beyond the second wind, there is a point where we are continuing, with all muscles relaxed. This slow accumulative change, especially combined with the organic development of breath work, can fly right under the radar, leaving you wondering about body tension. Ya very well might not have any. Tread so carefully though.

@MTR What’s your understanding of that quote? What is the message? What is the work, in “works on what he has seen”?

@isabel Gotcha, thanks. The mind is holding the truth back with a paper thin veneer, slipping an identity in the back door via “me”. Look for that me in “I don’t experience a oneness with the whole universe just with things around me that I can see”. Point to the me that other objects are around. Look for the me everything is around, and the oneness will become more present. Then, who is the I in, “that I can see” ? “also I've watched a ton of videos now so I wonder how do I know that's a real experience or if I just think that now because a video said it would happen” That strikes me as pretty flexible & open minded. Maybe it’s not one or the other.

Personality seems comfortable, not lacking in energy, and genuine, even warm, imo. Content wise, consider reaction vs creation to bring more of what’s in your personality into your channel.

It’s doubly painful, as you’ve each placed your happiness in the future, and contingent on the other. It’s a painful house of cards, with no foundation. Emotional self reliance is needed, not more empathy. Look into making yourself happy, so you have something worth sharing with the other. When each of you simply begins some form of personal development, emotionally speaking, like therapy, couseling, reading a book about self esteem, personal accountability for your emotions, etc, you’ll almost instantly get along better. The perspective & therefore the entire dynamic of the relationship will begin to change from getting love, to giving love. This is the path of self honesty. Good luck.

@isabel Are you asking how you can know there is more which could be seen beyond what you’re eyes are currently seeing? And of what is seen, how can you know if you are seeing it directly, or if you are imagining it...?

@bazera Let the ‘glimpse’ go for now. Concentrate on getting to a place where you can do meditation, yoga, travel, trip, etc. You’re trying to skip the foundation. The glimpse won’t fix anything.

@Maya_0 Yes. Psychedelics show nothing, including you & the psychedelic you just took, exists, and that there’s no fundamental truth about reality at all. This should be most apparent to you, of all people! ♥️ Explain you are offering the truth of nonduality, that there is not two; subject (subjectivity) & object (objectivity). Explain the implication of duality, or the two-ness of subject & object - is that they are a separate thing (subject) from everything else (objects). Ask if they understand that while they think there is the duality of existence & non-existence (alive & dead), the word nonexistence actually refers to something that isn’t. (They may need to google it). Nonexistence is not something which actually exists, so there is not two, there is only existence. As there is only existence, then they are existence (there is no - nonexistence - which they could be). This shows them they are not “alive” or “dead”. “Ignorance” is not insulting, it simply means they have been ignoring this (ignor-ance). Then point out that the truth did just come about through their personal subjective experience, unless they ignore it. @RichardY Psychedelics show you: the fundamental truth of reality. There are no dimensions or demons, or dragon age origin shit, unfortunately. Idiots were already idiots before using psychedelics (don’t listen to them), and the unconscious is prior to “control” or “uncontrol” like awareness is prior to thinking or not thinking. How could you control the unconscious? What would it be like to control something you are not conscious of?
