In Spiritual Teachings they say that before we are born(In spirit) we pick our parents that are best suited for the soul to learn and overcome things we failed to do or overcome in the previous life. This life gave me an extremely negatively influencing and physically abusive father that i had to learn to grow out of his influencing and conditioning and instead find my authenticity through my mothers love and restore myself by embracing that love and sharing it with others. Its a long story but as life goes by it all adds up and starts to make sense.

I had a few girlfriends that mentioned after awakenings and transitioning to a more raw natural diet and lifestyle periods were coming late at times and sometimes stopped for a while as well as hormone and other bodily changes and what not. I guess its natural because you are basically changing and becoming a whole new being, the system is cleansing itself and in possibly deep repair/restore mode. Just a wild guess but it wouldn't surprise me, it can be quite powerful.

Not as a direct supplement but i am bit a health nut myself i just try to keep a balanced whole food diet most of the time and eventually there is really no need for supplements if you get your daily goodness from real food I had this picture saved few months ago Some others i would suggest based on what the picture says.. B Vitamins: Eggs, Sweet potatoes, Bananas, Dark leafy greens, Soy products, Mushrooms ect.. Kiwi fruits also have B vitamins and other minerals as well as high in Vitamin C Manganese: Nuts & Seeds, Soy products, Coconut products, Nuts & Seeds, Spinach, Legumes & Wholegrains So ultimately.. Fruits with Vitamin C, Nuts & Seeds, Root Vegetables & Greens, Legumes & Whole grains and Eggs if you do them but i would do them less often than others. Awesome posts, we are starting to remember our ancient technology mentioned in Atlantean/Lemurian times and texts. Have you noticed these last several years all the ancient and lost knowledge is arising out of nowhere? people are remembering things they don't know where the memories come from and are creating stuff like this by the visions and downloads they receive. Keep doing what you do man, your creativity is definitely coming from somewhere and sooner or later it will be more common as more awaken. Its a combination of both too much external stimuli and lack of proper internal care imo We need nature, grounding, sunlight, real food, ect.. to sustain a balanced state all the time and in the world we live in currently it is extremely challenging so we must go back to our roots and always get our fair share of nature both internal and external to harmonize ourselves properly.

AHHHHH I REMEMBER NOW HOW IT FELT!!!! I experienced it the other night but the transition was much easier because i was already in an altered state or astral state(as they say). Although it was nowhere near as vivid and powerful to my Psychedelic experiences it was that same "ahh i get it now" infinite understanding then back your back or wake up and completely forget what that understanding was. It makes me laugh everytime, life really is a blessing

One of the strangest things about Dimethyltrytamine that i have encountered is every time you go back, you remember how everything you have done in life has led up until that point to going back there, from every breath, to even the smallest of choices or thoughts, even the ant that walked by that you weren't aware of all has meaning, all has some part in the play that led up until that moment, its all understood in a divine way but at the same time empty like everything is there, infinite in nothingness... No matter what you try to do to manipulate, once you get to that state you just know that is was already set to happen beforehand it blows my mind everytime..
