Some of you must also realize that they are not ready YET. If there is huge functional issue(s) in your life, work on that first. You might get an awakening experience and totally pissing your life away after that (or maybe you're doing it right now ?), by simply thinking there is nothing else to do in life than to realize your enlightement. You would be like these spiritual seekers, chasing experience after experience, doing nothing else from their gifts, not even trying to be a benevolent force (which is very egotistical if you are conscious that you could). There is a term for these kind of people, junkies. That's exactly what you're doing right now if you feel you absolutely NEED to be awakened, which is not suprising, since the ego is a infinite void seeking to fill itself (which he cannot). Don't stop meditating, it has too much health benefit, but stop the search, STOP THE SEARCH, If your mind isn't rock solid, and if you don't have total independancy in your life, just stop. -

Always start with your life goals and ask this question « What do I want from my life now » You, your character : Who would you feel proud to be ? What would create a lot of self-respect ? Who you really want to be ? Relationship goals : How do you want to show up (family/friends/Partner) ? Growth goals : What would you make exceptional at my career/life purpose ( and if you don’t one, make that your year(s) goal) ? What would make you more calmer, more happier, more mindful, more stable ? What social skills you think you need to develop to be a better friend/partner/dad ? You take something like a whole night, afternoon to think about this, and then you do it every month after. Now that you know these goals, make monthly and years goals. What could I deliver this month ? What do I want this month ? In 6 months ? This year ? In 10 years ??? Each weeks there is to be a workout (or several) time, a free-time night/afternoon, family (and or partner) time, personal growth time, a friend time, and a creative time (improving your skills about your career/life purpose). Not necesserarily at the same hours each week, but you need to make sure you’re putting enough time for each of these. Daily habits : First thing in the morning, before doing anything else, think about the 3 most important things you have to do today, to feel like you’re progressing in your life. Tips : Make your wallpaper about these 3 habits (phone and pc), it will help, a lot.

INTJ Shit, would be way easier to achieve world domination if I was an Entj or an Enfj ! Gotta work hard on my flaws in order to submit all of you to my evil scheme !

You wouldn't be able to learn exactly what you want, and the student life could distract you. Huge waste of time if you don't want to get a degree and exercice the function later (if you're sure). Just buy the right books, study the shit out of them, use the knowledge in real life to confirm if it's bullshit or not, then rinse and repeat.

Why would you care about her ? That's the question you have to ask, and you're not gonna like the answer if you're honest with yourself.

"When you let go towards what is, and when you become totally present, the past lost all its power. The kingdom of being, which was hidden by the mind reveal itself. Suddenly, a vast calm birth in you, an unfathomable sense of peace. And in the heart oh this peace, there is a great joy. And in the heart of this joy, there is love. And in the heart of all of this, there is the sacred, the immeasurable. To which we can't assign a name" Eckhart Tolle (aka Jesus 2.0) "We are like waves on the ocean, looking for the ocean, longing to be a part of it" Jeff Foster

Average people are probably more into the concept of paradise than justice itself. Thinking that you'll be finally and constantly happy, is what makes people act or not in life. It gives their life a meaning, they won't die for "nothing".

What is the ratio between you experiencing what other people created versus actively searching what you want to create is a good indicator to how superficial/lost or not you are in your life. In the first case, it's the hedonics happiness, which is almost always instant and easy to get, but also ephemeral (which always bring pain). The second is eudaimonic happiness, which is a less flashy but more deep kind of happiness, and it is everlasting. If your main focus is the eudaimonic part of your life, not only you'll be more consistently happy, but you'll enjoy more the hedonics stuff, without clinging to them (which will supress the pain part of them), assuming that you're doing a spiritual and self-actualization work of course.

As consciousness grows, you naturally do things that authentically makes you happy, so yes, you wouldn't even think about it after a while. For me it was hiking, I can walk in a forest for hours, so it doesn't leave a lot of time for other activities (except in winter, where I have to pick up new habits, like piano) ^^

Thank you I'm taking my time for this exercice, it's probably one of the most important, if not the most important ^^

I don't understand. When I'm searching for my top 10 values, I have a hard time finding 10 values that I find meaningful. After comparing my initial 10 values (removing the ones that mean the same), I'm only left with 7 that I feel that are really important, the 3 left are kinda "cool" to embody, but It doesn't really click. Is this normal ?

What about smiling to the one you like and see what happens ? If she smiles back, just wait for her at the end and engage conversation.

Remove your ego from the equation, and see if the vision still inspires you.
-
When you experience that you are everything that ever existed, and that will ever be, this question will becomes dull ^^ We can explain it to you as much as we want, it's not gonna click untill you've realized who you really are. You already are enlightened, there is nothing to add to you.

You have two choices: I'm far from being an expert, I'm only sharing my own experiences, hope it'll work for you

The one that your intuition is telling you to do, not the one where your ego is the hero.

Getting my first girlfriend -> Understanding that a relationship can't fulfill you. Meditation habit + mindfulness 24/24 -> I can now see when homeostasis kicks in (I can no longer bullshit myself), I don't judge people anymore, I accept life as it is, I'm very peaceful. Reading lots of books about psychology/spirituality -> You gradually start to see your body/mind as a tool that you can improve, in order to pursue whatever life you (don't) want to have. It only suffice to embody one good book habits/mindset to start to understand that you can change so much stuff about you ! Generally speaking, whatever the things you fear to do, are the actions that'll grow you the most .

In the Life Purpose Course, there is an exercice where you have to find your 10 top values. By living throught these values, you'll be more likely to experience joy, since you'll probably embody for the very fist time values that you rejected (because of society/your environement says it's stupid), or never had the chance to experience yet.

Gaming isn't bad per say, nothing is particular in bad per say, it's why you do it that counts. If you do computer gaming as an escape mechanics to avoid following your intuition, it is "bad". If you do it because you genuinely enjoy it, and don't feel bad about doing it, why not ? I mean, if you take the time to find what life calling you are bound to take everyday, if you do your meditation everyday, if you take a good walk everyday, and if you read a minimum everyday, WHY you do feel forced to stop something you apparently like to do ? Don't worry, if you really think gaming is bad, and if this isn't for you, at some point you'll stop naturally by adopting new habits that you like more, but trying to stop it in one go isn't gonna work ... You could, but that would be creating a huge amount of unecessary resistance, and you would have to focus on that for months (more likely years), so again, why ? If you were talking about smoking/drinking/eating and sex disorder, or drugs abuse, that would be an another story, but gaming ? What's the worst that can happen ? You'll break your thumb ? You also say you want to stop because you don't want to be judged ? Wrong idea, you'll be defensive on something else then, gaming isn't the problem, your need to be externally approved is. Only a spiritual/self-actualization work can help you there, quitting a minor addiction/a hobby like gaming won't do shit.

Why do we want to know the truth ? Because we want to know our true self ? -
