  1. Eastern Philosophers vs Western Philosophers
  2. @Emerald Wilkins This is an ego purging stage. I went though it a few months ago, was kind of hellish, but you get through and out with a lot of fresh insight and a stronger sense of being. Ayla has a journal 'Mind Attacks After Initial Seeing', check it out, very helpful and revealing. Hugs
  3. @CA19 Thanks! I'll look at fine-tuning first.
  4. @abrakamowse Beautifully said
  5. @Alex K Our mind can be tricky. Read this https://www.actualized.org/forum/topic/2328-mind-attacks-after-initial-seeing/
  6. That's the fastest way to milk an almond :)=
  7. The ingredients listed skim milk and cream. I eat half cup of raw almonds every day..how inhumane
  8. I don't consume dairy, otherwise I'd have bought some and treated all of you guys here
  9. I saw those while shopping at SAM's club the other day
  10. Leo called it intervention that will save people decades if they hear him out. So would be better if you watch it for yourself. Here's also a synopsis of the video:
  11. @Salaam - Alaikum ('Peace be unto you' in Arabic) Leo has a great video out this week '10 Important Things You Don't Know You Want -- Re-examining Your Self-Improvement Goals'. This is quite an advanced topic, so if you're as advanced as you say you are, you'll dig what Leo is saying here:
  12. @Julio Escalera Leo has a good video called 'All Of Religion Explained In One Video' where he explains how and why religions of the world originated and what their teachings mean (different from what the church teaches): This one is good too:
  13. You were manipulated by a chicken who said, "Eat more cow"
  14. @krazzer According to this study, it's the front lobe of the brain:
  15. B-cognition is Being-cognition or Being-perception. Leo talks about it in more detail in his 'Overcoming Addiction' video.
  16. @Alex K Does your cafe serve fresh salads and fruit? Subway, pie, and latte are all processed stuff that doesn't give your cells the nutrients they need to thrive. Try to avoid refined sugars, grains and dairy. Good substitutes are veggies, fruit, rice, buckwheat, quinoa, nut milk (coconut, almond milk). Those will make you feel so much better by far!
  17. @popi Coconut oil clogs up pores and creates blackheads, etc. Might be better to try different oils if you do skin care. Just google and see what other oils go well together with turmeric. I use argan oil for moisturizer, but there're also avocado, almond, etc that skin loves too.
  18. @jjer94 I read your post before you deleted it, and it was very insightful. Keep your posts, please!
  19. @Emilio In Leo's latest video '10 Important Things You Want, But Don't Think That You Want', one of the things he lists is authenticity. Shyness is acquired, and can be de-conditioned. He'll be making a video on how to. If you haven't watched this week's vid:
  20. It never hurts to get as much of turmeric in your system as you can. There were biopsies done on the people in India with the longest life span, and when they opened up their sculls, their brain was literally yellow from having had consuming turmeric all their life. These people lived to be 110 - 120 years old and healthy up until they died from old age.
  21. @Allinthemind Turmeric would stain on its own, but not when mixed with coconut and peppermint oils. Also, as a supplement turmeric is more absorbable when taken with coconut oil. When I make my turmeric tea, I always put a bit of coconut oil in it for that purpose.
  22. I just watched Leo's latest video 'Ten Important Things You Want, But You Don't Know That You Want', and one of the things you want, but don't know that you want is to be nobody. Leo tells you that this is counter-intuitive and can be scary, but he also explains why it's one of our deepest wants (25m 30s to 29m 15s). The whole video is awesome, though.
  23. @Vaishnavi If you watched the video, Drew also mentions that turmeric de-calcifies the pineal gland. Bonus!
  24. @Carrie I agree, Leo is a real deal. He walks the walk, not just talks the talk. He inspires us to be independent thinkers and to do the same.
