  3. I agree, lately i get the best pump when i do a medium weight 15-20+ reps than heavy weight 8-10 reps. Explosiveness is important as is core strength.

  9. I feel like they put all the truth in children's shows so it creates a reverse subliminal/subconscious effect on the average adult mind. Think about it... They put everything that's true and real in children's shows and movies but the average person is trained to categorize them as nonsense and myth or fairy-tale as they are a "cartoon" and for young ones so over time it becomes a strong subconscious programming that they are 100% false so when a time comes in humanity where some of the truth in those children's shows or movies comes to light the average mind completely rejects and disregards them automatically without being able to apply critical thinking but merely an automatic reaction mechanism built-in over time. I don't usually do breakfast or eggs much but when i do crave them i like them either boiled or scrambled with roasted capsicum relish, spinach, mushrooms with a little grass fed ghee or virgin coconut oil. I enjoy them with wholegrain rye or buckwheat breads and or sometimes like feta, or any other "white" or fermented cheeses scrambled in or i make french toast but no the sugary way just soak the bread with egg salt n pepper and a little soy milk cause my stomach reacts bad to cows milk. You can also make porridge out of millet flakes instead of oats and add chia seeds to your porridge's for a nutrition boost and they get all thick and jelly so its super enjoyable and lots of fiber and healthy fats you need. Goji berries are awesome superfood to add to porridge as well. Sometimes a fruit and veggie or just fruit smoothie is very good for the morning to kick-start the day and help flush out the food from the previous night, lots of raw fiber. Plus the energy is long lasting and more efficient so no up and down spikes like coffee would. I usually keep it more liquid or light during the earlier hours and have more solid meals after noon.   11. Excellent as always Siim! The more you stay away the more you notice how ego-feeding and toxic alcohol actually is, it literally makes you become like an unaware drone with regular use. I stopped 1 year ago but i have had a few beers on special occasions but that's about it. Last time was few months ago at my mates 25th. Although the more deeper into my authenticity i go once again the less i want to touch it ever again, it just doesn't do anything for me anymore.

You just have to trust and surrender to life with open arms and find what makes you passionate and brings you the greatest joy and do that, nothing else really matters.

In Spiritual Teachings they say that before we are born(In spirit) we pick our parents that are best suited for the soul to learn and overcome things we failed to do or overcome in the previous life. This life gave me an extremely negatively influencing and physically abusive father that i had to learn to grow out of his influencing and conditioning and instead find my authenticity through my mothers love and restore myself by embracing that love and sharing it with others. Its a long story but as life goes by it all adds up and starts to make sense.

I could resonate with her because my life has been extremely rough as well so its easier for people with similar paths to understand each other. I had a few girlfriends that mentioned after awakenings and transitioning to a more raw natural diet and lifestyle periods were coming late at times and sometimes stopped for a while as well as hormone and other bodily changes and what not. I guess its natural because you are basically changing and becoming a whole new being, the system is cleansing itself and in possibly deep repair/restore mode. Just a wild guess but it wouldn't surprise me, it can be quite powerful.

Not as a direct supplement but i am bit a health nut myself i just try to keep a balanced whole food diet most of the time and eventually there is really no need for supplements if you get your daily goodness from real food I had this picture saved few months ago Some others i would suggest based on what the picture says.. Watermelon/Tomatoes = Highest in Lycopene and Guava has both high lycopene and Vitamin C stack Kale also just as good as Spinach for Lutein and Zeaxanthin + loaded with Vitamin K Omega-3s also found in many other foods like Walnuts, Avocados, Wild caught salmon(if you do fish), Chia seeds, Hemp seeds ect.. Magnesium: Hemp seeds, Spinach/Chard, Almonds, Dark chocolate 75%+, Avocado, Pumpkin seeds, Soy Milk, Brown rice, most nuts & seeds ect.. B Vitamins: Eggs, Sweet potatoes, Bananas, Dark leafy greens, Soy products, Mushrooms ect.. Kiwi fruits also have B vitamins and other minerals as well as high in Vitamin C Manganese: Nuts & Seeds, Soy products, Coconut products, Nuts & Seeds, Spinach, Legumes & Wholegrains So ultimately.. Fruits with Vitamin C, Nuts & Seeds, Root Vegetables & Greens, Legumes & Whole grains and Eggs if you do them but i would do them less often than others. Have you noticed these last several years all the ancient and lost knowledge is arising out of nowhere? people are remembering things they don't know where the memories come from and are creating stuff like this by the visions and downloads they receive. Keep doing what you do man, your creativity is definitely coming from somewhere and sooner or later it will be more common as more awaken. Many people still class these things as myths or nonsense but too me I've always known from within since young age that it should be common knowledge.
