@Mada_ Awesome. Did you experience the misery / falsity get highly concentrated in the center of your brain and shrivel up into an intolerable single point, and then disappear, followed by the ‘rewiring’? Sound like the precursor.

@Girzo Kundalini is the release of energy from the root chakra. When released, ideally, it goes up, aligning the rest, and out, the crown chakra. This smooth natural energy awakening & alignment might be more typical of a 20-40 yr yoga / meditation practitioner. Some of us however, use psychedelics to ‘speed things up’. If you blasted your crown and or heart chakras open in that manor, there’s a good chance all chakras did not align in direction of spin together. Reiki is the practice of sensing the spin of each chakra, and spinning them all in the same direction, allowing the smooth flow of energy from root to out of the crown. Like other practices / techniques, it might take a few sessions to complete. The best thing, imo, would be to take a hands on reiki class. In the one I took, 4 people would do reiki on 1 person, and rotate. It was a really euphoric experience, like the cleanest psychedelic trip, and also not like a psychedelic trip. Worth experiencing for sure. Side note....I’d take an empty chair / ‘Jesus king’ over Trump.

@Leo Kaminski Thanks. I’m excited for ya! Gonna be an amazing year. One little point, careful with the thought that the psychedelics will show you what to improve with practices. I mean, they likely will, but quality disciplined daily practices serve you sooooo well going into the trips. There’s no science to it, but you’ll have less ego ripping away / looping, etc, and get a ton more out of th trips. ♥️

I understand how you are interpreting the response, but it was not intended that way (as a mind game). It is a straight forward answer. I really don’t know what I am, nor how I am, but I am. If I ever come accross any thing else though, I’ll make comparisons, and get back to you. I have a suspicion though, if I do come accross any thing else, it will only be my ignorance. ☹️

@Mikael89 There is not death of, nor reincarnation of, individuals. You are honest in that you identify with a body / mind, and in that you really are not aware that you are the consciousness you refer to. But, you are not honest when you express self limitation, when you say you know what you can’t do, when you say you know the future, when you say there is a next life & what you will or will not remember. This is speculation, it’s false, and it’s a cry for attention. You could however, be at peace, in the honesty of “I don’t know”, rather than trolling with your self depravation.

@SoonHei It is a flip of the entirety of all there is, you, experience, reality, everything. It is shockingly obvious and veiled by nothing, and you are right, it is very easy to say after the “flip” (which there isn’t, of course) Those words don’t communicate anything though. Try this - imagine if you went to bed tonight, and during a dream, you thought, “hey, is this real?”.... In that dream, what would you check? What would you look into, to see if it was real or not? What is everything ‘made of’? Are you like every thing else in the dream? How so? How not? Is the experience of you like your experience of other people? How so? How not?

@Ampresus I’d do that. Of the business plans I’ve reviewed, that’s the vulnerable factor, were the unpleasant unexpected’s come up.

You actually don’t. That’s a thought about a limited “self”, but the thought is just a thought. There is no such thing as death, that is an uninspected belief, and imo it’s foundational to a lot of your perspectives which seem to be giving you trouble. On the millionaire note...I would suggest you’ve got it backwards. There are something like 2,000 new millionaires everyday, just in the US. There are exceptions to everything of course, but by and large, it is the thinking of yourself as limited, which limits you. Holding perspectives which don’t feel good should be a major clue. It is because you are the Truth that falsity will never feel right. The Truth is nothing if not trustworthy.

It’s almost impossible to wrong with an hour of meditation every morning. Short of practices - tell me, what is it like experiencing what someone else is thinking? Describe that experience in as much detail as possible. This realization is worthwhile, could bring immediate relief, and could reduce overthinking by half. Thinking about what other people think is a common form of overthinking. On the smiling question - what would it be like if you were no longer concerned about “being ok”, and no longer concerned about if other people think you are “ok”? What if what someone else thinks, is none of my business, and is really theirs to deal with? How did I realize this? Meditation with regards to the thinking. Psychedelics on a foundation of meditation with regards to the actuality of the nondual situation. On that last note....one can not “act” authentic. Just accept yourself, as you are. The Awareness, and Body Awareness video’s would be great refreshers. Relax. You’re fucking awesome. It’d be a shame if you’re the last to know this.

That situation is horrible and I feel for you. However, arguably, the greatest development for green & yellow, is discovered in the company of blue & orange. Your opportunity for the development of mindfulness is ten fold, not stifled.
