  1. Happy Birthday Leo❤ Last year on this time, I didn't know that there is such a person alive in the world.. I remember the moment that one of your videos poped in on my screen: my life has changed forever.. You are such a truthful hardworking man who sincerely puts his effort into life and also who is being so generous in that... My only wish for you is; I hope the universe treats you the way you deserve. I love you❤ sevi
  2. So? No-one meditated today? @Dragallur ? I was experimenting meditation during the event almost all day long, so no one was in? Oh boy! Whatever, mine was interesting, I it became an enjoyable inner game to call myself back to experimenting meditation -and I was assuming some of you guys were in too- while performing with students it was impossible, I was just present with them, but throughout the event that was really enjoyable process... Yeah... let's check on the perseverance may be
  3. In that sense yes, we can say truth is limited, that's something obvious and clear; but the expressions of it especially through our way of experiencing it can be limitless, especially if we care to look for it and can be brave to grasp. Not even getting too deep about life matters, but just when we are capable of opening ourselves to different or unexpected 'occurrings', the things we learn or discover about ourselves and life can be quite surprising, for me actually it's 'magical' in that sense. This reminded me a memory of mine, Years ago, back in my country one day I was in a different city for an event, that morning I woke up and said to myself out of nowhere "magic is our power -as a human being- to transform" then I laughed at my 'out of nowhere morning philosophy', then somehow I ended up in a supermarket a short while later, then found this book right away 'Sorcerer's Crossing' by Taisha Abelar.. the title in my language was a little different.. I had known Caslos Castaneda's books back then, but I never knew, Don Juan's American-Indian group of friends: 'sorcerers', this book was very similar teachings for women. The preface was written by Carlos Castaneda where he says that, that had been an unwritten rule not to talk about these group of people under Don Juan's protection... so he was mentioning the related truth about them right in the preface after that lady wrote the book. That day was one of the days in my life, that I felt something 'magical' and had felt a bit like 'invited' and kind of 'initiated'... that's actually a really good sensation in life to look forward to... thanks for reminding it:) So you took the picture.. with a intuitive urge.. that's interesting, there is something in it, I like it. Thanks for taking me to some place different, for this little while!
  4. Sometimes?? Oh, you are such an optimist
  5. He might be in one of the meditation retreats or be working on one of his projects Or After seeing some terrible posts, he might be contemplating and re-evaluating what he did by establishing this forum! "Oh Good God! what I just did?!" I hope he is fine, just before his birthday...?
  6. @Progress I found this topic quite fascinating too, this was a very exciting read. If someone else would be also able to bring something out from you, what would you like that thing to be? because it seems that you're good at that; like being a doctor and able to heal others; but if you had a chance to find another doctor, what would be your thing that you'd wanted to come about so that you'd enjoy the result or appreciate the process? Does this mean seeing the major/real motive of that action? And I wondered what is the relevance that you thought, between your subject and the picture? Is it like, knowing people inside out well, but yet not using your power in a corrupted way? Using your ability to protect more than attack? I wondered
  7. let us know about the urge time ahead if you can, maybe we can howl as a chorus! Yeah, tomorrow, let's see if I'll be able to meditate throughout the motion...
  8. I'm the first one to finish today I believe. But this one went so smooth! I could got soaked in into oneness like right away! It's chilly out today so I was indoors.. I'm enjoying this a lot guys! Thank you all, being part of this now for me it's time to prep tomorrow's stuff... I wonder, how did yours go people? Much love, ?
  9. @Dodoster hey! By the way, pee before meditation this time!!!! AHHAAHHAH!!!!
  10. I'll join today, tomorrow I have performance all day long. Let's see, if my students won't be nervous then I can meditate during the event, or otherwise my attention goes to them Next time, when we wanna meditate together, let's write at least a day earlier than the actual days, that'll be more helpful and efficient.. I like to set my intentions before, like this, it's a bit rushed, I'm gonna turn the things around a bit in the day now.
  11. @Shin @Shin this will be off-topic but, I wondered.. if you love someone, why would you call them as piece of shit? Does it suppose to mean that you wish you didn't? Yeah I know I just couldn't get the point, that's why I wondered.. but anyways not necessarily every joke has to hit the bulls-eye??
  12. @Shin this will be off-topic but, I wondered.. if you love someone, why would you call them as piece of shit? Does it suppose to mean that you wish you didn't?
  13. Sure, my pleasure... I mean that's totally right of course, solving the things in their roots is what really matters here.
  14. @Annetta I teach ballroom, flamenco and modern dance. I like belly dancing a lot too, I taught that for a short while too. That one builds the muscles/body up so nicely
  15. @Principium Nexus @Shin for some reason both of you guys got so general for a solution idea, I didn't understand why but, yes that's definitely true! All of the habits that you both have written are the basic solution for almost everything. I probably don't have so much to add, but basically I have very similar good habits, I don't use coffee or alcohol, I don't have a tv, I eat clean (just getting rid of deserts lately) meditation, and so on... sleep patterns is a big one... okay I'm a little confused here, because generally what I like to do is if there is something bothering me, then I like to do drills about it, like: I try to observe everything related to that: what are the environmental factors, what are my inner issues, what are the correlations, what are the interactions, what triggers what, why do I react that way but not this way... etc etc... till I really get to the exact pin point of the cause and effect, then I go and check myself up about what I can do about it action wise and stuff... I mean generalization is not a bad thing but doesn't create so much clarity about particulars...
  16. @PetarKa therapy is always a helpful tool, even if the therapist is an ordinary one. When you exchange your ideas with a person who at least had a training about methodology of listening and how to ask questions; it will help you stay on a track, rather than getting lost in analysis on your own. They at least can mirror you to help you to see yourself (& your way of viewing life) from a different angle.
  17. @Sevi @Annetta then you kind of know what you like to dance keep doing that for a month or two and just enjoy it to set the habit (I suggest not more than 2 hours for starters, you might burn yourself out so quickly otherwise) Then you can add some form and format to it. Like: When working on hip actions, start to position your arms and keep the position all along, Or If you're practicing the arms, then while doing so keep your posture poised and your sternum bone up. Coordination is a skill-set which is always built up throughout the process, it's not natural for any anatomy. Always focus on one element to improve, when it starts to become second nature then add the other actions which accompanies that.
  18. @PetarKa hi! I'll write you more later, but in such cases go back to basics. Free will/No free will, you are here in life to experience whatever is in front of you, so "do your homework": do right now whatever is in front of you waiting for your attention. To be here in life is just a learning process. When you get lost in big questions, probably you are trying to avoid a current uncomfortable contradiction. That's ok, you eat an elephant one bite at a time. For now, you can control that one bite, just do that.
  19. @Annetta do you ask for something to do at home yourself, or do you ask different types of dance courses that you might want to attend?
  20. @Shin You're right actually.. it still takes time even if the will is there.
  21. Take the life in sip by sip, without any rush. In your case, it seems that you need more 'doing': testing and tasting life. Do it as much as risk-free at first: join some art courses/activities, volunteer in the subjects you like and observe yourself while doing so, it'll create a little bit of an idea about yourself. Then take very small risks by really thinking about it clearly beforehand, consider yourself doing it just to see yourself in action, and consciously shoot for a mess up, then come back and sit, analyze it. Go for another little experience trip. Rinse and repeat. This might help you build self trust. How to decide what to choose, when to choose: That's one of the hardest tasks. No. A good mentor will gonna annoy the shit of you by stubbornly not giving you any single clue about what your decisions gonna be like. (They might teach you some good tools to how to make a decision, but they won't decide anything FOR you) Generally that's the time all of your dragon fights with your parental figures gonna come up to the surface. Most likely you'll bag people to give you some pointers for your decisions; but just don't do that go home, suffer alone and pick one whatever the fuck "YOU" decided thing and know that all of the shit that comes with it, is on "YOU" That's the major reason we don't want to take decisions on our own, but there is no other way around. That's why go little by little; bit by bit; sip by sip. You know where the other is, simply by knowing where you are yourself. For Intuition, you need to know little bit more about yourself, about life which requires to go out there, and get messy on the field... even just that most likely gonna teach you, some accurate facts to your bones... after getting rid of being immature about living the life then it can be the time about intuition. And remember the most confident looking ones don't born that way, every one starts very immature, very naif. That's the way it is. You need to be willing to get messy with the life business, then I assure you things change on the way.@LowPlanetary
  22. Oh! I'm so sorry! This is accurate. You are right. in that case you can not. I wanted to mention that you just need to listen what the ego tries to express to you. My apologies.
  23. You are being so harsh on yourself, please don't do that.. you are a human being at the end of the day, and every one of us has a right to 'trick ourselves into thinking' here and there, once in a while.. please be easy on yourself, sometimes your inner self might be knowing better than you: meaning, may be you might need a little time to be emotionally ready before you get into the action... friend yourself. you are just scared. And that is okay:) it's more simple and energy friendly to say: I am scared. This thing scares the shit out of me. I don't think I am emotionally ready for this, I just need a little more time to ground my emotions. And that is a very reasonable, understandable need right there; you are behaving mean to yourself by disregarding the importance of your emotional needs and you are fighting to it and creating a lot of mental noise not to see what you are doing to yourself. Honey. Don't. ((Give that little poor ego a little chance and juuuust A little treat; and then if it misbehaves and really frustrates you, then we can talk again.)) Here I wanted to say: just to be easy on yourself. To wait for the chaotic inner talk to calm down and then, as you say, identify the situation is accurate. With love:))
