While conducting the light (higher consciousness) to the lower consciousness, having the pain is naturally expected -and 'normal' in this realm; since it's bearing the heat of that fire. Yet, the purification process itself already means to be exposed to fire/heat, which translates as 'pain' in our receiving mechanisms. Tho the being is never alone through this 'hell', as thought it feels that way. When the snow mellts away from its form, then that's the moment where the essence and the nature embrace each other: "lovers don't meet finally somewhere, they are in each other all along." 'Son, don't mourn for the long-gone ones, they are held in god's heart for you till you arrive. Bear your journey, be grateful that you are offered one.'

@Zigzag Idiot I was listening one other book; this one poped up, after it; I've just given a go out of curiosity then it got me going. At the beginning, the writer says that she describes herself as an atheist, and those 3 people who started this course were anything but spiritual. That got me going. They were professors of medical physiology in Columbia University whose lives were hardly in accordance with anything that the book advocates and were concerned with their personal and professional acceptance in status. That's kind of interesting because without such an entrance I wouldn't pay any attention to a book which seems highly religious, most likely I would be so judgemental to even to have a look at it. Kind of funny that it came up around Christmas time. My take about forgiveness is, it's an acknowledgement. What I see is, more often than not the need to forgive anything is born if only there is an expectation around the subject. To forgive is to acknowledge the situation as it is rather than what we expect it to be. It's an miscommunication of the values and the background picture of the cases. And also it's more than people but the whole situation conditions which preps and brings the all scenario. Well said@Hellspeed

@Hellspeed I think it's not Christians or Budists or whichever, it's the quality of the awareness and the attitude choice towards the unknown. Imo everyone seeks for peace of mind but not knowing how to create that causes the toxicity.

@EvilAngel Yeah it happened to me in my birthday too, I was in a very bad state, not that someone closed died, but I was experiencing loss and grief, one American Robin took its time to console me more than an hour. At first I didn't take it into consideration, I thought it was just a regular coincidence but the bird really took its time and energy to connect with me, I couldn't believe it at the first half an hour or so but till I got convinced the thing insisted clearly. That was a very interesting experience and naturally it shifted me at the moment.

Birds are interesting. @EvilAngel its more under the title of consciousness. The different ways of consciousness taking forms in nature. Interestingly in Greek mythology the messenger Hermes has also wings and he carries messages between the gods or between the gods and humans.

Kundalini is a female energy which sits in the sacrum bone. The word 'sacrum' refers to 'container of the sacred energy' It is a very gentle, nutritious energy which has the mothering quality. And all the mothers have yoga. Here the phrase 'all the mothers' is used metaphorically. It is very a gentle and conscious energy which has the very tender timing for all beings. It raises itself spontaneously without disturbing or blurring the already existed consciousness of the being. Most of the stories told about its awakening is not related to its truth. Westerners have their 'right side' clogged aka ego balloon. Thoughts, ideas, theories are not related to this natural process whatsoever. Generally you are initiated to have your Kundalini awakened but still it is your own Ganesha principle (your root chakra's quality) which equates your external vibrations match to its readiness. From the videos below you can get your realisation. In doing so, there is nothing to br scared about. You still be exactly how you have been till now. Sit your feet parallel and apart facing the video. And to get initiated you need to ask the question of ' I want to take my self-realization ' and its your free will to ask so, no one can force you for that. After talking your self-realization, its helpful to meditate morning and evening, and put your feet into salty water preferably everyday to have better results for your ascendance. May all beings be happy.

To take responsibility for your own happiness and to be able to trust him. If you learn to make yourself happy by beginning to get in touch with the things you love/like, by beginning to taking care of yourself; you will release tremendous pressure off of your man. If you are not happy he's gonna feel inadequate and failing, men have been already through a lot of pressure in life to make things happen where the society demands a lot of achievement from them regardless what they feel inside. And they learn at the very young age not to express those emotions. Addition to that if you put the burden on a man to fix your down emotions as an obligation, then you are not being someone different for him in that demanding society. He will be eager to make you happy, but if you don't know what those things are, you are leaving him clueless. Trust: (what we're talking about is a process that is after you scan out the bad characters and intentions) when you want to offer a great gift to a man. That is your full trust in him. So what's that mean? When you trust him you are choosing no longer to see him through your own insecurities; (as women we all have our insecurities that's okay, yet, still can choose to operate from a higher perspective while healing our wounds by taking care of ourselves in a considerate gentle way. -It's not your man's fault something bad happened to you in the past, you cannot punish him for some people else's mistakes.) You are choosing rather to allow him create himself as a best version of himself and also you are believing he is showing up as his best self at the moment where his recent resources and his consciousness level allows him. And you have faith that, that'll expand and you are communicating this to him. When he needs to pull away to individuate to find his maculine core which is essential for them that you do give your trust and blessings to him so that he can reestablish and embrace who he is in this world without having to worry about you, so he can come to his full force. Lastly you challenge him, by challenging yourself. By committing to find who you are, by understanding what your values are in life so setting your standards; by being loyal first and foremost to your own path, to your own principals and to your own mastery. So you give birth to such beautiful visions to the world, that he would be eager and inspired to take part in it. It takes time, none of us born that way, but that's an exciting ans worthwhile journey to take; and then whoever wants to play along within it with you, will be waiting for you on your path. It is just one simple step forward to initiate your journey to have fun to fully enjoy and discover the life as you being this you right now. You can do it.

@Leo Gura How do you look at the idea of educating orange stage corporations? Introducing them to the concept of self-actualization, your primal principals and maybe an introductory into green stage? For now, I work for Arthur Murray Dance Schools, it's an orange corporation but the mentality is quite open for education and traditional personal-development. If you consider the idea, I can arrange 'a new self-improvement concept' coaching for the Connecticut area. We already bring coachs from all over US. In the company there this position called 'travelling coaches' who are dance coaches and judges; every other month we have one or two of them from different locations. Naturally topic is always dance related but the practice is already there. And every 6 month in the area meetings there is this personal development meetings. If we arrange that, that would allow me to arrange a small group of green stage attendees. As a different meeting but probably they also will probably need to be introduced to your teachings too. Seemingly July is a good month to arrange that in this area, because of the yearly events' schedule. I also would like to arrange the meeting in New York, but for that I need to reach out to the followers around that area, not everyone is the forum. I could organize it with @SFRL but I don't think he /she is an actual person but if the writer of SFRL is in the NY area I'm more than happy to improve the idea together. @Leo GuraIf you could make the decision latest by the first half of January then I can start organizing it and I can tell you if it's happening or not by the end of February. Right after February, 4 months to arrange the tickets and accommodation is good enough amount of time. P.S. Anyone who is interested in doing this in CT/NY area please pm me.

@kieranperez Same here. I wached it in tears, it really does spark something within. Anything comes from heart, from pure deep desire has that specific vibrational code in it that catch us by heart. Impossible to not to love.
