  1. @zeroISinfinity Would there be other people in this dream, or just you?
  2. @sausagehead Is there a believer, in the thinker of thoughts? Check: Are you aware of thoughts? Are you aware of a thinker? Are you aware of a believer? (Great pic btw??)
  3. @Jacobsrw Awesome realization. A phrase I’ve heard that comes to mind, worth contemplating...The Knower is The Known. Also, perhaps consider a reversal, in the sense, the “knowing” appears within what is infinitely transcendent to knowing....”Not Knowing” = Being. (Not Knowing; Horton. “knowing”, appears to happen in Whoville, but it’s actually Horton) Far from stupid.
  4. @Iksander On a list of ten things a Reiki master works with, this would be number one. Go see, soon.
  5. @zunnyman Potentiality... .0000001 degree in that direction and you find yourself having 10 all inclusive solutions at the ready, when you would have struggled for 1 decent self serving solution before. Survival wise, your level of competing is no longer fair, while the inherent nature of all inclusiveness, of course, keeps it fair.
  6. @Pouya You are indeed that free. You can “wear”, you can be, different consciousnesses. Like with tripping, homeostasis is more readily known and appreciated. Like changing states, authentic is more readily known. Be anyone, be no one, be everyone. It’s fine. It’s always still you.
  7. @electroBeam Nice. The tears are the juice! ♥️
  8. @Shadowraix Thanks for elaborating. I see what you’re saying. I’d go the other route though, and see how the dualistic mindset is recreated. I feel the memory utilization would only perpetuate the emotional release, a mental status quo of sorts. After the purification, nonduality is eventually the norm. I would say the memory is only a thought, and repetition is counter productive. I can see how different approaches work for different people though. That’s just one.
  9. @fridjonk Daily meditation will elevate the perspective out of the apparent duality of survival and the path. So much so indeed, you’ll forget you previously saw life this way, and the choices / habits will become much easier, effortlessly. The Joy of Truth, is both, because you are The One.
  10. @fridjonk What are your daily disciplines? Practices, diet, fitness?
  11. @Shadowraix Not sure I follow / understand you. Can you elaborate on how remembering an experience helps grasp nonduality?
  12. @Tom T All things upon sufficient inspection disappear. Have a look for your self.
  13. @zeroISinfinity Create a separate self in thought, a thinker, then use that thinker to judge the first one, innocent or horrible, neither or both. Just don’t let that second guy in on the secret.
  14. You have forgotten that you created all of this, and put psychedelics into your dream, in case you want to remember who you really are. You are looking at psych’s from the false stand point of ‘you already know who you are’, and that the “insights” could be “forgotten” by some “one” which is separate from the “insights”. You have it backwards, and it’s a whole charade, and it is your suffering. There is no such thing as insights, at all. It only appears so in a false state of forgotten. The actuality of “insights” is recognition of your actual infinite self. The “suffering”, therefore, the “problem”, is literally something you are making up, and believing to be true. This is only possible due to false beliefs you hold about yourself, in you’re authentic desire to remember, but your inauthentic fear to let go. Rather, forget, to actually, remember. Let every memory go, that ain’t it, it’s just a thought. Here, now, this is you. Shed such nonsensory, in an hour of meditation every morning. You’ll hate it. But then you’ll Remember. Then you’ll see there is nothing to remember, and you will laugh. Probably for months. Next time you notice you forgot something...something simple, like your phone, or your car keys...stop and notice - you can never come up with a reason you forgot. Because there is no reason, prior to forgetting. “Reason” too, is you.
  15. @Inliytened1 No. Perhaps another day. Much love ♥️
  16. It could be the case that the actuality is awareness of thought & perception, from which a perceiver, a thing perceived, and therefore a perspective, are derived, but are never an actuality. But that would reveal there is no perspective, and no thing becoming, but rather the appearance of becoming, and the opportunity for recognition of what never becomes.
  17. @Inliytened1 Thanks. Is it possible, there is awareness, aware of thoughts which convincingly imply a duality of awareness, a separate or “small self” and “big self” duality? That the thoughts about, don’t constitute a second or dual awareness in actuality, but rather the thoughts are the very same consciousness, convincing in appearance. This may be a subtle discard of “Mind” (conceptual) in realization of knowing being (non conceptual / nothing to know / actuality of no mind). Sounds like you’re saying matter or form, is a product of Mind, an actual separation; a deviation from recognition of self in and as appearance / consciousness inherently. If the formless is the collapse of all form, that implies formless needs form, and needs all form to collapse, for formlessness. Seems the other way, so to speak. The “form” being only the formless, in actuality, and the collapse being a thought - an appearance of none other than the very same formless, an implication of form, rather than a second awareness, or actual form which actually collapses. Formless needing nothing, not even knowing “needing”, but knowing thoughts, perceptions, and sensations, in actuality, as self (the same awareness, aware of). This seems like a subtle backing, a variation on the “God needs humans to know God” philosophy. If that is the actuality, then you would not actually know what I am, sans awareness of thoughts about me, perceptions of me, and sensations “in reaction to” me, with never an actuality that me present.
  18. (Op) That one can not give a reason in forgetting, and that there is no such thing as knowing. Miraculous.
  19. @seeking_brilliance Perhaps through understanding our own sensations, we are divinely unified in the languagelessness of intrinsic truth & love, and less “language” becomes more. Maybe this is well underway, and your synchronicity is the altruistic evidence. Maybe the task and usefulness of language is in articulate depiction of untruth.
  20. Could you explain further, or share your experience of, “dual awareness”? Also, experientially, how is form separate from formless, or “pure Being”?
  21. The fear of dying requires misidentification with the appearance of physicality, or simply put, the self imposed dogma of “separatism”. Misidentification as physicality is ‘achieved’ by self referential thought repetitions. These unchecked thought repetitions maintain the charade of a separate self, just like individual frames of a film ‘hide’ within themselves, within their own repetition, creating the illusion of movement. In inspecting the film, the ‘frames’ are realized, and so too is the illusion of movement. In inspecting the beliefs, thought repetitions are realized, and so too is the illusion of the separate self. The purification, the shedding of the falsities, the “glass prison of repetition” - when it gets down to the basis of identification, the “projector itself”, if you will - is experienced a priori, as pending death. The sensation is not in actuality that of dying whatsoever, but rather the Truth response to the thoughts & beliefs that you could ever actually die. More simply, when you experience the sensation, and assign the thought story “I am dying”, the sensation is You, Truth, prior to the duality of language, yet saying “awe hell no you don’t die you silly liberated monkey! Relax, enjoy, live, create, love, be! ALL is Well! I AM!” So you felt like you were dying, because “you” were dying. The concept of you is running it’s course, coming to it’s natural end. If “you” keep sitting there, you’ll realize even the very last of unchecked repetitions, those of the body itself, are a facade. In essence, there are no repetitions at all. All you convincing yourself of selfhood, individuality, life, and death. A joke of unfathomable cosmic proportion, which was, in hindsight, on “you”. Just as a brilliantly executed setup draws one in, involves one emotionally, invests one in the story & perspective - only to be relieved in the laughter of the sudden shift to the Truth, to the clarity, of the punchline. In terms of continuing, if you do long sits, be free in breaking when you are overwhelmed. Do not force through. There is no need. The gain is not in pain, but in clarity, in understanding, in acceptance & transcendence. It’s wise to be a lover and pursuer of Truth, but far, far wiser to simply love. So instead, break, and sit with a pen & paper and write only about the sensations, so that you may express lovingly, safely, organically, thus genuinely emptying your “self” out, so that understanding / emotional intelligence, may readily unify, in transcendence of the paradigm of physicality & separatism. This is awakening, the knowing of your true yourself more deeply, prior to the believer, the chooser, the doer - realizing the potentiality & creator actuality of self. The punchline of the beating heart, in and of the breath itself, could not be more investing, nor more relieving in Truth. Then, how joyful & funny it is, you will see, as “8 hours” passes through you effortlessly, like all things.
  22. @Epiphany_Inspired Nice! Two sides of a coin perhaps. Who’d ever guess it’d already been flipped once? ?
  23. @Iksander What is your direct experience with problems/failures, loss, confrontation, and death? Take a look at these things you fear, and you will find they are thoughts. Keep investigating, and you will find the one who fears is also a thought. You have nothing to fear, you have always been perfectly safe, you have literally never moved. Thoughts can be very convincing to the contrary. Thoughts which you are aware of. Thoughts which came and went. Thoughts which come and go now. Notice, you do not come & go, you are always present, here, now. If you are determined, simply meditate twice a day for 30 minutes. Return your focus to breathing from your stomach, over and over. If the emotional attachment to thoughts overwhelms, sit and write about the sensations in detail. Do not write about your self, past, future, or another person. Only write about the sensations, the feelings. The critical key, is not writing about self, past, future. In doing this practice, you will realize how you go into thought stories of a separate self, using self, past, future - simply by not doing it. The perspective of fear you’re experiencing arises only in the experiential separation between your mind and heart, beliefs and awareness of beliefs as beliefs. The experience of fear requires that you first invent, in thoughts, a false, separate, temporary, self. A self which comes and goes, is born and dies. So in this practice, because you will not entertain the separate self any longer with such thought stories, what you currently believe yourself to be - will dissolve. Awareness alone is curative. Nothing is hidden. Godspeed ♥️
