Yes why not? They actually aid in meditation, especially if you are more in the city, its much better than the disharmonious vibrations of traffic and the industrial world. If i am in nature, i generally prefer the silence but bowls and natural instruments are harmonic resonators so they do not disturb you either way. You do what works best for you

You don't need to eat 3 times a day, you don't need to eat nowhere near as much as most people do. One meal a day or two is enough for most people. Keep it simple, feel good, enjoy life Your body will adapt and will thank you for freedom in return you will free great

Focus on you, when you find yourself, you find everybody else Holding onto things doesn't allow the universe the chance to attract new things to your life because your still latched onto some older things that no longer serve you, so you never find or see anything new because you are not in the present, you are in the past. You must trust the universe with open arms if you want to see its magic at your hands.

Ra is great, he is his own unique creative expression and living the natural state by being the child and using his imagination to create whatever he truly believes is good for humanity as a whole. If something is disturbing us about others, its usually something within self, not the other, as when you are truly at peace with yourself you don't judge others because you know/see better. Something within the content or idea in general is disturbing you and you have to find the root cause of that issue. I personally don't get much into spiral dynamics, it adds unnecessary layers of categorization, expectation and confusion when creation at its core is very simple. I have my own bowls but these are very good videos! Sound is great! Sound is a result of vibration, when you make something vibrate, it creates sound does it not? Our bodies also vibrate and when we are surrounded with natural vibrations like these bowls, which represent a frequency of "healing and alignment" we are forced to adapt to the new vibration, the new environment. Listen to these all day few days a week, you will notice a difference

Of course you are welcome, there are not right from wrongs and ultimately non-duality is to simply show you who and what you are, that's when you have AWAKENED but you are still not Enlightened. You only become Enlightened when you remember how to walk and live the path you chose through duality/trinity. Most people think when they experience oneness they are automatically enlightened. No, This is incorrect sorry to say. The key is to master this so you can find the (balance-point) between non-dual and dual thus you live AS the Trinity. Many beings get caught up in the "non-dual state" instead of remembering why they chose to be dual in the first place, when they remember and walk the dual state with non-dual awareness, the trinity is expressed. That is when you truly become Enlightened, when you are fully immersed in duality yet simultaneously aware of oneness of all things. This is when you are truly alive, beauty is everpresent, divinity is everpresent. This is when you are god in human form, this is when you have become a True Enlightened Master. Excuse my way of verbal expression. I believe i could of expressed or written it better, i am sure someone can explain it to you in simpler detail and terms but as of right now this is how its all coming out so i hope it makes sense, at least in some way/shape/form. @wavydude That is completely fine, that is your opinion/perspective and about one a half months @Damien It all started to occur when i became one with source, i knew and understood what i was at a core/universal level beyond the physical world and its programming and hard-wired belief systems. When i became one with source, all delusions vanished in a snap of a finger. Sure we have these bodies and functions but when you are an open channel and your being is aligned directly with source consciousness(so to speak) you see and understand "how things work" at a fundamental level. When you understand how things work at a "fundamental level" physical reality and its limits no longer limit you because you see past/through them like you see through a glass window. So you understand the mechanism, the programming behind the projection. Its like going behind the scenes in the projector room at the movies and observing how everything is working and having the greater realization that you can tune, play and manipulate it however you wish. Reality has really become that simple for me because i have devoted my whole life to spirit and not just 1 hour a day meditation/spirit practice ect... I quit my job, my modern life, society's expectations ect.. many years ago and devoted my whole being to spirit because i knew i could no longer be any other way or i would be limiting my own existence because i would be living against my true nature thus i would suffer every single time i go against my true nature because by doing so i am creating resistance within existence. When you are unconscious, you/the universe/god/source/the infinite(whatever you wanna call it) forgives you because you don't "see"/"get it" but when you do become conscious/aware/awake, you simply cannot live in anyway out of alignment with your true nature/spirit unless you want to intentionally suffer for some reason. Sometimes you do it deliberately so you can learn and mature even further from a new perspective but most of the time its so obvious and impossible to ignore, avoid or call it a belief, its a "knowing" and there's nothing you can do about it to change it but simply be yourself. I still partake in things in the "modern lifestyle" but the foundational energy always comes from the spirit, so no matter what i am partaking it, the core of my actions and behavior are initially from spirit. Everything else is secondary and not of my highest/truest calling and not really relevant. Yes fasting was natural calling to me which lead me to these realizations, i haven't even heard about breatharian or any other people like that at the time, i was simply following my own nature and what the universe was telling/showing me. I was basically one with god for few years, i talked to no one and remained in solitude/silence. I was in a constantly telempathic communication with god/source/higher intelligences Life was effortless, blissful, joyful and infinitely clear, i could see past/present/future as one and i always understood that all is well. These last few months all of this is returning back to me and i am starting to understand why i chose to re-awaken through another path. @DrewNows Again, it all comes down to how well you know yourself at a fundamental/universal level. If you know you are GOD and see it 24/7 clearly then you can literally do whatever it is you desire but in this state the most logical thing to do is simply "just be". You already are and have all the "superpowers" and know death is illusory and you are infinite so just be "being" you can be more of yourself without actually doing anything because you already are effortlessly in some way/shape/form. What i am explaining here is very difficult to express through words close to how i am actually seeing and feeling it with consciousness/awareness. This is why many masters always say, to truly know thyself is both a blessing and a curse simultaneously. You can know and understand god, but you can never explain it. I am well aware This is not something i believe in, its a knowing, an understanding for me. I have experience directly with this path, this is not anything superior or special to me, this is simply my natural state. I had come to this realization within long ago although i am well aware of what you mean and i respect it, you are not wrong by addressing that. This however is my own path and everyone's path is different, the reason i shared is because i know from experience that just one of these 10 day experiences can change peoples lives completely. There's a level of healing that takes place on a all levels when you fast from your modern life and allow your mind and body to harmonize as one and become completely pure and still for a little while. You will notice a great shit in consciousness and in most cases due to the things I've already stated if you truly believe you are worthy, you search for Enlightenment will be over. Its simply a great "permission slip" you can use, one of the, if not, the best methods to self-realization i know. When the Mind and Body is aligned, Spirit is Activated thus The Holy Trinity shows its head <3

Ironically, i feel far more alive consuming less because i am being more of myself by doing so and ill health only results from resistance to the natural self. The less you latch onto(energetically), the more room for you to be truly you because at the end of the day, everything is consciousness
