Awesome that you’re feeling better. In the vein of staying the course of well being, I’d lean very much toward not knowing, and focus on feeling. The absolute truth is not something someone knows. Nothing happens in a dream. Nothing is “the dream”, as in there is no “dream”. Realizing “the dream” = self realization = no one... nothing...realizes...nothing. There is no longer a subject object, a you & problems actuality. That is a narrative of thought. It is not “a problem” if there remains a subject object, self as object thinking relationship experientially, it’s actually perfectly normal, as in apparently the norm. The ‘problem’, in terms of potential suffering, would be in not spotting this misunderstanding. Years & years of potentially seeking better feeling having missed the underlying assumptions. You’ve equated self realization with emotional avoidance. This is also the overarching theme of the op. Avoidance is the opposite direction. Again, awesome to hear that you are feeling better. I’d stay only on that coarse of well being. Experiencing that there are problems, which are dealt with or avoided, is experiencing through the subject object duality of the finite mind. Again, that in and of itself is obviously not a problem, the misunderstanding stands to be an issue. The convenient blurring, or glossing over of this. I would definitely stop telling the hell stories, and stop turning the Psychic Hell Support People Channel on. But that’s just me. Don’t mean any offense.

@electroBeam Pretty much. Why dilute yourself with thinking what is abundant in feeling...kinda comment. Just be wet. That’s where all the insights & epiphanies arise anywho.

@Tal I feel ya. In regard to the lower end of the emotional scale, cleaning up my diet, and exercising & meditating every morning was the game changer. A lighthearted explanation of going through the emotional scale might be helpful and or clarifying in some aspects. If you’re inclined, please share any feedback that comes to mind. @NOTintoxicated The more you think, know or say about infinity, the more infinity is veiling itself from itself. Experiencing thoughts about what legos are, missing thoughts are ‘made of’ legos. Taking in what other people say about infinity and considering it (taking it to be more than a pointing), doubles the veil. Only emptying your “cup” will do, and then infinity is blatant & obvious, never coming or going, never changing. Intoxicating, intoxicated. Unthinkable. “Colder...warmer!...colder...colder....getting warmer...” - Temperature

@Igor82 Too kind! Love you, thank you & Godbless! I’d love to chat, anytime. I can communicate (like anyone else) about 1% (at best) here through text. To your question....It might be that you find me to be less conditional and less judgmental, and feel safe to express to, because you see I express pretty freely. Not much polarity in terms of masculine or feminine, etc. (I think ??‍♂️). This (talking with me) could also be said to be easier, expression wise, than talking with your mom & sister, in the sense that we have no past, no history. There isn’t ‘someone’ I think you are or expect you to be. I’m going by only the now, your words, sentiment, expression, behavior, now and only now. You know I don’t know you, and thus you are free to be any which way, and when you be any which way, clearly, seen here, your true nature shines like a beacon. There is tons of space for you to either not project memories about me or onto me, or to fill that space with good feeling thoughts about me. This is the real beauty and intelligence of expression, right here. Not because I have anything “right” or “better” to say, but the questioner, the expresser, expands. New perspectives are entertained. I do not believe pain is required to be felt, nor to be respected and loved. I find it to be an occurrence, a part of life, and I eat it when it comes and smile. You might be talking about suffering though, ‘inner pain’, emotional pain perhaps? If so, this approach is in a way like cherishing the ego, or trying to embrace it or love it and make it our buddy. It will bend us over every gd time. That’s it’s whole gig, the only song it knows. I think presence, ‘being in the now’ might be what you’re looking for. Maybe, today, tomorrow, when you see your sister & mum, kinda pretend you literally don’t know them, never saw them before. Don’t even apply ‘human’. Like, you don’t even know what this is, let alone who they are. Might see em for the first time. Be mindful as well, your attention, that attention, that regular basic attention, that’s God’s attention.

I’m just gonna flat out level with ya brother, that is a sad, practically heartbreaking sentence to read. If it feels that way to you as well, at least consider you might be driving under a not-you influence, and going the wrong way. Maybe someone from your past, a parent, etc. If you were raised Catholic, this would make a lot of sense. Unknow it. Stop “learning” & “conceptualizing”. Start expressing, start living. Use the emotional scale on the daily. This whole place comes alive. When, exactly, is the truth of life not so? When is the sky not clear, clouds or no clouds? Why brings clouds? What could be said to force such a thing? I kinda figured. I feel for ya man. Path ain’t always easy I suppose, but that’s when we stop and listen to feeling. Feeling is always there, always there for you, without fail, without misdirection, without exception. I might be speaking from a certain drunkenness and intoxication admittedly, but I wouldn’t set a foot in this place without feeling. Maybe that’s just me though (solipsism call back pun.) Expression. ? Poetry. Relief. This. ? Dreamboard stat! I don’t know much about being human either. No one does really. I’m just me’in. Edit...also...these meditations...like grounding, body awareness, etc...once or twice a day, five or ten minutes each time...they’re game changers. The mind calms, voluntary thinking is spotted in it’s quieting...and insights naturally arise... and they don’t feel busied...they feel really good.
