Last Sunday when I was in the picnic, after I posted here, this bird flu to me and sang to me for quite a bit; some of the students got excited seeing that and googled the bird. Then I searched too. That was interesting: "These red-winged black birds are protective of their mates. They protect their mates and other birds by chasing away even larger predators. They do not fear. They only know how to showcase their courage and unified effort to protect their kin." I think it considered me from its tribe! That was such a fascinating feeling? being protected by nature's spirit and beings?

But I didn't visited anybody:) not that I was aware of:) I mean I spent some time out in my garden but... Anyways, a beautiful touching story, I think you are loved, somehow

It's difficult to diagnose such things on a forum.. but somehow what I sensed from your post is "if I won't create something big enough, great enough or impressive enough then it's not worth it to live it" type of thing. The more we become capable of deflating our egos the more we start to be comfortable to value a normal casual life too. Generally a very influential parental figure causes grandiose expectations of the self, for very wide range of reasons (which causes one's ego to inflate a lot); then those become really heavy to bear and ending up with nihilistic sensations.. It can be helpful to do some work to differ the self and the personal values from very early influences on it, I think what really matters is to be at peace in terms of to be a hard worker in life: to be capable of doing the things which ego will stubbornly refuse; it really deflates a lot of pressure out of life; then the simplicity starts to make more sense and creates a humble joy. And hard worker here also can mean someone who works hard to tame and hopefully get rid of the ego completely.. that journey alone really creates one the most beautiful meanings in life, free from what you look like doing apparently. Of course, defining "what's ego/ if the ego refuses the thing or is it smart and right thing to do" type of questions are life time occupations but still simply doing the homework in front of you is a perfect opener. Of course, there can be many theories to offer here.. just a little bit of thoughts for you.. And a flower from a garden in CT and some beads they are antidotes for nihilism

This is a nice frame to analyze our value system in general. Having 2 likes in facebook for such a concept (especially after having a clear portrayal of actualized.org) shows where the facebook attendants' consciousness quality; but still -no matter what the reason is- we define the entrepreneur as a 'poor guy'.. If we continue to be passive to define what is a real value, what really matters, what is really important and not to keep ourselves and each other accountable for those; and give up the value system to the unconscious majority, then altogether we are building this world up to ignorance. So then honestly we don't have any right to complain when the real values don't match up to the deserving numbers.

I believe, it was "Shailene Woodley": she is being asked in an interview about how many followers she has on twitter. She goes: 'The number of "followers" you have does not make you any better than anyone else. Hitler had millions, Jesus had 12.'

Well, thank you, I've just had a glance at it; and my question to you is have you also promoted actualized.org and its benefits on their website too? The guy still keeps a website under his own name.. if you teach non-duality, why would you need to do that? And in the site they say to get familiar with his work "let its magic rub off on you by liking it on facebook"... well if you sell infinity, parallel realities.. and all that 'magical'? stuff I wouldn't market it this way, at all.. It just made me laugh at the irony; if it didn't occur couple of times on this forum I even wouldn't have bother myself looking.. but you'll never know, every one of us is in this learning-evolving process.. Teachings might be legit idk, but the smell of the ego is not a fit

Probably it's more, you wanna purposefully, strongly grab on that purpose again, because it's already existing as your idea to offer to the world.. It's so common that we always have our own estimation of the delivery time.. but if you are sure enough what your purpose is and so resonated with it, then what's the rush? Why to rush? 'Yeah, before we die' but why not enjoying the ride? Even if you can not get into the very end, if you feel so right, so good on that track, to die on the way to it is a very calming approach to the mind, and when the mind is calm generally creates the best solutions, doesn't it?? simple weed grows up fast in a garden, but the beautiful, rare things.. oh.. don't they take some time to ripen? And isn't it worth it to give time to that?! Isn't persistence a good thing?!?

@Russell the dreams don't slip away, it's just we don't feel that inspirational chills all the time, or we misinterpret the occurring signs.. or we think they ever come true.. and does it really matter? Just to be capable of dreaming something which carries you all of a sudden into an ever existed place and make you feel that magical sensation even for that second, is enough to live for... There will be ups and downs, that's normal, that's life.. but already if you are capable of posting about your dreams even if you are feeling down the cycle, that totally means that you are already doing a great job!?

Today I'll be meditating in the night time.. now it's an annual picnic of the studios, I'm babysitting big babies.. in a meditative manner
