I mean it can provide results quite quickly. If a complete newbie were to meditate for an hour, they would most likely gain some benefits already. But the habit builds it up and maybe 20 minutes is a good starting point. It's really the best thing you can do for yourself. -
For me it was a lot about accepting the past and overall creating a more and more loving relationship with myself, having faith in my mood getting better with meditation and not identifying with negative thoughts, especially limiting beliefs. Seeing limiting beliefs as just random stuff one brain is creating.

Terrified as shit but focusing on breath. -
Control is an illusion but take it anyway. It's very necessary for this work.

Magnetic fields are a thing so they could help I guess? There must be tutorials on how to use them. But they're not the main thing at all. -
For me I'm going to try to apply to study psychology, but all spiritual stuff is #1 for me. So hopefully I'll be able to combine the knowledge from both and I see helping people on the spiritual journey more important. Perhaps I'll make videos or guides or write books as well.

Where does the world come from? How does science answer that? It doesn't. It doesn't answer the origin of reality. So even if you assume there's a world outside, you won't know the true nature of it. Therefore anything is possible, although maybe extremely unlikely. Science talks about what is possible. It says nothing about the origin of reality. It is not its job.

I have a fixes for the most common mental blocks, things related to what kind of an attitude to have and then a page dedicated for life purpose.

It happens on a deeper level. It will become more and more automatic with higher awareness, and you don't need to question yourself constantly to be open-minded anymore. You don't have to live in a place where you're actively doubting things with thoughts in your mind. You see it as a more meta-perspective of you don't know, and then you can try to dig for your underlying assumptions and learn which ones your mind normally develops from books etc. The less you argue with people the easier it becomes to start clearing up the way you see things.

Just see it as you don't know what's possible. -
If you don't want to play games find someone who isn't playing games.

Please stop clickbaiting. Wasting our time. -
Wake up, smoothie, a bit of yoga, (shower), vaguely plan the day and maybe get some inspiration or reminders from my commonplace book, meditate. After that it's just balancing studying for school, meditation and reading and research.

Looking at bunch of the links you posted about vibration and golden ratio, just oh my god. fuck. Especially since I hit myself with quite a deep "I actually can't know anything" feeling just a while ago. Not sure if I was in the observer trap I saw you mention, but I saw everything through a separated identity or a lens anyway and even recognized it as an identity not knowing how to access my deeper identity but it thankfully broke down through energy work and now I'm back to where I left my "normal" identity. So much to do, but at least seeing these helps me put some perspective to my own and other people's issues, seeing it's all a lot bigger than that, although of course I rationally assume it's infinite. Great post! So much unorthodox advice that you won't find easily elsewhere. -
Women are still all the time considered to give something away instead of actually enjoying relationships and sex for the good of themselves and everyone. There is joy of giving and receiving, but this is dismissed and replaced with the idea of it being something cheapening for a woman to do. It is seen as a selfish or manipulative thing for a woman to have sex very often in our society. Of course this has reduced but it still is there. There might actually be a bit of this for guys as well.

Although I said it unclearly, what I meant is that as your awareness grows your goals or at least approach to what your goals are will change. So you can definitely plan what you do and it's recommended, but your way of approaching can't really be optimized overnight. It will take growing your awareness, which is of course an infinite and rewarding progress. Not having a perfect goal is not really an issue though, just no need to overthink it till eternity or approach it from a very serious perspective.

You can try socializing later. Work on yourself and you'll automatically become pretty good at it. Anyway for now you can focus on just observing conversations and seeing what they're about. Don't take them so seriously, it is more intuitive than you think. You can always read books about it, maybe from Leo's booklist. By the way, do you really even want girls that much? Or is it something your friends just really like, but you seem to lack the motivation for it. Maybe that isn't the way destined for you, pick up is considered a bit superficial anyway. As a quicker thing lastly, what do you get anxious about? You'll notice the answers being thoughts and a feeling. They are ideas you've learned and emotions you've learned to react to in certain ways. Now do ideas reflect what's actually true? Well, obviously not and most of our fears won't come true anyway. And even if things go wrong, that might not be so bad either. You might learn a lesson or two. Try to enjoy yourself a bit with socializing. Like just chill man, even if you can't chill, at least enjoy a bit. The things blocking you from those are just ideas not to be taken too seriously.

You can be passionate about anything, if you see it as your path.

Being authentic takes some deep introspection and from that basis setting values that you see fit. If you then won't stick to your values without adapting your values, it becomes inauthentic. Anyway you seem to be at a point where being authentic isn't something you should care about. Just have fun, learn more and follow examples while slowly figuring out what feels authentic to you. I mean straight up whatever you do now will end up being inauthentic to a degree. You won't find a perfect answer. I think it's best to keep some kind of a balance between finding out more stuff and just doing things. Make sure you will however develop a meditation practice first of all and then start to see what to study etc. If you have basic habits down, there's no way you'll go too wrong. Being too hard on yourself and not enjoying at all (not that there has to be enjoyment in everything) will just lead to not doing things with discipline, which is far worse than going a bit off. Your way is most likely pretty good anyway. If you have issues, find out solutions. Sometimes the solution is to not care about the issue.

This is sort of the end goal answer as I see it. Watch Leo's full circle video if you haven't. Next go full circle on this. There's always something to do. See, always something to do and always ways to do better. On the other hand failure is subjective and there's nothing we absolutely have to do. You don't really even know what's going to end up being good for you beforehand. If you worry too much, you'll end up more and more miserable. Then you might be doing your job in an ok manner, but you'll never reach anything great. Instead you want to just focus on what you're doing and have some more positive ways of thinking. "If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up". But also question who is to blame if things go wrong. Love yourself. When you see that you don't absolutely have to do anything, you can still find joy, curiosity and love left. Now you may ask, if nothing matters, why do anything? But that is just more worrying. It is not going far enough on the end of nothing matters in this circle. Now obviously it is hard and takes a lot of commitment and maybe understanding of your mind to be able to be positively motivated to do things, and you will have plenty of disturbing doubts you can thankfully let be and go. You will have to find a way to reach understanding of these topics, meditate and eventually get to a slowly more and more positive motivation. Overall to help with this I'd recommend gaining more understanding from books and Leo's videos, because battling this issue alone against your mind is very difficult.

I want to help others and myself. All teachings seem to point to that direction. It feels good. (Life would suck otherwise). I know it will be rewarding, at least on this path of self-actualization.

I mean if a girl sent me nudes I'd think she's crazy. I couldn't give a shit about nudes lol

If you unconditionally love you love everyone unconditionally. Silly question. But yes people do project their close relationships into other relationships.

Ugh doing stuff just to get laid. Anyway I think it's good to be at least a bit more feminine and from my experience just being myself helps me get what I want. Personally I'm naturally way feminine and a bunch of girls find it a nice change when someone isn't trying to be hyper masculine. I try to have a nice balance.

It's so much easier when you're doing it from an authentic source. I couldn't be fucking bothered to talk to random normies like wat. But if that's my job etc and that jobs a part of what's happening and my purpose, then sure I'd love to do it. Even if there's fear, it's just there. It's nothing personal. Your social skills might decrease slightly, but it's like minor stuff. You might not know the hottest things right now, but the basics you need are definitely there.
