@Aeris Well there is more than enough research, tests and information out there if you really were interested.. you would look into it. I cannot teach you "how things work" directly because what i see, you do not. Absolute Understanding of the Fundamentals are attained from reaching Enlightenment. Just as water reacts to our energetic output(thoughts, actions, feelings ect...) Minerals/Crystals also are aware and alive in some way shape/form and also react. One day you too will be sensitive and still enough to see the "aliveness" in all life. Keep raising your vibration, If you truly want an absolute answer, you need to put all your time and energy into it. Nevertheless, to each to their own. Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, eventually things will balance out for you. I simply speak what i know from within. Take it or leave it -

I simply understand the technology. Realize without crystals you would not be talking to me right now. Without Crystals there is no internet, no tv, no radio ect... They can also be directed, tuned and amplified for countless other purposes. They are simply tools/technology we use. There is nothing woo-woo about it, you just need to be more intelligent and interested to study and eventually to comprehend how they work -
I use wheat bran for my garden, its good for soil and stuff I wouldn't consider it food, especially if you want to live a higher consciousness lifestyle. Its vibratory inefficient

Its not just one study, I have been studying fluoride for almost a decade, i know what i am talking about. I will leave the rest up to you my friend All the best <3 -
Not the (sodium fluoride) they put in our food/water supplies and toothpastes. This is poison and not the same fluoride found in nature and actually causes dental flurosis. The fluoride found in nature and natural spring water is very different and also about 1/100th the amount we have in our city waters. I suggest youtube or research the truth about fluoride as many people are misinformed on the subject. Fluoride is a control chemical. The Nazis used it in their concentration camps to make the prisoners docile and obedient. It calcifies the pineal(which is basically your spiritual eye/spiritual connection) which allows you to see through the illusion of man. The eyes are useless when the Minds Eye is blind.

Idk but wheat definitely has a "dulling effect" on the mind. I think organic spelt is the closest thing you should consume to wheat. And sprouted wheat/rye/barley ect... Millet and Buckwheat are superior food sources to Wheat In my honest opinion.

I love Storz & Bickel. Germans always make the best technology on the planet. I find you can also collect oil from the equipment for further use. @Aeris Flowermate is a cheaper yet high quality vaporizer. Other than that i used to follow this guy a while ago, IMO he makes the best videos on vapes. Here is a more current one.

Fluoride accumulates over-time especially the fluoride(sodium fluoride)-AKA Poison they put in our water supplies. The fluoride found in nature is completely different chemical and 1/100th of the amount found in our toothpaste, processed food/drinks and pipe waters. It was shown in a study i read a while back that fluoride makes our body absorb excess aluminum in which is one of the main causes of Alzheimers and dementia. That's heavy metals for ya. Take the supplements and detox protocols i mentioned daily. You will notice huge shift in clarity, critical thinking abilities and higher cognitive function after some time. Aloe Vera, Silica, Noni Juice, Black Seed oil and CBD/Cannabis Oil are also extremely detoxifying and neuro-protective. -

The vibration is normal, we are all results of energy vibrating at a particular frequency, nothing is really physical/solid. It does feel great but wait till you go even deeper, when the vibration stops and you enter true silence, true stillness. This is absolute bliss! -
In an infinite universe, anything is possible. The real question is, is it probable?

The guy is a great example of self-discipline and self-actualization. He's a self made billionaire yet strict in his meditation and spiritual practice. You can see how sharp and critically thoughtful he is. One of the most informative Joe Rogan podcasts.

Someone wrote this comment on a youtube video. Couldn't of said it better. Amazonia (The Amazon Rainforest), is the world's largest intact forest. 2.6 million square miles in the Amazon basin, about 40 percent of South America, with 4,100 miles of winding rivers. It’s home to more than 24 million people in Brazil alone, including hundreds of thousands of Indigenous Peoples belonging to 180 different groups. There’s a reason the Amazon was the place that inspired scientists to coin the term “biodiversity.” The region is home to 10 percent of all plant and animal species known on Earth. There are approximately 40,000 species of plants, more than 400 species of mammals, 3,000 freshwater fish species. and more than 370 types of reptiles. Birds add almost 1,300, and the insects reach millions. In addition to its unparalleled diversity of life, the Amazon plays an essential role in helping to control the entire planet’s atmospheric carbon levels. The Amazon Basin stores approximately 100 billion metric tons of carbon, more than ten times the annual global emissions from fossil fuels. The Amazon stores carbon dioxide and prevents it from entering the atmosphere and fueling climate change. Deforestation, on the other hand, releases that carbon into the air, making climate change worse. Because of this, deforestation accounts for about 10 to 15 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions. Losing the Amazon means more carbon emissions and a warmer world. A healthy Amazon Rainforest is vital for all life on Earth, and needs to be protected. Because if we lose the Amazon, we lose everything.

Then again, implementing most of these practices and methods into your life, you will eventually be in optimal health, not just a pineal detox. Hope it helps -

You eventually realize you always were. The more "still" you are in mind and body, the more you notice as spirit. The key to inner stillness is to silence the mind. In turn, Awareness. -
@Consilience It is possible. If you need help with overall energy there is more than enough topics and discussions already on these subjects on the (Health, Fitness & Nutrition) section of these forums. Hope this helps https://www.actualized.org/forum/forum/5-health-fitness-nutrition/

@TrynaBeTurquoise Yes of course, Alcohol and Current Tobacco/ Cigarettes today(which are full of sprayed chemicals) are much worse than regular coffee but commercial/starbucks/mainstream coffee is just as much chemicals and GMOs. I put processed sugar, coffee, alcohol, tobacco under the same category. You can always get (certified organic) naturally grown with the use of pesticides or chemicals but even then, they are too strong to be consumed like most people do today. Besides sugar, which can be replaced with many natural, tastier and healthier alternatives like honey, maple-syrup, coconut sugar and other natural, non-processed sweeteners, the rest when consumed and sourced naturally where the product has not been manipulated by the hand of man, can be very medicinal for the body in small amounts when needed. Other than that, there are far more efficient substances in which do not cause long term negative side effects or at least nowhere near as severe.

One must be aware of the mass judgment forced upon by dating apps. You are forced to judge(swipe right/left) like/dislike ect.. each and everyone you cross. If you are not attuned to spirit and aware of these things, you can be consumed in your own delusion thus slowly but gradually become someone you are not. This is called technological programming, especially if you are not healthy in diet/lifestyle(chemical balance), technology can manipulate you easily.

When i do psychedelics, I prefer a the wild-secluded location, surrounded by nature where i have a good week or two to myself. This i find is most effective. -
At the end of the day, coffee is a drug, like cocaine, like sugar eventually its no different. The body becomes dependant on the drug/chemical for main source of energy in which depletes "natural reserves" thus you are functioning on an external source in which over time exhausts our system and depletes minerals/nutrients and eventually can lead to excess acidity = cancer. Coffee has become a social norm but in ancient times plants like coffee, cannabis, tobacco ect... were used only for medicinal and spiritual purposes. Ancient man was wise enough and in-tune with nature to realize how these substances when abused can severely overstimulate the nervous system thus remained as medicinal use only. Nevertheless, its not bad to enjoy once in a while, just don't do it daily or become dependant on it cause then well you have to deal with the withdrawals when you wanna stop. Coffee works today because it keeps people working like robots and machine-minded. Its good for business but not so good for health/spirit in the long run. Cacao is a superior option IMO but even that you must not allow the body to become used to it as a prime source of energy. Fruit/Water is the most energy efficient sources for the human body. They do not overstimulate or disrupt our natural systems.

You do have a point. I think where people fail is they never take enough to absolutely obliterate themselves and go full circle.
