@luckieluuke When you find truth within yourself, you understand and see truth in everything else. You just know it from within, there is no belief systems or thinking involved when you "know" you feel it. There is not a doubt, because its a knowing. You may not always have the awareness to "see" it as clearly but there is a familiar sensation that one experience that verifies whats genuine and what is not. Its an inner-knowing when truth is presented. You just know, there isn't really anything more to it.

When the mind is turbulent, its like boiling water thus you only see what the mind is projecting at the given moment thus not actually seeing reality for what it really is. When the mind is calm, its like warm water, you now start to peek through reality and see it for what it really is rather than the projection of subconscious conditioning/bought into belief systems and mental projections. When the mind is silent, its like ice, crystallized manifest of pure consciousness, radiant, cool and clear. This is when you see the geometry, the fabric and fractalized consciousness/building blocks of the universe itself. This is when you are in direct download mode, when you download data/information or shall we say Remember who you truly are and radiate creator consciousness energy. See, we think we use the mind to project via eyes and see, but we only see what the mind has been conditioned to see, When the mind is silent, we see reality with the Awareness within thus we see it for what it really is. We may have to eyes to look but there is only one that Sees and that is within. This is why spending time in nature, in solitude, meditation, mindfulness, away from society, away from media, away from the conditioning and stimulations, especially mental stimulations is key to accessing the awareness you are within and tapping into your infinite potential and being who you truly are and expressing more of that energy to reshape the reality and finally live to your fullest potential being one with the universal way. The more time you spend in an environment where the energy is UN-touched or manipulated by the hand of man, the more your true, divine, enlightened, child-like, infinitely creative, infinitely intelligent, Unconditionally loving self you become. Its very simple, the question is how much you really want it but i guarantee as soon as you get a taste of your own divinity, nothing else will come close in comparison with how home this makes you feel and how proud and alive you can become, once again. Its pointless to your understanding to be any other way once you are touched with Divine Truth. The most impossibly sounding thing in the universe for you is usually the most simple, but when the mind is there, its impossible and complex, when the mind is disciplined, life becomes pure simplicity.

Apple I usually swallow or chew them, lemon i naturally spit out and oranges 50/50 haha just go by the feel of your body, if it doesn't seem desirable at the time, do as you wish. @Charlotte Always my pleasure <3 Yes Indeed. Seeds are among the most nutrient/mineral dense foods we can consume. Some examples are: Hemp, Chia, Flax, Pumpkin, Sunflower, Sesame, Watermelon, Grape, Pomegrante, ect.. Again following nature's wisdom is always the wisest option, so you would want to eat more of the whole fruit than just the seed itself but life just isn't as complicated or as serious as people make it, go by the flow, eat what you enjoy and makes you feel good. A handful of nuts & seeds a day never hurt anyone.

If its desirable. Don't worry about cyanide and stuff like that. You would have to eat 1000 apples in one sitting to get enough cyanide to kill you or a whole bag full. These are over-exaggerated rumors passed on by people who do not understand nature and blindly follow the science. No offense. Bitter is good for cancer, medicine ect.. If that's your thing then by all means, the bitter is to balance out the sweet, as all things in life, balance is key to thriving, similarly how the fiber also balances the fruit sugars out. So fruit itself is always better long term than just juice ect.. Apricot seeds for example have proven to cure cancer and are extremely bitter in cases where people moved to a raw or healthy diet in general rich in light, whole fruits & vegetables who also supplemented with apricot seeds found the destruction of cancer quite efficient. I think they contain something called Vitamin B-17 which targets and kills cancer cells. Remember nature is simple, we complicate things. Think of different colors and flavors in nature have different effects on the body. All has its purpose, you just have to be connected and have the eye to see it.

@Edogowa Conan Then they are not being their true selves. Let me rephrase that. Know thyself, Be thyself, Re-create thy universe. As desired. When you really know how to let go and be yourself, creativity is infinite. Example Affirmation: I Create, therefore i am infinitely creative. - Adopt many of these and use them to reshape your reality as belief systems = reality. Repeat these until you "Know" as once a belief evolves into a "knowing" it always works. As for being yourself, its all about letting go, the more things you let go of that are not in alignment with who you truly are, the more you become your true self, your creative, divine, infinitely intelligent self. If you are unsure who you truly are then meditation/mindfulness, spending time in nature, finding and embodying the awareness the I within to actually see beyond the limits of mind/emotions/physicality ect.. will help tap into the creator self. Find what you really love to do, and do that. If you live your highest joy/passion that allows you to radiate a loving attitude towards life, you will naturally be driven to your Freedom(so to speak). The awkward moment when you realize you're the craziest being in the universe because all your life you've been talking and interacting with only yourself and you can't blame anyone else for being considered crazy because its your creation to begin with.

The thing about Khabib from my observation is that it is not that he is as spiritual and as aware as some of us here ect.. but he is himself, he is being who he is, he is not trying to be anyone else, he loves and respects and he is proud of himself. He doesn't follow the crowd, no hairstyles, no tattoo's, no shit talking, strict to his way, humble ect.. These are valuable traits most people today do not have the courage to express because of fear of what other people will think. This is one of the biggest mental prisons people live in and significantly cripples spiritual awareness. Spiritual Awareness is always ever-present but if you are too caught up in mental/emotional world, you miss out embodying the NOW and purity of being itself. Just being yourself is already in itself, spiritual maturity. You can also notice the the difference in people by where they live and are raised. The energy of the environment plays a significant role in how you express yourself in the outside world. Khabib grew up and lives in mountains where the energy is completely different then where conor lives in cities and big mansions full of electronics and UN-natural energies that tax the body and overstimulate the mind.

For humans to create AI they need to be Intelligent first but at the end of the day AI will evolve to and strive to be more human. The spiral of life.

@CreamCat in a sense, i am talking about beings that are living in your physical and older than 1000 human years yes this is possible. When you wake up and connected to source-self/consciousness you have access to tapping into everything/everyone else as well. You just know things without ever learning them "physically" because its a quantum remembering that takes places when you reach such a high level of spiritual awareness. @Soulbass Everything in the universe is made up of 3 things, energy, frequency and vibration. We shape and tune it how we project it ourselves, we are GOD, we are the Creator pretending not to be. Once we wake up to this true self, we can finally reside in the awareness to "see" how it all works. Everything physical is a projection/illusion/belief system we have created/bought into thus it works because by conditioning and our definitions of it we know it works because that's what we have accepted, once we break free from this illusion we can do absolutely anything we desire without any limitations holding us back. For example: If we grew up in a world where everyone is "known" to usually live to 1000 and still live the same way, eat the same way we do today currently in our world, everyone would so because of the collective belief = energy is manifest in that direction. Now once you wake up to your true, divine self. You break free from this illusion so you create your own "knowings" by universal understanding, no longer by human conditioning/understanding and bought belief systems. If we were raised and taught we could fly, we simply would because the universe works this way(ultimately we are electromagnetic beings), just because science and our scientific mind cannot grasp how, doesn't mean its impossible. We create, project, accept the world how we chose to buy into from birth what's true and what is not. It can be anyway you wish or desire if you know who and what you are to your core and how to recreate because when you know who and what you truly are at a universal level, you know how it ALL works. Sometimes you may not always reside in Awareness to "see" it, but once you know it, its indefinite. Oh and these people are no differen't from anyone else, they just know more of who and what they are so they live in a more semi or quasi-physical life so they are more embodied in pure energetics rather than physicality. Yes they are still physical but the are at such a high rate of spiritual awareness that their frequency "vibrates" at an extremely high rate that they are almost non-physical. You can notice this if you are sensitive enough or vibrate closer to their level you will notice some beings project a significant amount of energy/light from them and its very attractive/magnetic and sometimes you get the human emotions of idk what it is about these being but they radiate such pure, divine energy. Feeling the energy is usually the first indication but eventually you can see the light shining from them too, notice how all the old pictures of Jesus, buddha ect..l all have shining light and gold/white/silver Auras around them specifically around their heads? People were more in-tune back then and could see what many struggle to see today due to the collective acceptance of what is true and what is not. Another simple example is get a tuning fork. Its physical right? because its vibration is low and dense, what happens when you struck it? It vibrates and makes higher and higher pitch sound and becomes harder and harder to see as it vibrates faster and faster. We are no different, all is one. Now for instance you naturally vibrate very high or take a psychedelic to temporarily enhance your vibrational frequency, you will notice you can actually see the waves and energies of the tuning fork vibrate because "you" are vibrating faster too so you "notice" it and see things you usually don't see when your sober, because the faster you vibrate the closer to light speed you become, the more in awareness you reside, the slower time becomes, the more you notice and "see" ect... You will have to hit the fork 10x harder now. We hinder our own light and potential by what you buy into. Let go and surrender to your infinite intelligence. Sadly its one of those things that cannot be taught to another, only realized by self within.
