That was a very good experience @Annetta thank you!❤I realized that when I do meditation my mind somehow wonders around what the other things I'm gonna do in the day; but when I blocked the whole day just for this purpose with really low expectations, it came out to be a joyful experience. I really recommend to try at least once.

I'll be starting to meditate for 8 hours in half an hour.. for the first time this long.. please feel free to join:) ? And let's start.. A little break at the end of the first session.. @ShinI'm in already, feel free to join if you like../I'm in This is.. beautiful.. Into the next session?? ..and it's softly raining now.. My last hour??still beautifully raining???? OK. In the last hour I lost it, but it came back to me at the end. This is a very hard task in most aspects. Especially physical. Sitting that long.. even if the mind enjoys it, body says something else sometimes.. I had that smoothie, a herbal tea, and a salty drink that I made from yogurt. So that was essential, I'm glad that I prepared it before, it had me going.. I was very loose, meaning I didn't put any expectations, not even to be in a meditative mood or to finish or to sit or whatever... but I was curious and so willing (I have no idea why, I don't understand myself sometimes?) but that state of mind helped me and got me going; and of course I have a bit of experience with kundalini energy and meditation, and without physical fitness,to meditate this long seems almost impossible.. I was planning 2 hour sessions but they've got blended after the first one. What this experience thought me is that how conditioned we are about our daily habits without realizing it.. This was great. But my game is approximately 6 hours for now, clearly.. I wanna do this in a regular basis.. this was so helpful.. idk maybe every or every other Sunday 4-5 hours.. Wish everyone would give a try to such things in life... I was so happy to be with myself?? ? *it's funny what I'm gonna write under a long meditation post but; when I re-read my post to correct the grammatical mistakes as much as possible; sometimes, I really get annoyed with my posts and the way I write them.. like it's really annoying sometimes.. but.. of course.. needs.. practice.. like.. evvveeryything else in life... bye.bye.bye. whatever. It's still a beautiful day. Peace out.

It's the motion of your attention. That's why 'we' wanna educate the attention by various techniques. The more the attention is educated to be deliberately on the things which the will wants, the more transformation of the subconscious into the consciousness will be possible and available. If you are gonna ask the 'unconscious' now though? I'm out for now? see you later!? But, it's important not to get confused about the definitions, what Leo wrote is important to keep in mind, "You're thinking of consciousness as human awareness. That's not what is meant when we say everything is made of consciousness. What's meant is more like: The substance of everything is no-substance, which is consciousness." otherwise your fundamental sensation of life could get off-track, which seems as if it's not a big deal at all at first but, then people start to experience reflections of it unconsciously in their lives without understanding why they feel empty or unsatisfied.. -

@blacksapp No, not necessarily but what it is, is one of the vehicles that you communicate yourself to others, as if the way you use your words. The good thing is that you pay attention to that, so your girlfriends most likely will appreciate that, but don't get neurotic about it? Style is something which changes according to different variables, like: the occasions, time/era, the way you feel about yourself/environment, what you wanna communicate out of it.. etc. But it's good to be knowledgeable about major certain attires like: casual/ dressy casual/ dressy/ fancy and sportive. And also it's a very good point that, if you are inviting any ladies to any occasion, to give them that attire clue time ahead. They will appreciate your consideration.

In any type of performance anxiety, in most of the cases, it comes from putting all the focus and the attention on the self. You judge yourself about what you have and what you can offer, by comparing it with your ideal image/expectations about whatever the case. To deflate this intensity and the pressure, simply we shift the focus into something else than the self. The other helpful thought is to think that you just are gonna present/demonstrate/share what you've got, free from your expectations about the response you're gonna get. You might have a very intense desire to be accepted and loved by a woman; but the thing is the only love you can be so sure about is just your own love to the other. Generally the more you feel you are excepted and welcomed, the anxiety level starts to drop, but it's important to remember that, it comes from the quality of the connection and the communication within the parties. In this particular case, it is also important to remember that the other party is not male. This means a lot. I'm gonna use an analogy for this. In couple dancing, especially at the very beginning of their learning, males get so anxious to ask girls to dance and be capable of remembering the moves, using them in the right timing and also at the same time, leading the lady into her moves; and make her satisfied with it. So they start to think about what 'they' know, 'how much'moves they know, how 'they' are gonna 'control' the whole situation.. Where what women care is if they are gonna be asked by any gentlemen to dance, if the man looks at her while they dance and if he looks like he appreciates her, that's it. Women don't care almost any aspects that men consider important. And this difference about expectations from the situations, generally remains the same. When I teach couples to dance together, the guy gets so happy doing every single aspect right and then looks at his partner's eyes to receive some appreciation, then the lady gets so frustrated because he was just focusing on the moves and the 'achievement' but not 'her' ?. She is kind of right in her sense too, because all she wants to have him look into her eyes and hold her firm and tight, and sense that 'she is' the center of his attention; they really don't care if the 45°rotation of the medio corte was right? I hope this helps a bit to shift your mindset to be comfortably on the flow with your partner and let go of the unnecessary pressure. Lastly, as @TJ Reeves mentions, the interpretation of your sensations, or your neurological feedback from your body is a game changer too. Meaning: there is an experiment within two groups: one group is being educated that stress is not a bad or unhealthy thing, they learn about its gains and stuff; they learn the positive and helpful effect of nervousness in life; while the other group interprets stress and anxiety as a 'bad' thing; expected-ly, the first group's anatomy and bodily responses become way more healthier than the other group.

@Peace and Love very well said isn't it interesting that how our perception of the world/reality is goes through from very different filters! But yet how lucky we are to have the chance to re-build those filters, even maybe get rid of them for good

@Torkys thank you. How you lie video is a very helpful great work. Since you offered this idea, may I ask you a favor? Do you see any self-lies in these posts of mine? If so, could you point those out to me? Sometimes it is so easy to fall into self-deception even if you want to stay true to yourself. It's easier to see those, from an outside eye.. that would be very helpful to me..
